De locatie van het hotel is top! Vlak naast het strand een mooie badplaatsen op de rotsen. De hygiëne en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel waren ook uitstekend.

Het diner was pas open om 19h30, dat is voor sommige culturen/mensen al heel laat op de avond om te eten. Misschien is het een optie om het diner al vanaf 18h30 of 19h te kunnen starten?

Como estava muito calor, a partir de determinada hora era complicado/ impossível estar na piscina. Poderão pensar em criar mais espaços ou equipamentos para proteção solar.

Un hotel muy bonito justo al lado de una cala donde te podías hacer el baño bajando por las escaleras. Del centro está a un paseo de unos 15-20 min. El buffet del desayuno era muy buenísimo, super completo y variado, con mucha elección de comida desde salado, hasta dulces, yogur, fruta fresca y productos típicos de Menorca, hasta te hacían huevo o tortilla en el momento, cosa que se agradece! Justo en la misma calle del hotel a dos minutos caminando estaba el bar Temptations que hacían unas hamburguesas muy ricas. Y más adelante un italiano que se llama Dall'italiano Beach que hacía unas pizzas buenísimas, además de los cocktails y auténtico Açaí de brasil, los recomiendo. El personal de hotel super amable en todo momento, hasta nos hicieron el favor de congelarnos una botella de agua todos los días para poder llevar la nevera al día siguiente con las cosas frescas a la playa. Volveremos sin duda!!

A mejorar el café del desayuno, se hacía con una máquina instantánea y no estaba muy allá la verdad. Todo lo demás muy bien!

Bel établissement. Très bien situé, à deux pas d une crique fréquentée par les locaux. 10 mn de marche et on se retrouve au centre de Ciutadella. Superbe acceuil. Excellent petit déjeuner. La mer et la ville à deux pas....juste parfait.

Les touristes qui laissent leur serviette sur les relax de la piscine toute la journée alors qu ils partent à la sieste ..une honte!!!!

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und das Zimmer war traumhaft schön. Es ist 10min fussläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Essen war morgens und abends sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war auch sehr sauber und alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Licht kann nachts am Balkon nicht ausgeschaltet werden und die Gardinen schließen nicht ganz. Wir haben sie mit Haarclips zugemacht sonst wäre das Zimmer viel zu hell für mich zum schlafen gewesen

Das Frühstück war wirklich super – es hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Auswahl war sehr gross, abwechslungsreich und alles war frisch. Die Juniorsuite war wunderschön und auch die Aussicht hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das zweite Zimmer erfüllte seinen Zweck vollkommen und war ebenfalls sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Lage des Hotels. Wir konnten jeden Tag bequem zu Fuss in die Stadt gehen. Auch die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Hotel war wunderschön und für uns ein grosses Plus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊

Der Fitness Bereich war leider eher eine Sauna und die Wände sind sehr ringhörig.

This hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! Perfect location and very close to ciutadella within a 10 minute walk.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt viel op door gebruik van lokale producten en was lekker met uitgebreide keuze. Het zwembad was oké. De kamers waren ruim en werden dagelijks goed onderhouden. De ligging tov Ciutadella centrum was ideaal (1 km wandelafstand). Ciutadella stad was aangenaam: vele uitstekende restaurants, niet te druk, een 'beschaafd' toerisme.

Weinig georganiseerde uitstap mogelijkheden binnen het eiland Menorca buiten de hoofdstad Mahon.

Świetny hotel, bardzo czysto, miła obsługa. Wszystko co jest potrzebne było zapewnione. Mieliśmy pokój typu Junior Suite z tarasem więc komfort ogromny. Duży pokój z częścią sypialną i wypoczynkową. Duża komfortowa łazienka. W pokoju uzupełniana była woda w szklanych butelkach. Hotel zapewnił nam również parasol plażowy do wypożyczenia. Ogromnym plusem jest podziemny parking w cenie 5 euro za dobę. Śniadania w porządku. dobra kawa i świeżutkie pieczywo. Omlety i pancake robione od ręki. Hotel znajduje się 20 min piechotą od starego miasta w Ciutadela więc spacerkiem można dojść. Obok hotelu dwie restauracje w tym pizzeria (bardzo polecam ale trzeba rezerwować).

