Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We stayed at this hotel during our 24-hour transit in Jeddah. The hotel is very close to the airport (about 15 minutes away), and we easily found an Uber both for the trip there and back. It's also very close to restaurants and all necessary amenities. The staff were very kind. We asked for an early check-in and they accepted, and we also requested a late check-out at night, which they were able to accommodate. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026A Truly Wonderful Stay ❤️ This is actually our second time renting at Ghaima Apartment, and once again, they did not disappoint! ❤️ We are truly grateful for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. We were supposed to check in around 2–3 PM, but due to our circumstances, we arrived as early as 5 AM. We were honestly worried that we might not be accommodated that early, but they welcomed us warmly and without hesitation. Their kindness and understanding meant so much to us, especially after traveling and arriving so early in the morning. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable right from the moment we arrived. The fact that we chose to come back for a second stay already says a lot about how much we appreciate Ghaima Apartment. It’s not just the place itself, but the people behind it who make the experience truly special. Thank you, Ghaima Apartment, for your warm welcome, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciate you and will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for making us feel at home once again! ❤️ P.S. I was not able to ask the names of the good staffs that night , but thank you very much.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Comfortable and quiet stay, close to the airport. The bed is comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchenette is nice and functional, and the place is very quiet. We felt good here and would return.
The night shift receptionist didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Also, in Saudi they require you to check out first and only give the invoice at that time, which is not very convenient. Technical problems can occur, and when you’re hurrying to catch a plane, this adds unnecessary stress.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The bathroom was a good size. The washing machine worked once they installed it for me. The AC was cold. The wifi was good and the living sitting area was nice. Has comfortable couches.
When I came to check in, the guy put me in a room. Although the kitchen was small I was not bothered by this because the rest of the room was nicer than the others. However, my fridge did not work. The guy failed to mention that I need to turn the switch on. I called reception and he told me to wait 15 minutes. Also, I had an issue with the washer at first. The person who brought the washer to me did not explain that I need to put it in a room with a plug that also has a drain. When I tried to plug it in it would not work. I called downstairs again and mentioned this and the guy came to install it for me. I noticed at this hotel they give you a key and kind of let you figure things out for yourself. At least you know from my experience. The price is as you see but if you need a washer then you have to book the bigger rooms, not just the one with 2 beds or 1 bed in it because that will not work.
