Já comentei - i have already commented - we stayed there 3 separate nights. The vitally important factor - other than the 100% comfort and facilities - was how JOY simply helped with so many details we needed fixed (in terms of transport, taxi looking after a bag for10 days, etc etc.) Completely relieves that feeling of having no support with airports, taxis, etc etc

Our first flat had a notice "no speaking after 10 pm!" which - when you have just arrived from a maybe stressful air trip is almost humanly impossible. I submit that the "culture" should be that people who arrive at night should be allowed to speak .. !! :-) Nobody was wanting to get drunk or sign songs ! ..

Our room was very clean and easily accessible. If you are walking to the airport with suitcases (like we did at 3am) be prepared for a 15 minute walk with uneven roads and half uphill.

The shared bathroom was a bit untidy, expected from lots of guests but the bathroom bin was so small and because we couldn't flush the toilet paper, it ended up overflowing which was a bit disgusting.

The Great point Here is the communication. Joy who runs it is 100% efficient communicative and friendly. Top for convenience location and ease of operation

Het ingeven de code van het gebouw is verwaring . Er zijn 2 verschillende displays aan de poort . Je moet de juist maar kiezen. Voor de rest is ok . Zeker voor de netheid en hygiène ze zijn 9/10

Omslagtig met het ingeven van de code . Waarom 3 verschillende manier maar niet een zelf manier code ingeven.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la localisation et la propreté de l’établissement.

l’accessibilité peut être assez compliquée pour une personne ayant des difficultés à marcher, notamment pour monter les escaliers avec les bagages. Le manque d’intimité peut également être un inconvénient, même si cela était en partie prévisible compte tenu du fait que certains espaces sont partagés.

Arrivée a 1h du matin, les 15mn dans l'obscurité, à pied avec une valise dans un sentier isolé m'a paru peu rassurant et trouver l'appartement compliqué.

Gute Lage, wenn man schnell und fußläufig den Flughafen erreichen möchte. Gute Küche mit vielen nützlichen Dingen.

Obwohl das Bad und WC eigentlich gut und sauber ausgesehen hat, roch es nach Fäkalien. Leider ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig.

Fizemos o checkout para retorno ao Brasil e só posso fazer ótimos comentários sobre a estadia… desde antes do check in tivemos total atenção da proprietária quanto a possibilidade de deixarmos as bagagens antes do horário correto, que foi atendido de pronto, local seguro, oferece três níveis de segurança para o acesso ao prédio, apto e quarto, ambiente familiar, aconchegante, muito bem arejado, limpo e perfumado….. local extremamente silencioso até por estar tão próximo ao aeroporto achei que seria diferente, não foi, muito tranquilo para descansar antes do voo… shopping bem próximo com dois mercados Lidl e Pingo Doce, além das lojas e praça de alimentação num ótimo padrão… sinceramente fui surpreendido e posso até afirmar que um dos melhores que já conheci em Lisboa, de brinde uma excelente vista do pôr do sol… vcs estão de parabéns!!!! לא היה ברור מפרטי ההזמנה שזה בית שמורכב מדירת שותפים, אין מזגנים והאווירה הכללית בשכונה לא הייתה נעימה, לא ממליץ.

We worried about check in as our flight delayed and it says check in runs to 10:59. But we arrived after that amd we were sent videos about how to enter the building so everything went smoothly

I didn't stay as room 4 is next to the loung ,dining area. The dining table is right outside your door and you would have to walk past guests if they were using this area to get to the bathroom. I left and stayed at another hotel. The bookings.com site said it was all booked out so I was expecting other guests.My friend stayed there the same night I booked and said no-one else was there ?

As above ! Room 4 is not recommended if there are other guests staying and using the lounge,dining area.

The apartment itself is nice enough once you manage to get in. If you get stuck for an hour by the entrance, the view is beautiful, and there is a place to sit.

I was stuck for one hour outside the property door and couldn't message the host because they didn't provide wifi in the instructions (only once you manage to get inside the apartment), and when I called 4 times they basically said can't help, we'll send WhatsApp messages (which I couldn't receive because I had no data). I was only able to get in eventually with a neighbor's help, who does not even own the apartment. If you book it in the hope of sleeping for a few hours before the flight, then spend an hour trying to enter the property, it defeats the purpose. So only book if you've got data.

L'accueil de Joyce et ses efforts pour libérer la chambre plus tôt à notre demande. L'appartement est très bien pensé, aéré.la vue superbe. Joyce a laissé plein de petites attentions pratiques comme de la crème solaire, des parapluies... Le chemin pour aller à pieds à l'aéroport est très sûr et facile 12 minutes aves les valises !

