This our fourth time at this hotel and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which we would definitely book next time as every window had fabulous seats views.

Great position, overlooking the sea. Just a short walk to the port. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Reception staff were excellent and informative. Good value for peak season visit in August .

Pool was a bit of a disappointment but only there for a couple of days so it wasn’t too much of a problem

People were putting towels on the pool chairs prior to breakfast and leaving them, this should not be permitted as there were not a lot of chairs for guests that actually wanted to enjoy the pool

Der Ausblick war fantastisch und für den große Parkplatz verdient das Hotel eigentlich einen Zusatzpunkt. Es gab ihn nämlich tatsächlich und er war groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das dunkle Brot hatte es uns angetan, da es wirklich gut geschmeckt hat. Der tägliche Handtuchwechsel wäre zwar nicht nötig, spricht aber für das Hotel. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug und einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz.

Hotel se nalazi na lepoj lokaciji uz more, nedaleko od samog centralnog dela. Dobar izbor doručka koji se menja svakog dana. Veliki parking koji se nalazi ispred hotela.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und am Hafen. Das Hotel ist äußerst sauber, das Personal sehr nett und bemüht und das Frühstück ein Traum mit einer riesigen Auswahl an lokalen und kontinentalen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommen, die jedesmal sehr liebevoll gefaltet waren. :-)

Es gibt nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hätte. Es war alles perfekt. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da und auch dieses Mal waren wir äußerst zufrieden.

Perfetto! Posizione eccellente.5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Questo significa tranquillità!

Wir waren sehr zufriedeb mit unserem Aufenthalt. Da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag lang unterwegs waren, war uns die Austattung der Zimmer nicht wichtig. Die Betten sind jedoch sehr bequem und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zum Hafen bzw. zur Fähre sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Je nach Gepäck lohnt sich aber doch ein Taxi für die kurze Strecke ;)

Location, breakfast

Hezké čisté ubytování na příjemném místě. Velmi klidný prostor okolo bazénu, kde se nekonal boj o lehátka a navíc je možné využít bar u bazénu. Personál byl milý a snídaně dostačující klasické kvality v takovém typu hotelu. Ocenili jsme balkon s příjemným posezením.

Klimatizace v pokoji byla už trochu starší (ale byla funkční, takže nic hrozného) a jen je třeba upozornit, že v blízkosti jsou pouze malinké kamenité pláže bez lehátek, takže je výhodnější jezdit autobusem nebo autem na pláže vzdálenější, to ale samozřejmě není chyba hotelu.

Exceptional breakfast, very clean and tidy, the staff was super helpful and polite, ideal location - walking distance to Skopelos center.

We loved the pool, the included breakfast, and the sea view. The staff was kind and attentive - they even spared us a beach umbrella which really came in handy. Our room was cleaned every day. Location is great, 10’ by foot from the main chora, without the stairs. It was overall a great stay and value for money.

This is a well-run hotel on the outskirts of Skopelos town, just a ten minute walk from the center. Built some time ago, heavily renovated during the nineties, has an odd mixture of old furniture and newer fixtures, there is even a vintage desk with a phone from the 1940s to match. There is a mid sized pool, nothing to write home about but its useful for an afternoon swim, nothing really to do though in the evenings. Staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are kept clean, bed cots are rather poor, nice view if you're facing the sea. Quiet hotel, close to some decent restaurants and cafes by the sea. Ample parking.

Breakfast was limited and the juice in particular was pretty bad, although the coffee machine was OK.

Good location, a 10 minute walk on the level into town. Quiet and peaceful place. Lovely views out to sea. Very clean. Fresh towels everyday. Good value for money. Great to have a frideg in the room. Lots of storage space.

Breakfast could have been better...the cold things were fine, but the 'hot' food was only ever luke warm. It would have been great to have a kettle and a couple of mugs also in the room, to be able to make a cup of tea!

Oceňujeme čistotu, skvělou snídani, pohodlné měkké matrace, nádherný výhled z balkonu, bazén, příjemnou vzdálenost do centra města.

Občas byl cítit zápach odpadu z koupelny.

La amplitud de las habitaciones, las vistas al mar y a Skopelos, tenía un pequeño balcón donde poder tender las toallas y sentarse. El desayuno aunque no era excepcional tenía un poco de todo y no había colas para servirse.

Las camas un poco incómodas y a veces venia un olor a tubería. No me gustó la ducha, muy pequeña.

