Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und nah am Strand. Alles was man für eine angenehme Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Inhaber (Herr Hassan) ist sehr freundlich und im Kontakt total unkompliziert, er fragt zwischendurch, ob es uns was fehlt oder ob wir was noch brauchen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍👍👍

This is a great apartment to stay when visiting Agadir. It’s a large, modern, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment. It has everything you need. There’s a pool that you can use. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. Out host, Hassan was amazing, met us at the apartment, he had water and chocolates for us and was on hand to answer any question we had over our stay.

Le très bon accueil d’Hassan qui nous attendait avec des pralines, des petites eaux et des oranges. Toujours là quand on avait besoin de lui et une personne très sympathique. L’appartement très beau et moderne a Founty qui est un nouveau quartier très apprecié

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and truly enjoyed our time here as a family. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats, which made us feel immediately at home. Communication with Hassane was excellent throughout our stay – he responded quickly to all our messages and was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. His hospitality really made a difference. The apartment is well-located, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything matched the description, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

A spacious, modern apartment with a large living room, Tv set & very comfortable 2 berooms:), In addition well equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking at home. Good contact with a host. Great location, just a 7-minute walk to the beach with parking slots outside building — perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice and comfortable appartment with AC/heating close to the beach and restaurants. There are also security and comfortable parking. Unfortunately we were in January so we didn't have a chance to use the pool. Supermarket just few minutes by car. Shop with alcohol walking distance. However the greatest adventage is the Owner who is very helpful and cares very much.

Apartament fantastyczny. Gustownie urządzony, dobrze utrzymany i czysty. Wygodne łóżka i wysokiej jakości pościel. Apartament jest duży (salon i 2 sypialnie) i bardzo dobrze wyposażony (wszystko zgodnie z opisem). Lokalizacja świetna. Obiekt chroniony w cichej okolicy. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Plaża, restauracje i sklepy znajdują się w odległości spaceru. Właściciel Hassan bardzo miły, pomocny i służył doskonałą radą przez cały pobyt. Zapewnił nam przyjazd taksówką z lotniska, a w apartamencie czekały na nas woda, soki i słodkości. Przywitał nas w apartamencie, pokazał nam najbliższą okolicę i polecił miejsca z pysznym lokalnym jedzeniem. Kiedy dowiedział się, że również idziemy na mecz Pucharu Narodów Afryki zaproponował Nam wspólny powrót samochodem. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, dzięki temu nasz rodzinny pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Z radością i bez wahania polecam! Hassan z serca dziękujemy i życzymy dużo dobra :)

Appartement magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire est très agréable, réactif et donne d’excellents conseils. La literie est de grande qualité. Une petite attention nous attendait à l’arrivée, et rien ne manquait sur place. Confort exceptionnel, équipements complets : vraiment parfait.

Großes, neuwertiges Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern; elektrische Außenjalosien und Klimaanlage sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter; Begrüßungspräsent inkl. Wasserflaschen und Knabbereien; viele TV-Sender in allen möglichen Sprachen; Waschmaschine und Wäschestäner; Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar; kostenlose Parkplätze; Wohnanlage mit Fahrstuhl liegt in einem neuen und teilweise noch im Bau befindlichen Touristengebiet mit Hotels usw.

Aus dem Nachbarhotel nervt lautstarke Musik bis nach Mitternacht; Küchenausstattung könnte etwas mehr sein (Anzahl große Tassen und kleine Teller, Obstmesser)

Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Literie très confortable.Residence très propre. Le propriétaire nous attendait sur place avec des biscuits en guise de bienvenue, il a également rempli le frigo de boissons et yogourts pour les enfants. Personne aux petits soins avec ces hôtes.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé et décoré avec goût. Tout était propre et fonctionnel, on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’hôte a été très accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter ! Merci mr hassan

It's hard getting back into the swing of things after a lovely, relaxing stay at Lilapart, Agadir, Morocco. When we arrived from Dublin, it was late. I messaged Hassane to say we had landed and were on our way. He reassured me not to worry and to take our time, and he would be there waiting for us. We had a slight problem finding the apartment. The taxi hadn't heard of the place, and we also pulled up at the wrong side of the blocs. (Nearly all the taxis struggled with the location I had to keep getting Google Maps to guide them.)  There was a lovely lad there who asked us which bloc we were staying in. It wasn't in my email, but one swift WhatsApp message to Hassane, and we found where we were going. We were on the 3rd floor and a very grateful lift! On entering the apartment, it was as lovely as the pictures on Booking.com. Everything we needed was provided and more. A great gift of bottled water, some cordial and lovely presented biscuits. I guess if I were being greedy ( only as it was 11pm when we got there ), a couple of coffee capsules & a drop of milk would've been above & beyond for me, and my friend had her T-bags but had to drink it black  Hassane was the perfect host, walked us around and showed us where everything was, even after leaving, he messaged again to tell us where the hairdryer & wifi code were. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, in a quiet area which we wanted, it's walkable to the sea front depending on fitness & heat can take 10 - 30 min. A very nice, relaxing few days were had, will we go again? All being well, yes we will

If I had to pick one thing it would be the balcony, you can't sit out on it and it is enclosed by a slat design.
