Тихое место для отдыха, но в пешей доступности от главной улицы лейксайда. Отлично мебилированный номер, хороший напор горячей воды, кондиционер, чайник, фен. Рядом прачечная. Останавливалась в этом отеле два раза: до и после трека. И оставляла вещи на хранение. Всё отлично, выше всяких похвал! Вкусный насыщенный завтрак. Кровать очень удобная, постельное чистое, выспалась хорошо. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Мне очень понравилось, всем буду рекомендовать.

Была небольшая задержка с завтраком в день моего трека, но не критично, всё исправили оперативно.

酒店不在吵雜的大街上，晚上非常寧靜，走一點路就可以到熱鬧的地方和湖畔，房間很寬敞，床也舒適，還有小陽台，早餐是用點餐的方式，份量十足，服務人員很親切，會不時問候需不需要補充水，還協助安排我們一早去機場的計程車。

洗澡水不是很穩，要過一陣子才會熱。

Location, price

Not too clean, noises carry through the building so I could hear everything around. A group was very noisy after midnight in the room above mine, I called the reception desk but no answer. So I had to go myself and ask them to be quiet.

Ottima sistemazione appena all'interno del lu geologo di Pokhara, il che garantisce una buona tranquillità. Camera spaziosa (senza chiedere nulla mi è stato dato un upgrading), bagno con vasca e doccia che rispetto ad altri alberghi nepalesi consente di lavarsi senza allagare il resto. Breakfast alla carta, un poco ripetitivo ma comunque valido. Punto di forza sicuramente lo staff, di una gentilezza e disponibilità non comune.

Unico rilevo l'assenza di ascensore che per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema, neanche da dire che per i bagagli il personale provvede al trasporto anche senza chiedere

Huge room, huge bathroom, very hot shower (so nice!), super friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed and a great location. I wish I could give them a better rating, unfortunately it was very noisy.

Sounds travel well through this hotel. So people who laugh or talk loud, chairs getting scraped over the floor; it all reverberated right through my earplugs and I woke up many times during the night. The personnel are really super nice and helpful, but I think the building itself is too noisy for a hotel.

In hotel no food available you have to go out side to have dinner or lunch .in breakfast fruit not verity. Only watermelon and pineapple. Juice not fresh packed juice which is not healthy.

Very convenient being right next to lakeside road. The staff were all very friendly and lovely to talk to. Any issues I had were resolved immediately.

Despite not having fancy facilities like a spa, gym or all day dining restaurant (all of which can be found within a couple minute walk) the accomodation was a very comfortable stay. It did facilitate all essential needs and went above and beyond with customer service.

J’ai passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel et tout a été impeccable. L’équipe est adorable, toujours souriante, disponible et prête à aider pour n’importe quel besoin. On se sent vraiment bien accueillie. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et très bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, complet et vraiment agréable pour bien commencer la journée. La localisation est parfaite : tout est à proximité, restaurants, commerces, activités… tout en étant dans une rue calme qui permet de bien se reposer. Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien, en sécurité, et où l’on a envie de revenir. Je recommande à 100 % !

Clean, nice hot shower, great view of the mountains, quiet area but only a few minutes off of the main Pokhara road. The hotel is a really great value.

We spent 6 days/5 nights in Spring hotel and it was such a pleasant stay. We arrived early in the morning and the room was already ready. It was tidy, enormous, with a balcony, and with a very clean and working bathroom and shower. Breakfasts were ok, tasty. The location is very comfortable. We would definitely come back next time on Pokhara.

Отель находится в центре туристической зоны, но в тихом закутке, нам дали номер на третьем этаже с видом на горы!!! Номер чистый, персонал старается сделать все для комфорта, ну а вид- супер вау!!! Рекомендую!!!❤️

Este es el mejor hotel donde me quedé en Nepal y de lejos. El servicio es impecable: te atienden con amabilidad, te ayudan sirviendo el desayuno hasta media hora antes si lo necesitas, te ayudan empacando desayuno por si sales muy temprano, te limpian las habitaciones (algo no muy común en el país), puedes guardar las maletas si te vas de trekking. El desayuno es muy bueno y de gran cantidad: tocineta/salchicha, omelette/huevo revuelto, tostada con mermelada y café/té. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón perfecto para tomar cerveza o relajarse. El ventilador es tan bueno que no es necesario prender el aire acondicionado. Recomiendo este lugar para cualquier persona que quiere tener una estadía de 10 en Pokhara. Cerca hay lugares para lavar la ropa, peluquerías, pequeños mercados.

The hotel location is good and convenient. But the thing i liked most was the services. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks to Subir, he provided excellent services. Prior to our trip, he answered all my questions promptly via Whatsapp. During our stay, he basically took care of everything, carried our heavy luggage bags to our room on the 2nd floor, and arranged cable car tickets with free picked up services. Thus, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spring.

The size of the room and overall location.

The bathroom wall glass was broken, and anyone could see the person inside the shower. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. There was no shower curtain either, which made it worse.

Perfect hotel! Great bedroom and bathroom, decent Aircon, hot water and pressure, and a generator for any power cuts, and stored our luggage whilst we went trekking for 2 weeks. Reception very friendly and helpful!

Located in the main area of lakeside however the location is quiet compared to other places. The rooms are clean and the rooms are spacious with private balcony.

-very comfortable beds -big rooms with lots of storage -hot shower -good location for Lakeside -staff are exceptional and very helpful. They accommodated us immediately when we had to change rooms. I didn't get their names, but the young men at reception were excellent.

Unfortunately, although we loved everything else about the hotel, it is poorly soundproofed. There are loud dogs nearby that bark all day and night. I got woken up early every morning and sometimes during the night by dogs, hammering, car and bike horns.... we changed room to the front of the hotel but it wasnt much better. All of Pokhara is like this, so bring ear plugs. We stayed in 3 hotels and they were all noisy 😂

Excellent hotel, the best I had in months during my long term travel. It's pretty new, room is big and perfect, shower is great, Wifi is strong, location is quiet, though still only one street away from the busy lakeside area with lots of restaurants etc. Staff is great too, they do everything to make it comfortable, breakfast is nice, hotel 16 rooms is too small for a buffet. Free drinking water. Price is unbeatable. My top choice in Pokhara and even Nepal!

This was my 7th stay at Hotel Spring. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating staf and budget friendly and it's really hard to find same type of hotel with same type of rooms and facilities with the same amount. Highly recommended.

A hotel with a great location, excellent staff and outstanding customer service If you stay in Pokhara, you will feel comfortable here.In particular, the staff were very friendly and kind. Unlike other Nepalese hotels, I liked that they didn't charge any extra fees for card payments. Anyway very Nice here!!

I was there with my young family, wanted a room big enough for my toddler to move around , found the room adequately equipped, the property is immaculately clean and quiet,Mr. Sukbir at the reception was welcoming and made us feel at ease.