It was hard for the taxi driver to find the address. I had to help him with my mobile/google map. I had hoped I would be able to walk but it was too dark so I had to grab a taxi. The shower regulation was difficult and I could not get the handheld shower to work, and it only came (relatively) cold water from the top so I abstained. But I got a swim in the Ocean later on in the afternoon and that was an excellent replacement.,

We walked to the airport at 3am. It was about a 15 minute walk. We felt safe & saving money by nit needing a taxi. We had yummy pizza at a local restaurant that we walked to.

There are other people staying in the other bedrooms. There us a shared bathroom & kitchen fir all. It worked out really well for us because everyone was respectful, but I can imagine how this could be awkward.

Blisko lotniska Bardzo czysto!, polecam My mieliśmy pokój z osobną łazienką, ale i łazienka wspólna rewelacyjna, w kuchni jest wszystko. Dla Polaków będzie to zrozumiałe, standard nowych mieszkań, nie PRL Na jedną noc bez wątpliwości, na więcej do pomyślenia.

Wada Pokój z osobna łazienka jest od strony lotniska, i korytarza zewnętrznego w bloku, nie jest idealnie cicho.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen, 12 -15 Minuten Fußweg ... auch mit Rollkoffer gut zu bewältigen (am besten Rollkoffer mit großen Rollen). Die Kaffeemaschine hatte einen Kapselvorrat, musste man nicht erst kaufen. Der Zugang war unproblematisch..

Bonne proximité avec l’aéroport, pratique pour un transfert rapide si vol tôt dans la journée Lieu propre, cuisine agencée à disposition

Très mauvaise isolation sonore, nous entendions les personnes dans le salon manger, chanter, regarder la télévision comme s’ils étaient à côté de nous

Unterkunft liegt nahe am Flughafen, war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und die Wände sehr dünn, so dass nachts alle Geräusche sehr laut waren. Haben deshalb nicht gut geschlafen.

I had a very good stay and was especially happy with the location. I had a very early morning flight and was able to walk to Terminal 1 in about 10 minutes, which was extremely convenient. The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and I felt safe during my stay. There is also a small grocery store about a 10-minute walk away, where I was able to buy breakfast the night before my flight. I would recommend booking the private bedroom with an attached bathroom if available, as it is quieter and you do not need to share the bathroom with other guests.

I found it a bit pricey for what it is, since the room is within an apartment and the kitchen and living room are shared with guests staying in the other rooms.

The location was very convenient as I had an early morning flight. Walked to the airport, with my luggage and felt very safe even though it was still dark (and I'm an almost 70 year old woman). The room was OK, the bed was comfortable and the mattress suited me fine. Kitchen well equipped.

A little noisy but I expexted that.

The bed was comfy, the shared bathroom was clean, three towels of a different size were provided. It is 10 minutes to the Terminal 1 of the Lisbon Airport, but I don't recommend walking if your departure is from the Terminal 2, as you will have to take a free shuttle bus provided by the airport. If you are in a hurry - take a taxy. You need to know three codes to enter: one is for the building, one is for the apartmern and the last one is for your room. The one for your room you need to remember and enter each time you reenter your room. You can make yourself tea / coffee / breakfast in a fully equiped shared kitchen.

Everything was as I expected. I've attached a photo of the view from my room; you can see the airport building. You can walk to the airport, but if it's dark you may not feel completely safe, as some areas on your way are covered with trees and not very well-lit.

Naehe zum Flughafen, 13 Minuten zu Fuß, ganz einfach.

Alles da was man braucht. Für eine Nacht, die man zwischen zwei Flügen übernachten muss, genau richtig.

The accommodation is in an excellent location in relation to the airport. At 5 a.m., we walked there at a relaxed pace and reached the airport in 10 minutes. We arrived from Sintra to Oriente station, and from there it’s 2.2 km straight on foot to the apartment, or you can take bus 744 and then walk 3 minutes. Near the station there is a large shopping center and the Park of Nations. It’s very easy to access the accommodation—the host sent clear instructions. The room is small, but perfect for an overnight stay. Everything was very clean: the room, the bathroom, and the kitchen. There is everything you need to heat or cook food, a water cooler with drinking water, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. From the window, there was a view of a school and the Vasco da Gama Bridge. In the evening, students were rehearsing dances for Freedom Day. It was a bit late, but it was interesting to watch them.

This is not really a downside, just a remark. When we came back after our walk, another guest had checked into a different room. He was in his room, but the lights were left on everywhere—in the hallway, the kitchen, and the bathroom. I turned them off, and in the bathroom I had to do it again later. I think guests should be more mindful of this.
