Nice location and very easy to get there as the metro station is nearby. At the same time, it is in a quiet and cozy area with a park. The online check-in and check-out make the trip very convenient. Small things like the possibility to make tea in the room and a welcome note make the place very neat.

The location was good, just next to a metro station. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom are of good quality and quantity. The bed mattress was quite good, soft and comfortable.

I was staying in a windowless room with a poor ventilation. Once I arrived, I found a room with a high humidity level and stuffy air. I contacted the online service around 16:00 more or less; however, they could not reach the local team even though it was office hours. I had to spend a night in a poorly-ventilated windowless room. The ventilation/air conditioner panel was not functional. My demand to change the room was rejected. The next day the fixed the ventilation, I assume someone entered my room because after coming back I found plaster pieces on the floor, which they cleaned the next day. The shower curtain was not the cleanest. The lockers are of limited number and all of them were occupied. Needed to leave my luggage at the train station after the check-out.

The room was small but very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer we could use for free. Communicating with the property was easy - we needed an extra duvet and could help ourselves by grabbing one from the laundry room. Nice that the hotel was also a short (~4 minute) walk to the metro and a large supermarket.

The kitchenette area could use a small stove.

- Not being able to sleep can ruin your entire trip. - Nobody answers the phone, and the messaging system is apparently only for automated messages. - Calling it “AI” they use in their chat system is quite a stretch. It has very little to do with intelligence — even Copilot seems considerably smarter. I specifically requested and was assured a quiet room, yet I was placed right next to the laundry room. The washing machines were clearly audible in my room, while the dryer was extremely loud, almost tractor-like. Guests were using it during the night, and there was also significant noise from the pipes. I had raised my concerns by message, but nobody responded. After I left, I was told I could have been given another room had they known. Unfortunately, polite apologies afterwards, similar to the standard responses to other reviews, don't really help.

We paid a premium for a Studio room with a double bed, deliberately choosing it over the cheaper Single and Compact options because we wanted the space and amenities described. What we were given was a bait-and-switch. The listing promises a kitchenette with a fridge, kitchenware, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, plus a seating area, dining area, and city views. We got none of it. No microwave. No kitchenware. No seating. No dining area. No view — just a small window facing a wall. The room was also visibly dirty, with marks on the walls and dust throughout. The "double bed" was two mismatched single beds of different heights, pushed together, with separate duvets. The whole bed was rammed against one wall with less than 100mm of clearance on the other side — you cannot get in or out without climbing over furniture. It was so cramped it felt more like a corridor than a room. We didn't sleep a single hour. We flagged this to staff immediately. Their solution was to admit no other rooms were available, then offer a transfer the next day — useless, since we'd already lost the night and had zero confidence anything would improve. We packed up and paid out of pocket for a different hotel. When we complained afterwards, management's "goodwill gesture" was a 20% refund on one night. On a four-night stay. That's roughly 5% of what we paid, for a room that was unusable from the moment we walked in. This isn't a case of a room "feeling a bit smaller than expected." It's a room that shares almost nothing with its own listing — not the bed, not the amenities, not the space, not the view. If you're booking based on the Studio description or photos, don't. You will not get what you're paying for. In years of travelling, I've never had a stay go this badly, or been handled this poorly afterwards.

The location of the apartment is very good. Easy access to public transport makes getting around the city very straightforward. There is also a supermarket close by and plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and the central facilities and terrace were good.

The room is advertised as an Original Studio - Kitchenette 18m2 but never did we imagine that it would be less that 170cm wide! It bore NO resemblance to any of the photos and was actually quite awkward getting in and out of the double bed and getting to the window which was behind the bed head. With the kitchenette equipment and and the table and chairs along one wall, it left very little room to manoevre around each other. I daresay if there was only one person in the room it would be fine. However if getting in and out of bed could be an issue for you, be very careful when booking this place. We do not have any mobility issues but it was still difficult. I tried to discuss this with Bob W but all communication is online which I'm sure works well if there is no issues, but sometimes it is good just to speak to someone. I felt the entire time that I was just being fobbed off by a chatbot. I was told that all the information was on the listing, which it was, but as NONE of the photos indicate that this is one possible layout, I don't think it was unreasonable of us to be disappointed.

Great location, professional customer support!

Great location next to the park in Sodermalm, very close to the metro. Everything in the room was very clean and we liked the technology and characterful touches, eg pinboard and digital kettle.

The bed was a little soft. The room was small but was advertised as such. Not a complaint, just compact means compact!

The room and hotel as whole was clean and tidy. The room provided me with everything I needed to cover my needs.

Building, room, facilities, service, location, neighborhood, quiet, confortable. Details water boiler and coffee machine at the room, welcome message, easy to register and get the keys. Good restaurants, supermarkets and natural places nearby. Metro very near in 15 in central station.

Nos encantó todo! Realmente es súper cómodo de acceder y están atentos en todo momento. Las zonas comunes eran de 10 y la habitación, la comodidad, el silencio que había, todo era de 10. Lo recomendamos muchísimo y volveremos a más apartamentos de Bob W.

L’adresse du petit déjeuner et la possibilité de cuisiner. La chambre était correctement équipée. Le staff était très réactif.

J’ai été réveillée à 6:30 un matin par des filles très bruyantes qui sont venues taper à ma porte pensant que c’était un ami à elles. L’absence de fenêtre même si je le savais à la réservation. Le bruit du métro, cependant discret. Je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner la douchette de la douche. Le lit était un peu étroit.

