This is a real gem in the heart of Battaramulla. No hesitation in going there again next time I need to visit the passport office. Also,there was no fuss when we had to cancel one room at very short notice. Thanks.

Very nice room and bathroom. It is a huge house. The service was great also the breakfast.

Struttura scelta essenzialmente perché molto vicino all' albergo dove si teneva un matrimonio cui eravamo stati invitati. Non avevamo grandi aspettative, invece abbiamo trovato una location carina, ben messa, con personale disponibile ed una buona ed abbondante colazione.

La pulizia dei bagni lasciava un po' a desiderare.

Breakfast was good and the location is good

AC was very noisy and couldn’t sleep due to its noise. It would be better to put latest air conditioners and upgrade the AC facility.

Viktor! The caretaker of the Manor was incredibly accommodating. I went out Saturday night and came back late, which meant I had to wake hime up at 4am to let me back into the property. I left my phone in an Uber and he helped me talk to the driver and let me use his phone to retrieve mine. Plus numerous small requests, like extra tea bags in my room.

Honestly, it didn't bother me that much, but the only thing I can think of is the water in the shower takes a long time to warm up. And that only bothers me because I feel bad wasting water.

Breakfast was well prepared especially since I am gluten intolerant, and very tasty. Location is very good as all amenities are within walking distance. An extremely attentive Manager, Mr Darsha Hettige taking care of all specific needs along with the staff, Victor and Kumara who were very obliging. I also had Mrs Champika Amarasekara, the host speaking to me! A very well maintained property with warm hospitality and I would highly recommend it for short or long term stays.

I highly recommend it and wish the team continued success in providing such a remarkable experience.

We've stayed with Champi before at her other property but this was our first visit to Serene Manor. Tucked away at the end of a narrow road that opens up into a large courtyard with plenty of parking if you need that. As you enter the house you feel the tranquility crossing the walkway over a fish pond. We had the run of the house which is large and nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and antiques. In the back is a large garden with a waterfall! Would be a great place for a party. The rooms were large, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. When you visit Champi you are always welcomed with open arms. She really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and to give any assistance you might require.
