Francesco really explained everything to us from A to Z in such great detail — from the prices and excursions to the best places to eat and drink, the beaches we should visit, the main sights, and so much more. I especially loved that he even prepared a PDF for us with all the important information. I found that extremely helpful and it really showed how much effort and attention he puts into making sure his guests have the best possible experience. Even at 9:00 in the morning, Marcello was incredibly energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that, honestly, I could already have given him 5 to 10 stars just for his attention and service, even before I had seen the rooms! Marcello was simply amazing — professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and genuinely passionate about making his guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Absolutely outstanding service and definitely more than 5 stars from me!

We stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, close to the city centre and only about a 10-minute walk from Bari Centrale, which is especially convenient for anyone planning to explore Puglia by train, as we did. Our host, Francesco, was incredibly kind, energetic and welcoming. During check-in, he gave us all the important information we needed and even prepared a thoughtful booklet with useful information about Bari, the main attractions, restaurant and café recommendations, and other local tips. This was such a lovely touch and really impressed us. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were welcomed with coffee capsules, croissants and water, which was a really nice gesture. The apartment was cleaned very well, and halfway through our stay the cleaners came again, after which the apartment was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh for the rest of our stay. We had everything we needed and didn’t experience a single problem. Having two air conditioners was a huge plus during the hot summer weather, and we also really enjoyed having a lovely terrace. We highly recommend Francesco and this accommodation. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we would happily stay here again!

One small downside: the Wi-Fi was quite weak. However, this did not affect our overall experience or enjoyment of the stay.

Изключително любезен, усмихнат, отзивчив и винаги на разположение, когато имахме нужда от нещо. Даде ни толкова много полезна и подробна информация за Бари – какво да посетим, къде да хапнем, как да се придвижваме и кои места наистина си заслужават. Благодарение на неговите съвети успяхме да се насладим на града много повече и да открием места, които иначе вероятно щяхме да пропуснем. Самото място е прекрасно – стаите са невероятни, просторни, модерни, стилно обзаведени и изключително чисти. Всичко е изпипано до най-малкия детайл и се усеща, че е направено с много желание и грижа към гостите. Чувствахме се по-скоро като у дома, отколкото като в хотел. Локацията също е чудесна и прави разглеждането на Бари много удобно. Ако се върнем отново в Бари, няма да се замислим нито за секунда къде да отседнем – отново Dream Palace! It is in perfect location! Close to old town, close to beach and also close to train station. It is clean, stuff is really friendly. You can asi anything them. So we had amazing time there.

Really nice modern apartment with ac. Francesco is very helpful and accomodating, also gives nice recommendations. Location is quiet with city center and beach a 20minute walk, also close to the main train station.

Dream Palace was a pleasant surprise. Francesco has created something really special here. If you are looking for a comfortable, spotlessly clean place to stay in Bari, this is it! The rooms are incredibly spacious with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom is equally large with great water pressure. The kitchen is also huge, well-equipped, with lots of coffee capsules, fresh water in the fridge, and croissants waiting for us. Francesco was an amazing host. He sent us a comprehensive PDF packed with useful information on the best places to eat and things to see, which made our trip so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Čistý, pěkně vybavený apartmán. Francesco byl velmi ochotný, přátelský a dal nám různé doporučení na restaurace, výlety, možnosti dopravy apod. Velmi dobrá komunikace, pokud jsme cokoliv potřebovali. Apartmán byl poblíž vlakového a autobusového nádraží a cca 20 min. pěšky do historického centra Bari nebo na pláž.

Wonderful location, and Francesco truly made my day! He greeted us with such warm hospitality and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

A kihúzható kanapé nem túl kényelmes, nagyon nyikorog.

Власник Франческо був неймовірно привітний і дуже допомагав своїми порадами, завжди був на зв'язку. Підказав, де можна поїсти і купити продуктів недалеко від помешкання. В самому помешканні було все необхідне, багато посуду, кондиціонер, індукційна плита, кавомашина. Коли ми приїхали пізно ввечері, на нас на кухні вже чекала охолодженна вода і два круасани, це було дуже неочікувано і приємно. Розташуання добре, 2 хвилини від зупинки автобуса, який довезе вас до центра або до пляжа.

Підлога була бруднувата, тому босоніж не походиш, але це не критично, нас все дуже сподобалося.

Най доброто място за кратък или по дълъг престой в Бари. Много добро местоположение близо до гарата и автогарата и на 20 мин. пеша от центъра. Перфектна комуникация със собственика, обясни всичко подробно дава точни указания, перфектно отношение. Апартамента беше чист, просторен и с всичко необходими. Много добра пицария в близост до хотела, най вкусните пици в района. Препоръчвам мястото.

