The place was just awesomeee, man the guy who took care of stuff he was so friendly, next time when I go to vizag, ill be staying here itself

The property and the rooms were excellent and the location was good near to the beach and very near to prime attractions of vizag and a comfortable distance from new airport and it was a pleasant and peaceful stay

They released the booked room and didn’t have room available for me. Asked me to stay in a small back side room. They also asked me cancel the booking with booking.com and book directly with them and pay lesser amount for the small room. Which I refused.

Superb rooms the best view and walkable beach with good pleasant views around

Great location, opposite the beach with a sea view. Sweet little room with a mural painted on one wall. Basic but functional. Good value for money.

The bathroom was a bit grubby. The toilet leaked and the water pressure was poor.

We liked stay very much. And the place where this house is located is so beautiful. The environment, the area , the view, and the room was too good. And all of this under budget is another addition. Would recommend this to the people looking for a good budget friendly stay.

- staff was kind - air conditioning was satisfactory - availability of TV with youtube was a big plus

- Leaky toilet + bidet - mold in bathroom - hard matress - unclean sheets, matress. Ground was very clean, closets and walls not so much. - shower was merely water dripping, there was no pressure - I feel like the owner of the property was understaffed. - My arrival felt unexpected. Took a lot of time to wait for check in an hour, bcs they still needed to prepare my room when I arrived.

Staff behavior is good. The main advantage of this guest house is its location, as most of the major tourist places in Vizag are nearby. It is also located in front of the sea beach, which makes the stay more pleasant.

Need to improve the toilet and bathroom.

De douche was slechts een straal water, de airco lekte en de spiegel moesten we eerst schoonmaken.

I had a great stay at this beachfront hotel — the room was spacious, beautifully decorated with wall art, and the AC and amenities were perfect. The bed was comfy, toiletries were fresh, and the caretaker was always available to help. The beach view right in front adds an amazing touch. Overall, the experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend this place.

Check-in was slightly delayed and there aren’t many nearby food joints, Swiggy and Zomato deliver late, which is convenient.

Beautiful Sea View from terrace and balcony. Peaceful locality. Great decor of the building. Mr. Jagdeesh was very humble and helpful to host us. Room was neat, clean and tidy. Coco Arena 7 is only 3 mins walking distance and a great place to spend time with friends and family at morning and evening (this beach is 100 times better, cleaner and less crowded than RK Beach). All amenties - Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Ola, Uber, Rapido are available at this location.

The property felt a little older and sound insulation of the rooms could have been better. But given the price point, that was not a big deal for us.

The location is amazing, it's just in front of the beautiful vizag beach, Rushikonda water sports, zoo, kailashgiri and zoo all are near by distance, good food is also available near by and they provide very nice room service. Best place for stay under budget.

The property looks like classic style with painted walls in rooms and my friends enjoyed chilling here with the beach view opposite to it , great service and all made our stay superb

We had a great stay here. Spacious room with nice colorful mural on whole wall and ceiling. Hot water, two chairs, table and wardrobe. Towels were big and good quality. They provided bottled drinking water on our arrival. We stayed on the upper floor and it has a huge balcony with the sea view. Staff was well cooperative. There is a kitchen on ground floor yet not completly equpped but we were needed only electric kettle which they have. And the local environment was just great:- the beach without rocks in water, not crowded, and many nice local eateries just behind the corner.

We had a doubt about freshness of bedsheet on our arrival but it was immediatly changed after we shown our thouht. Maybe initial one was also clean but just a bit wored.

The view from the terrace and the artwork in the room are simply too good. Local beach is a short 5-minute walk. Good coffee shop is a about one minute away.

The bathroom has NO opening except the door. NO ventilation. Car parking is out on the street.

The rooms are differently painted which feels we are already in beach side and the property is opposite to beach very we can feel and walk to the beach. And with affordable price and nice facilities , 2 kms away from rushikonda beach and very near to kailashgiri quite good for travellers like me , I enjoyed a peaceful stay and good staff , what you need more to stay

The staff was non-cooperative. Especially when you have friends in town and they want to visit, the staff is totally going crazy and doesn't allow at least 10 mins to meet.

No hot water for my stay, same geysor for 2 or more families

Amazing location. Just across the road there is a sea. The room has basic amenities but perfect for the price and stay. Clean room and bathroom. Staff and the owner were amazing. Always ready to help and no disturbance. For economical range it was perfect. Amazing cafe next door. We took all our meals there. You can walk on the beach.

Mosquitoes in the room was the only inconvenience.

Great Location, room and views. The support staff are awesome and supportive. Very neat and clean and well maintained. Parking Space available. Beautiful painting inside the room.

Would recommend a security as the main gates are easily accessible at night as it seems there is no lock.
