Personal maravilloso y decoración top.

La réservation de cet hôtel en mai 2026 était un peu un pari vu que l'hôtel n'ouvrait qu'en juin donc aucun avis ni retour client. On a fait notre choix sur l'emplacement et les visuels du futur hôtel et nous sommes ravis d'avoir pris le risque ! Le Riviera Hotel est excellent ! La déco façon Miami vintage est incroyable, les chambres sont jolies, c'est classe et très "instagrammable". On sent vraiment que l'hôtel se veut chic et moderne (adults only) La piscine, certes petite, est un gros plus et le petit dej' est excellent. Pas un choix énorme, mais des produits d'excellente qualité et un plat à choisir inclus, hyper gourmand. La situation est top, à deux pas de criques pour nager ou snorkelling et à 10 min à pieds de la vieille ville et du centre de Ciutadella. Ah et petit détail qui a son importance: un distributeur d'eau fraiche et/ ou gazeuse sur une ile où l'eau n'est pas forcément potable, c'est vraiment très appréciable pour boire et remplir ses gourdes ! On a passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pas grand chose. Plutôt des points de détail, la piscine au soleil uniquement le matin c'est un peu dommage mais ils n'y peuvent pas grand chose ! ;) Et il y a un grand rooftop avec vue sur la mer, mais celui-ci n'est pas du tout exploité c'est vraiment sommage ! Complètement vide et nu, même pas un petit fauteuil, une petit table ou un petit transat pour se poser au soleil, c'est presque du gâchis vu comment cela sera agréable de se poser là haut tranquillement. Mais j'imagine que c'est encore un peu tôt après l'ouverture et que des aménagements futurs sont à venir. Il faudra revenir pour découvrir cela ! ;)

Everything about this place had a real vibe to it - the orange-and-white striped umbrellas around the pool, the terrazzo floors, the retro colour scheme throughout. It's clear a huge amount of thought went into the details, from the styling of the communal areas to the little touches like the coasters and welcome drink. Breakfast was lovely every single morning, and having drinks by the pool in the afternoon sun was the perfect way to unwind. The pool area itself was a real highlight - comfortable loungers, plenty of shade, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere from start to finish.

Honestly, nothing to fault here - every part of the stay was excellent.

Podobało mi się chyba wszystko. Jest to mały hotel z zaledwie kilkunastoma pokojami, świeżo odnowiony i to w jakim stylu! Pokoje, recepcja, basen, bar i pozostałe przestrzenie utrzymane są w tym samym klimacie. Przekraczając próg hotelu odnosi się wrażenie przeniesienia w czasie i przestrzeni do jakiegoś odległego miejsca, które zostało stworzone po to żeby wypoczywać. Muzyka w części basenowo recepcyjnej dopełnia tego klimatu. Tuż przy basenie serwowane są śniadania, do wyboru z krótkiej karty, lecz wystarczająco urozmaiconej. Dostępny jest też bufet jako uzupełnienie śniadania. Ręczniki kąpielowe udostępniane są wprost przy basenie. Jeśli ktoś woli poleżeć na plaży, wówczas można wypożyczyć ręczniki plażowe oraz parasol - za zwrotną kaucją. Personel jest bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Na pewno bym wróciła.

El personal muy amable

El servicio recibido ha sido excepcional. Sin duda, gran parte de la experiencia se debe al equipo, que hace que la estancia sea de 10. Viola, Cayo y todos los demás han estado siempre atentos y pendientes de cualquier detalle para que no nos faltara de nada. El desayuno es buenísimo y la ambientación del hotel es sencillamente genial. Una experiencia fantástica que, sin duda, repetiríamos.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée. L'hôtel est très bien situé, le coeur de la vieille ville est à peine à 15 minutes à pied. Il faut compter 20 à 25 minutes pour rejoindre la station de bus qui dessert la plupart des belles plages.

