Hotel dongyangjang Dongdaemun-Jongno

Pulito

Stanze minuscole. No spazio. Invivibile!

The hotel is 1 minute walk away from the metro station and 5 minutes from the airport shuttle bus stop. The staff is friendly and kind.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioning stops blowing when it reaches a certain temperature so it feels stuffy in the room with no air circulating. The window can’t be opened because of the the mosquitoes. Guests can NOT check in after midnight. 😭

It has everything if you only come to sleep. Very silent at night

Shower towels quite small. The rooms might be too small for a couple with luggage And ni

The location is pretty well. It just nearby the subway station with 3mins walk. And convenient store and well-known cosmetic store is around the corner. The neighborhood area is really quiet. You can find all you need in the hotel, including midnight snack, luggage scale and contact lens storage case.

No elevator in the hotel, so you need to carry your luggage on your own. The hotel owner attempt to come in to our room without prior notification and without our request for room service.

They had unlimited water and coffee in the morning. The location was in the middle of flea market area. Bed was comfortable and there was Netflix.

The bathroom had a lot of mildew due to no van or ventilation.

Literally just a 2-minute walk away from the Dongmyo station, the hotel is located in quite a unique neighborhood. If you dig the nostalgic vibe of Seoul, you would love Dongmyo and its vintage market. The hotel itself though is more on the modern side and well-equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The staff are also very nice and friendly as they try their best to accommodate you despite the language barriers.

The rooms are a bit small

Close to metro station.

located in an old are of Seoul

The location is very good, very close to the metro station. The boss and staff are very friendly. The room was very clean but it's really very small.

The pillows are a bit hard.

Lcoation is great, few minutes walking from metro

- Strategic location (near to Dongmyo st.), facilities and friendly and helpful staff. 👍🏼👍🏼 - Most importantly, their toilet comes with bidet which most hotel/guesthouse lack of. - They upgrade my room for FOC.

- The space is quite small, but it is good enough for travelers who spend most of their time outside. - No elevator for higher level but they will help you to carry your heavy luggage to and from your room.

+ near the subway + the room has everything you need

- the flea market is right in front of the hotel - you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside the door of the room

At first I had mixed feelings, because I've arrived earlier and had to wait in a cafe in the area, and the area is... a flea market. Huge, gigantic, asian flea market! But when I finally was inside of my room all worries disappeared. The room was clean and full of everything you need. It even had a drying cabinet appliance. The stuff was very friendly. Interestingly enough flea market shuts down at around 7 pm, so in the evening the area is quite clean an empty.

Stairs. To reach your room you have to walk up the steep stairs and there is no lift of course. But it is a small hotel, so it was bearable.

Nice clean room, a lot of extras came with it. Dongmyo station is very close! So it’s easy to commute to all other areas in Seoul. It was a great stay. The staff was friendly as well.