Il complesso era molto bello, soprattutto la zona della hall, dove viene offerta la colazione e si può rimanere anche quando si vuole. É sempre offerto un piccolo buffet con the, caffè, biscotti e frutta.

La stanza singola era davvero molto piccola non c'era lo spazio per aprire la valigia e a malapena per passare

La chambre était très propre avec une jolie vue. L'hôtel est très bien situé à moins de 30min à pieds de la vieille ville et face à un très joli parc.

La chambre "compacte" est vraiment très petite. Correcte si on est seul mais pas possible à deux même si il y a un lit double. La salle de bain est systématiquement inondée quand on prend sa douche; il n'y a pas de bac est il manque clairement une pente au sol pour que l'eau s'évacue rapidement vers le système d'évacuation. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Aucun personnel sur place, ce qui rend cet hôtel assez impersonnel; en fait c'est plus une location avec un peu de service (ménage une fois dans la semaine).

Lage hervorragend, Frühstück nach Wahl in umliegenden Cafés bzw. Bistros, alles sehr gut gemanagt. Gemeinschaftsküche und Terrasse vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt und ist für Stockholm richtig gut!

The apartment is right in the center of the city, close to metro lines, etc. Check-in instructions were clear, their flexible self check-in and check-out has worked perfectly. They also have lockers if you need them, even after check-out. The apartment is small but very convenient, it has all supplies and equipment needed. Their support chat (presumably AI bot) is also very helpful, could actually answer all our questions, and had a fun character too.

Only minor inconvenience was the relatively noisy ventilation system. They cannot do much about it, it belongs to the building, not to the apartment. Not extremely loud, but a minor disturbance you cannot get rid of.

Sehr enges Zimmer, vor allem das Bad ist sehr klein und eng. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich.

The location was good; the check in and check out were easy - the keyless system worked well; the room was a decent size and had good kitchen facilities; the beds were comfortable.

They take the concept of remote engagement too far- we received a payment slip shortly after our stay for a tote bag we had never seen in our room and didn’t take; cue a series of exchanges with a bot (only revealed to be a bot after questioning it) and then a human response which effectively sought glibly to dismiss any feedback on the basis that others appreciated what we didn’t like (eg the various gimmicks like cameras left in the room ) - they may be trying to create a ’vibe’ but their engagement was sub par for this price, and not every traveller is the same. We paid around £500 a night - the service did not match that. They need to be clearer in their messaging eg: re if you are dealing with a bot or not; whether breakfast is offsite (it was - one venue was very poor - it was not just a question of taste as they seemed to imply - the cafe admitted they were short staffed - the wait was long); and they should be more upfront about the lack of daily cleaning/availability of staff - sustainability seemed a poor excuse for costs savings on cleaning - when they then said we could pay more than the £500 we paid per night for a daily clean. It was not reassuring when at the same time there was a message on the lift (when getting in it with a six year old) saying they were essentially still working it out - and then your potential recourse is to a bot.

Bonne situation pour visiter Stockholm le métro est à deux pas pour rallier le centre ville Petit balcon ou terrasse bien agréable le soir pour prendre un verre.

Manque quelques rangements

Läget var utmärkt. Lugn gata som ligger nära parken. Nära till tunnelbanan. Enkelt att komma in med koden. Det allmänna köket var väl utrustat.

Rummet var väldigt litet. Hade ett "compact" rum och det var väldigt kompakt. Fanns nästan ingen fri golvyta, sängen tog upp hela rummet. Så var svårt att hitta ett ställe att placera reseväskan. I badrummet fanns det ingen hylla eller annat för att placera toalettsaker/necessär. Måste ha dem på golvet.

Nem og effektiv booking. "Bob" er altid til at få fat i. Passende dialog - om man er godt installeret og påmindelse om at det var ved at være tid til at tjekke ud. Det lille studio var godt indrettet, med de ting man har brug for + mulighed for at låne oplader og stik til mobil, kaffe og indkøbsnet, og en sjov ide med at kunne få film til polaroidkamera. Super rent. Køkkenfaciliteter i stueetagen og en hyggelig gård hvor man også kan opholde sig. 5 minutters gang til tunnelbanen og indkøb.

La cuina de l’habitació era molt limitada, no tenia ni tan sols pica. La mida de l’habitació per 3 persones era una mica justa.

Rent och fräscht. Bra läge för mig. Gott te och kaffe fanns tillgängligt på rummet vilket uppskattades mycket.

Rummet var väldigt litet. Någon personal såg jag inte till.

Bra beliggenhet.

Stedet var fint, men opplevde å ikke ha fungerende ventilasjon på rommet etter en utløst brannalarm. Ga beskjed om dette uten at dette ble sjekket. Fant feilen siste overnatting og hadde da sovet 3 netter uten ventilasjon i en uutholdelig varme. Store uenigheter med overnattingsstedet etterpå i forhold til refusjon.

Room was Tight for 3 people. Pantry stove always tripped. Messy kitchen when people leave used plates on the sink.

Die Ausstattung war auf den ersten Blick ok, aber nur auf den Fotos ! : In der sog. Pantry kein Stromanschluss z.B. für den Wasserkocher, auch kein fließendes Wasser, musste aus dem Bad geholt werden über einem zerschlissenen Waschbecken dessen Abfluss verstopft war. Die beiden schönen Nachttischlampen waren zum Lesen im Bett untauglich. (Plazierung ) Bett im verhältnis zum Raum total überdimensioniert. Für ein oder zwei Nächte OK, aber zum Leben für 10 tage Mist!