Peu de transats sont disponibles, une fois installés les gens bougent peu. Il faut dire qu'il est très agréable de passer du temps confortablement installés autour de la piscine.

Extrem sauber, man hat gemerkt das alles absolut neu ist. Sehr hochwertige Anlage, selbst die elektrischen Geräte nur top Qualität. Pool Anlage sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, eigentlich alles da was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war überragend. Man kann jeden Tag a la carte bestellen! Buffet gab es zudem auch noch.

Einziger Minuspunkt gibt es für fehlende Spiegel im Zimmer, uns wurde aber erklärt dass diese bereits bestellt sind. Ein bisschen mehr Licht im Bad wäre auch top. Sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Sonst absolut nichts!

We loved absolutely everything from the cute interior and exterior design to the most welcoming and excellent service. We had suite and got surprise with a little terrace that was just so beautiful. Lady at the reception was such a gem very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic so many choices and very tasty. I would come back to Menorca just so I can stay in this hotel.

Pillows are rock hard. Impossible to sleep on them.

Riviera is an oasis in Menorca! Location is great since it is far enough from the center to not feel noise but close to walk 10 minutes and be in the middle of it! The hotel is very comfortable, nicely designed, great environment and staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options, fresh products.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Riviera Hotel Menorca. The hotel is practically brand new with a stunning, modern design throughout and beautifully done interiors. Breakfast was delicious every morning with great variety and quality. The staff were fantastic, with special mention to Cayo, who was incredibly helpful and made a great impression with his friendly attitude. The location is superb, close to the historic center and parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, great experience and we’d highly recommend it!

El hotel es espectacular, ideal para parejas. El servicio de comida, tanto el desayuno como las opciones que tienen para comer son deliciosas, súper gourmet. Tienen una cocina increíble. Todo el staff es muy amable. Era nuestra luna de miel y nos recibieron con un champagne. El estilo del lugar es hermoso! La cama es enorme y súper cómoda, los baños un lujo! Superó ampliamente las expectativas

We loved staying at Riviera Hotel. The location was perfect for us, and everything was kept to a high standard. Big thanks to the staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us with recommendations on beaches, restaurants and activities. Great place 🥰

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel : Tout d’abord la gentillesse la bonne humeur et l’efficacité du personnel !!! La décoration qui est à la fois dans un style très original et très élégant jusque dans les moindres détails La piscine, très agréable, les transats sont parfaits Les serviettes à disposition autant pour la plage que pour la piscine, ainsi que des parasols pour la plage Les incroyables milk-shake à la vanille ! La qualité du petit déjeuner avec là encore, un personnel très professionnel et très serviable

El personal es muy atento. Si alquilas coche en la isla, es muy fácil aparcar cerca del hotel, además el centro de Ciutadella se encuentra a 10 min andando, por lo que la ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones y la piscina estaban muy bien. Tienen servicio de agua gratuito, lo cual se agradece en épocas de calor.

Como puntos negativos: En la habitación ponen una pequeña bolsa de gominolas Haribo junto a la botella de agua. Nos los comimos pensando que eran de cortesía, pero no fue así. Como recomendación, les diría que los pusieran en la nevera para evitar malentendidos, porque el precio es exagerado. Por otra parte, el desayuno está muy bien, tienen un plato principal a elegir y a parte puedes coger cosas del buffet, sin embargo, es al aire libre y hacía mucho calor, por lo que todos los días había alguna avispa rondando la mesa y resultaba un poco incómodo.

