Clean pool, nice location, clean. Very helpful and nice hosts

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was great. It was a 15min walk to the restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Хороший номер, тихо без шума, чистый бассейн. Хозяйка готовит прекрасные завтраки.

Alles ist gut zu erreichen, Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße und ist trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig zudem ist es sehr sauber, die Handtücher sind frisch und es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Отличные просторные номера, убирают раз в 3-4 дня, персонал очень отзывчивый, завтраки были сытными, мы объедались.

Имейте ввиду что вилла находится далековато от пляжа , до пляжа идти минут 15-20 минут пешком, но выйдя на дорогу можно всегда словить тук-тук и доехать за 3-5 минут

Ruime kamer en een goed bed.

We hadden andere gasten die in het zitje voor "onze" deur hebben gegeten & zitten roken zonder dat ze het opgeruimd hebben.

Nous avions loué deux appartements. Ils étaient très agréables, la clim fonctionnait, la douche avait de l'eau chaude, la cuisine était correctement équipée. La piscine était très agréable surtout qu'à part nous personne ne se baignait. Mention spéciale au gardien qui était très gentil et attentif à ce qui se passait dans la résidence. Bien placé par rapport au plage.

La propriétaire qui nous demande de payer à notre arrivée, unique fois où ça nous est arrivé sur notre mois au Sri Lanka.

We hadden vier verschillende kamers en alle kamers zagen er mooi uit en waren schoon. Het complex was goed onderhouden en er zat een mooi zwembad bij. Qua locatie was alles goed bereikbaar (vooral met de tuktuk). De eigenaresse maakte elke dag een heerlijk ontbijt voor ons klaar.

Alles was in orde. Er stonden wel maar twee ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Wellicht dat dit wat uitgebreid zou kunnen worden?

We stayed in a large comfy, air con room on the second story. The room came with a large bathroom with hot water! The pool was lovely to swim in after a long day exploring. The location is about a 20-25 min walk one way to Unawatuna beach and is tucked away from the main road so is nice and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful and informed us to take the train from Unawatuna station instead of Galle. The villa comes with a shared kitchen and fridge. Unfortunately the guests in the neighbouring room stole our umbrella we placed outside our room as they were checking out, fortunately due to the CCTV the hosts were able to double check and confirm our umbrella was stolen and were really apologetic about it even offering us one of their umbrellas (even though this was of no fault of their own!). [To the guests that stole our umbrella, hope it kept you dry] Overall wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

Everything! We had a beautiful big room with great air con, comfortable bed and clean pool. The staff were incredible and couldn’t have done more for us. We hired a motorcycle here and also were able to do our laundry which was really handy when backpacking. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and comfortable room! The staff were super friendly and attentive.. made me feel right at home. The the pool and garden area is very pretty and I loved the location, quiet but only a 15 min walk from the beach strip area. Also the hostess makes a yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted! I hope to be back.

A beautiful spot with a stunning, clean pool and friendly host. The place is lovely and location is great - we had lots of good chats with the host and the cleaner, it was a really fab stay.

good little hotel in Unawatuna, very nice to have the pool which was very well maintained. The air conditioning works well and there was also a portable fan in the room which allowed us to dry our clothes well. the kitchen was very handy as well.

Lovely quiet location, great pool, lovely hosts. (I don’t think there is a bad host in Sri Lanka) A bit of a walk to the main restaurant strip but doable. Tuk tuks cheap anyway. Some restaurants close by. Would also recommend the breakfast here!

We loved the pool. There's not many apartments so it's easy to have the pool to yourself. The staff were really helpful and kind. We extended our stay by 2 nights because we liked it so much. It's easy to get a tuk tuk to the beaches nearby. The kitchen was well equipped so we cooked some meals there. The pictures of the rooms are very accurate. The air con was so powerful- cooled the room down in minutes.

Nice and clean room with plenty of space, good pool and quiet surroundings - except the monkeys who occasionally run along the fence which is cool! Great hosts, always making sure you’re ok and offering coffee. It is a bit of a walk (15mins or so) into the main part of Unawatuna which was not an issue for us.

The hosts and location of the property were amazing! The hosts gave us multiple travel recommendations and also made sure we were taken care of getting back to Colombo. I’d highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a more relaxed home stay villa.

Very friendly owners, very helpful. Room (non-AC but with ventilator) was good, especially for the price. Clean pool.

I really felt like home. Whatever I needed - there was always someone who was more than happy to help out. The owner/staff was super friendly and the apartment was nice, cosy and very quiet.

The only "minus" - a bit more kitchen equipment would have been helpful, since I rented the apartment to be able to cook by myself.

The property is very clean and has a lovely pool and very big spacious rooms. I loved the big covered balcony out the front of our room with a table which we made good use of because it rained a lot when we were there unfortunately.

Very clean everywhere in the property. The bedroom was very large and the air con worked well. Bathroom was also a good size and very clean.

The location is down a track off a very busy main road, you can’t hear any road noise from the villa but it is a 25 minute walk to the restaurants and Unawatuna or Jungle beach so best if you have a Tuk Tuk or arrange transport.

Our stay at Windfall Villa was outstanding! The villa combines luxury with comfort, offering breathtaking views, a pool, and beautifully decorated rooms. The location is perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was memorable.

The owner, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the clineless.... all perfect! I reccomend it to everyone

Really nice room with a nice bathroom and good shower, good bed and spacious. Wifi also:) and the pool with garden was amazing.

Little pricey for no air condition..

I really like the kindness of the people and their availabilities. A specific shout out for the great breakfast!

The bed sheets weren’t not super clean (I believe some insects must have been there) and there was several ants in the bathroom

This property is an amazing place to stay when in Unawattuna, it is a 5 minute Tuk Tuk to Unawattuna Beach and a 10 minute Tuk Tuk to Galle. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the apartment room was great. The aircon in the bedroom worked perfectly and the pool was a lovely temperature and very clean. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

The villa is close to the center of unawatuna which is perfect if you have a scooter and want to try the beaches around. The pool is very nice and the staff incredibly friendly.

Excellent hotel! I liked everything, the sea is close, shops are nearby. Walking distance from the beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. I recommend!

We hqve really enjoyed our first 4 days honeymoon stay in your property .. rooms were clean and in a good condition .. also the breakfast was so tasty .. welcome was so warm and frindly .. the staff was amazing.
