Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The rooms are very clean, great air con, shower superb and there is a safe in the room. The communication with the hotel was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. You can park next door to the hotel for €10. There are some great Spanish Tapas restaurants nearby. To get to the old town in the centre, we took a taxi €12.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La atención de Toni y Karina. Excepcional!! Atentos, serviciales, amables, respetuosos… Me encantó !!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We had a great stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our room was good. Clean, modern, great air con. we had a double bedroom with a single bed for my son which worked well for us. It wasn't the biggest room but it was perfectly fine for our needs. We liked the drinks available to buy down in reception including the coffee in the morning, even better was that tea was offered for free. It is a 30min or so walk into the centre but we enjoyed the walk. We wanted a parking space but the hotel car park was fully booked however there is public car park about a 7min walk away. It was a little pricey at 24.95 for 24hours but it was safe and secure. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby which is handy.
At the time of writing the review there is some building work going on next door which started at 8am. It was a little noisy but I guess it won't go on for ever and it did get us up and out each day. A room at the front of the hotel probably wouldn't have heard any noise.

We a traveling a lot,and for this travel for us was some of the must: Check in times Location Parking space Breakfast This has been asked at the hotel. The message I got in April : We don't have a cafeteria; we have an agreement with a cafe across the street from the hotel. Breakfast can be ordered daily at the hotel reception; the price is €8.00 per person. You can reserve breakfast at any time; you just need to pay at reception and pick up a card to go to the cafeteria. The information that I got at the reception: (No messages about in advance!) - no breakfast available, you have a lot of opportunities to go outside and have breakfast 😂 - our cafeteria is on holiday for 2 weeks. - you haven't asked me about this ( that's not my problem,if you don't read the messages on booking, only on whats up) My point of view- this was a very short stay in Valencia, of course I can do it myself to find a breakfast location, but also I can compare the client services in France and other cities in Spain ( Roses, Granada, Toledo), and this was very unprofessional answer in comparison to other . I hope this were only misunderstanding and bad day :)