The place it’s stunning, the staff were extremely gentle and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Petit manque de variété au niveau du petit déjeuner, et qlq petits détails au niveau de l'équipement mais on s'y est senti tellement bien que ces détails ont totalement été effacés 😊

La taille de la chambre, la piscine qui n’est pas exposée au soleil l’après-midi, pas de bouilloire ou de machine à café dans la chambre.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the welcoming and attentive staff, to the facility that was spotless. The atmosphere was really chill and sophisticated at the same time. Location was great, just 10 minutes walking from the city center and it was easy to park nearby. Just 40 minutes driving to reach the opposite side of the island and all the main beaches easy to reach between 10 to 30 minutes drive depending on the location. Breakfast was also very rich with a good amount of fresh options and home-cooked preparations. The pool is very clean and enjoyable with some bed areas and the possibility to get some drinks and food at the bar. Very High Point : the hotel provides a beach kit that includes beach towels and a portable beach umbrella which were essentials as most of the beaches are not equipped. Thank you to all the staff members that made us feel special ! I definitely recommend it!

Just some small details. I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room and a full figure mirror but the hotel just reopened so there might be some adjustments in the future. Also, the elevator is not yet functioning but it will be fixed soon. The staff was so kind that they took care of the luggage so we did not feel the need for it anyway.

We were really happy with everything. They are all kind and warm people.The hotel’s atmosphere is incredibly calm and peaceful. The orange details make you wake up feeling happy. They are genuinely so sweet and welcoming. 🧡🤍

Tout (hôtel tout neuf) : les prestations, la déco intérieure et extérieure, la restauration originale, l'ensemble du personnel aux petits soins, la situation et le stationnement de l'hôtel. Séjour au top !

Pas grand chose, quelques mise au point, hotel ouvert depuis début juin 2026 : un coffre fort, un rideau à la baie de la salle de bains qui donne sur la terrasse, un miroir grossissant, sur la terrasse mini étendoir pour serviettes de bains de façon à ne pas "gâcher" l'architecture visuel du bâtiment.

Newly refurbished and beautifully done. A lot of thought had gone into everything. The staff were very friendly, positive and helpful.

Ubicación y piscina.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. Lo elegimos por las fotos y la información que mostraban en su web, pero la realidad no se parece en nada. Reservamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio, y nos confirmaron la solicitud. Sin embargo, al llegar nos dijeron que solo tenían dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y que ya estaban ocupadas. Entonces, ¿por qué aceptaron la reserva si no tenían disponibilidad? Nos asignaron una habitación con dos camas individuales, algo que no pedimos ni queríamos. Muy poca seriedad. No esperéis un aire acondicionado por el precio, solo había un ventilador de techo viejo que no servía para nada. Pasamos mucho calor, la habitación era agobiante y mas en verano con las temperaturas tan altas en resumen no se podía dormir. Y lo peor: había bichos en la habitación. Esto demuestra la falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento (todo lleno de hormigas). Todo se veía sucio, viejo y dejado. Las fotos que muestran online no reflejan para nada la realidad. Nos sentimos completamente engañados. Y que no se hable de las vigas de hierro que se ven al mirar al techo que en fotos disimulan no mostrando el techo. No lo recomendaríamos en absoluto. No ofrecen lo que prometen. Una gran decepción.

El chico de recepción es encantador. Te recomienda sitios, calas, etc. Siempre te atiende con una sonrisa y amabilidad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del mar y cerca del centro. La cama muy cómoda y las vistas al mar geniales.

Es ist ab Nachmittag niemand da. Rezeption geschlossen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit ein Getränk zu kühlen. Weder gibt es einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer noch kann man unten im Speisesaal oder der Anmeldung etwas einkühlen. Das nächste Geschäft ist aber zu weit weg um sich dort ab und an Nachschub zu holen. Und im Restaurant 50m weiter runter ist alles viel zu teuer.

Very good location and easy to park Nice people and very helpful, the swimming pool is big, fully under the sun and overall very nice The room was functional and very clean with people coming everyday to clean and change towels which is a nice added on

Have in mind that is a small room, no air conditionning (only a fan and not enough plug to really use it and charge our phones at the same time) so the room is quite hot It’s an old building so indeed quite loud as we hear the people in the rooms around a lot so to consider if you are a light sleeper And the bed was not very confortable
