Reviewed Jun 22, 2026There were lot of small cockroaches, on the first night, complained and they used insecticide but the second day there still cockroaches in the bathroom and cupboard. Unfortunately they got into our luggage and we saw it in our house.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Fantastic staff, especially at the restaurant and front desk. It was a treat to have room service when I arrived exhausted. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hot water shower was awesome. Great breakfasts and a really good dinner too. Wayanad is very friendly and hospitable place. Thank you Hotel Wilton.

A huge shout-out to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mathew, for his outstanding service and friendly conversations — truly professional! We’re definitely looking forward to spending another vacation in Wayanad!

Any help requested was immediately provided by the pleasant staff. Accommodation was provided for the driver for a nominal fee in a neighbouring building.
Nothing to complain as the stay was very comfortable.

Special credits to the hotel food..It was very tasty,especially the "Biriyani".All our orders were delivered very fast and the food was served very neatly and well covered.Complementary breakfast was exceptional .Really enjoyed every bit of it.Overall had a very comfortable stay. Would love to come back soon😊

Reviewed Mar 2, 2024Hotel was great. Friendly staff and we had a lovely evening meal in their excellent restaurant. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. We were allowed to store our clean road bikes in the room which was reassuring and allowed us to sleep soundly..
Everything was great apart from the fact that the booking.com map showed the hotel 3km away from its actual location - up a big hill. So a 6km diversion to get there and back. We told the manager so hopefully it is now shown in the right place as shown on Google maps

Reviewed Jul 19, 2023This is a good hotel. The check-in was smooth. The rooms are quite large and adequate for a family of 3. The restaurant is excellent. Special appreciation to the staff at reception and restaurant for their friendliness and helpful attitude. The location is also very good. You can find everything around, but still around 1.5 km from the busy town.
The breakfast could have been a bit bigger in selection.

Facilities wise it's just like a motel. A restaurant with some rooms. Nothing else to do. For this reason, it's not really worth the money paid. Spring mattresses are too soft and don't take the weight well. If you are lying in the corner, the slant created will throw you down.