The host Francesco was very friendly. He speaks fast and share lot of useful information. Big appartment. Two air-conditioners.

Upper shelf in bed room was not clean. Bad sound isolation. Slow elevator. Noisy neighbours.

We loved everything about our stay at Dream Palace. Francesco is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us clear advice on using public transport and which routes to take to different destinations. He also recommended plenty of great places to eat.

The only minor issue was the waste on the street next to Dream Palace. It’s not Francesco’s fault, but the garbage truck at night can be quite noisy.

Mi au placut conditiile de cazare si comunicarea excelenta cu gazda. Foarte aproape era un market bine aprovizionat si o pizzerie de familie, din 1973 ,foarte apreciata atat de catre localnici, cat si de noi : Da Donato. Locatia este situata destul de aproape de Bari Centrale, dar pentru Bari Vecchia trebuie sa fii pregatit cu incaltaminte comoda, pentru vreo 30 minute de drum. Insa merita ! In concluzie, exceptand deranjul nocturn , totul a fost foarte bine!

Nu mi a placut galagia de pe strada, in special momentele ( ca erau mai multe intr o noapte) in care se goleau tomberoanele ,deoarece angajatii firmei de salubritate faceau un zgomot infernal..Fiind case atat de apropiate, cred ca se amplifica sunetul , era foarte deranjant. E parerea mea, cine e invatat cu galagia, sau isi pune dopuri in urechi, n are treaba.

Very quiet location near central station and old city. Francesco gave us very detailed and usefull instruction about everything we needed to know (trips, suroundings, local bus transport). Coffee machine was provided with plenty of coffee.

The highlight of the vacation at Dream Palace was Francesco. Probably the best host I've met so far. He waited for us, helped us with a lot of recommendations on Google Maps for different places around Dream Palace, tips & tricks that were extremely useful. The place was extremely clean, really good amenities and, the most important aspect, we felt right at home. It's also very close to Bari Centrale station, which helped a lot to move around the city of Bari and places like Alberobello/Locorotondo (the bus station is ~200m further to the left of Bari Centrale train station, for future reference) or Polignano/Monopoli. It's quite close, but more quiet, to the old city (~15-20 min walk) and Francesco taught us all the ways of getting into the old city, which was very helpful. Whenever we'll come back to Bari, this is where we'll stay.

It's more of a preference, rather than truly 'didn't like'. Although we had enough pillows, they weren't to what we were used to (although it's clear that some people will like them. And the mattress, while being very soft, was not necessarily to my taste. Although this, we managed to properly rest at night without any problems. I can't stress this enough: it's a matter of taste, not an actual negative of the place.

Pas de serviette ou essui cuisine. Ce n est pas le plus important mais un plus pour la petite vaisselle présente.

Localization - close to shops, bus/train station and 15 minutes walk from old town. Very helpful landlord - very nice and friendly. Provided us a lot of information about city and surroundings (restaurants, places/cities to visit) Quick check in/check out. Well equipped apartment - all you need for meals preparation.

Sometimes a bit noisy at the mornings (cleaning services in other apartments or people going in/out through building main entrance) but if you usually wake up around 9am - NO PROBLEM. We prefer 10am-11am.

Przemiły właściciel i bardzo pomocny, bezproblemowy kontakt na WhatsApp. Mieszkanko czyste, wyposażone w czajnik, mikrofalówkę i toster. Łazienka również dobrze wyposażona w nowe sprzęty. Dobra lokalizacja do dworca kolejowego, dookoła piekarnie, kawiarnie i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep, jednak czynny dopiero od 8😉

We loved meeting Francesco and his family. They made the stay very easy and were hugely accommodating. Great correspondents and information off them regarding our stay.

No dislikes, just the mattress was too firm. (which is just personal preference) Also we would have preferred not to have the smoking room adjoining our apartment.

Este o cazare curată destul de aproape de gară. Poate fi efectuat self check-in in cazul în care ajungi mai târziu prin deschiderea ușii de la distanță. Gazda Francesco este foarte de treabă și întotdeauna la dispoziție pentru informații.

Świetne miejsce! Super lokalizacja, blisko dworca centralnego. W pokoju było cicho, czysto, wyposażenie zgodne z ogłoszeniem. Przesympatyczny i bardzo życzliwy właściciel Francesco. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Super friendly and hospital host. Large and clean appartment, proximity of grocery shop, convenient location at walking distance from train/bus station and Bari old town. You can feel the vibe of local neighborhood and visit Polignano, Matera, Alberobello and other attractions easily, in your own arrangement, without car.