Pod prysznicem brakuje półki i trzeba stawiać kosmetyki na ziemi. Na śniadaniu było trochę mało warzyw. (tylko pomidor)

L’hôtel est fonctionnel mais manque un peu de charme. La majorité des chambres donnent sur rue. Donc petites nuisances, mais pour moi qui suis sensible au bruit c’était acceptable

Établissement très propre et confortable, à quelques pas du centre de la ciutadella. Les chambres sont très confortables et la piscine centrale est extrêmement bien entretenu. Je recommande 100 fois l établissement, vous pouvez y allée les yeux fermés

Se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de referencia en Menorca. La ubicación es excelente y cuenta con aparcamiento, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Todo el personal, desde recepción hasta el restaurante y el servicio de limpieza, es excepcionalmente amable y profesional. La suite es amplia, cómoda y está muy bien equipada. El desayuno es muy variado y de gran calidad. Además, el spa permite el acceso a niños, algo que nuestro hijo ha disfrutado muchísimo. Sin duda, volveremos.

No encontramos ningún aspecto negativo. Todo fue perfecto.

The rooms were perfect. Beds great, plenty of wardrobe space, good sized rooms, powerful shower. Aircon and ceiling fan was a lovely touch

The pool had some loose tiles and repairs had not been done very well. The grout between the tiles was also black in places.

We enjoyed our stay here - the hotel facilities were clean and the rooms spacious. Particularly the spa facilities exceeded our expectations, with a very nice pool / sauna / cold plunge and even a salt room which we had not tried before. The food at the casual snack bar of the restaurant was also great and there were many good options on the menu. Also, the location was convenient as it had a lot of free parking nearby and it was also only a 15min walk from the center of ciutadella.

We thought that the breakfast could have been stronger - although the omelettes and pancakes prepared on the spot were good the rest of the options were not that great and the coffee was not great either. Also, we found the system of getting pool towels annoying: we had to give a 10 euro deposit for each of us to get a towel and then if we wanted them changed we need to pay an extra euro each time.

Lovely, peaceful hotel, great staff. It felt like there weren’t many people there but I think it was fully booked. We got upgraded to sea view rooms which was nice. The staff were all really helpful and nice. The pool was very quiet, always loads of beds available at all times of day. We were with a 13 and 15 year old for a short 4 day break. Not much around, we visited some local beaches and strolled along the coast into the old town each evening. But really nice for a peaceful break.

Achei um pouco confusa as orientações de entrada e saida da garagem e mesmo internamente

El personal de la Recepción era encantador y, en general, todas las personas del servicio eran muy atentas y cordiales y a la vez muy eficientes, ayudándonos con lo que pudiéramos necesitar y con las facilidades del servicio de guarda equipaje, etc. El desayuno buffet incluido estaba muy bien. Habíamos leído algunas críticas y nos sorprendió gratamente pues era muy variado y rico, con el cocinero preparando las tortillas con los ingredientes elegidos, haciendo tortitas... El Spa, que estaba incluido, nos gustó mucho ya que es una buena forma de disfrutar del relax tras un día de explorar la isla o pasear por Ciudadela, y estaba muy bien. El gimnasio, aunque era pequeñito, tenía las máquinas necesarias para el ejercicio habitual completo, cumpliendo muy bien las expectativas.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist noch sehr neuwertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist normal gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer, der wurde allerdings durch die direkt vorbeiführende Straße mit lebhaftem Verkehr getrübt. In 15-20 Minuten war man im Zentrum von Cuitadella.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schmal. Zwischen Bett und der Wand am Fußende beträgt der Durchgang max. 50 cm. Mit dem Straßenlärm vor den Meerblickzimmern hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Zusätzlich empfanden wir noch die hellen Straßenlaternen als recht unangenehm.

O restaurante não é lá muito bom. O que nos chocou foi cobrarem, no café da manhã, por um suco de laranja natural. Para jantar também não foi muito bom. Comida sofrível e preço alto. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom

The hotel was good, it has good spa facilities. The room was very spacious. The location is really good. Just 10 mins walk from Ciutadella town centre.

They charge for parking. Parking garage is beneath the hotel and entry and exit is quite narrow. It is a very big garage and the room prices are quite high compared to others so don’t think they should be charging extra for parking.

Suite très spacieuse. Beaucoup de rangements. Petit salon très agréable. Grande salle de bain avec du rangement. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé à Ciutadella.

La porte de notre chambre pas assez isolée , mal insonorisée , on entendait toutes les personnes qui passaient devant. nous étions au RDC , tout proche du bar et le matin les gens passaient devant notre chambre pour aller au petit déjeuner tout en parlant. Un sas dans la chambre/suite serait le bienvenu vu la taille de la chambre il y aurait la place, cela atténuerait les bruits.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Leider haben wir die separaten Betten nicht erhalten.