I booked a stay at the Aeolos Hotel Skopelos on Booking.com from July 29th to August 1st. The hotel is listed as 4 stars. Getting from the ship in Stiakhos to the hotel was quite tiring; the temperature was around 35°C. When I entered the room, I found there was no water. I went out into the hallway and asked the cleaning lady, "There's no water in the room, could you put some in?" and the woman recoiled in shock. She said, "Please tell reception, that's the only way I can bring water." I told the receptionist, "This is a 4-star hotel, there have to be two bottles of water in each room, isn't that the rule?" She said, "No, there's no such rule," and condescendingly sent one 50-centiliter bottle of water. The next day, I explained the situation to the reception staff, and they said the same thing and condescendingly sent 4 bottles of water. I paid 370 Euros for three nights. If you buy a pallet of water, it costs you 10 cents. A 50 cm plastic bottle of water costs an average of six bottles in three nights, which is €0.60, not even 1 Euro. 375 Euros paid for this room, €0.60 for water? Unbelievable, isn't it? Small details, but this whole thing bothered me so much that I started noticing other things. I washed my t-shirt in the room and put it on the chair. When I woke up in the morning, I saw dust stains on the t-shirt and dust on the floor. Then I looked and saw it was dripping from the air conditioner. It must have never been cleaned since it was installed, even though those filters are supposed to be changed every six months. It needs to be removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled; I'm sure the hotel is unaware of this. I didint open last two days aircondition, cant sleep. Because I'm afraid to be sick. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working, and the aftermarket cover on the toilet is mismatched. Is a 60 cm x 60 cm shower area suitable for a 4-star hotel room?

Un hotel tranquilo, grande. Había leído que solo había escaleras pero yo utilice un elevador. Piscina, buen desayuno y frente a una muy tranquila playa.

Η αποχέτευση του μπάνιου έβγαζε νερά ακόμα και όταν δεν ρίχναμε εμείς..

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro della cittadina di Skopelos , facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata piacevole lungomare. La stanza era abbastanza ampia con un armadio molto funzionale. Il balcone aveva lo stendino e un tavolino con sedie. Anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata, sono presenti una piscina e una zona solarium . Bellissima la vista sulla città di Skopelos. La colazione era abbastanza varia con più scelta di salato. Nonostante il check in fosse dalle 15.00 la stanza ci è stata assegnata prima .

Nel bagno non c’era l’aspiratore. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati.

L’Aeolos è uno di questi. ​La sua posizione è semplicemente magica: sospeso in un angolo di assoluta tranquillità proprio davanti all'infinito del mare, ma a pochi passi dal cuore del paese, perfetto per chi cerca il giusto equilibrio tra isolamento e vita locale. ​Soggiornare qui significa risvegliarsi con il profumo del mare e perdersi in una colazione stupenda. È stato un vero e proprio rito mattutino, celebrato con prodotti freschissimi ed eccellenti, riforniti continuamente con il sorriso fino alle 11:00 — una coccola rara che permette di vivere la vacanza senza la fretta dell'orologio. ​La cura per i dettagli è impeccabile: la nostra stanza veniva rifatta ogni giorno in modo perfetto. Una pulizia ottimale che si respirava in ogni angolo della struttura. ​Ma la vera magia dell’Aeolos risiede nella sua atmosfera. Nonostante la struttura fosse piena di ospiti, all'interno si respirava una pace profonda, un silenzio dell'anima difficile da spiegare a parole. È un luogo raro, dove la confusione del mondo resta fuori e rimane solo il rumore della serenità. ​Ci torneremmo anche domani. Consigliatissimo!

Not much soundproofing. Wakiing up to people talking loudly . Room very hot even with door open. But overall great hotel & if visiting Skopelos again. I willl stay there.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and the location was nice and quiet, but within easy distance of the main town. The room and hotel were very clean with towels and linen changed regularly.

The hotel is situated about 10 minute walk from the Port and Ferries. Well appointed rooms with amenities you would expect. We were shown to our room and all was ok until we noticed water coming from behind the toilet. Maintenance were called and he confirmed the water was due to the toilet seal deteriorating. The hotel were very good in providing another room with upgrade to sea view. Breakfast was 8 - 11 am and was plentiful and good. Overall a good two nights stay and we would definitely stay there again.

I liked everything.

The location a was great - lovely sea views from the hotel. It was clean and comfy bed. A calm place 10 mins away from town.

The breakfast was not that inspiring. The coffee was awful - instant coffee from a machine. But the Greek yoghurt was delicious.

The staff was wonderful and they had a nice breakfast every day. The location was also very good we were only a few minutes from town walking.

The facilities were quite dated, the beds are two separate beds pushed together so you don't sleep together, and the shower was the smallest shower I've ever been in you could barely turn around.

Good choice for breakfast. Located along the seafront about 8 minute walk from the bus/ferry. Excellent sized room and a garden view gave me a balcony overlooking a courtyard which was very pleasant. Pool area in front of the hotel with comfortable loungers. Staff great and allowed me to store my luggage after check out until ferry time Would recommend.

Ubicación perfecta frente al puerto. Tiene una playa al frente por si no quieres moverte mucho en la isla. El desayuno completo y variado. El personal muy atento.

Nice location at the seaside, just a short walk to the old town of Skopelos. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

We visited at the end of September (end of the season). Many old and a bit sour people. The weather was not great, but when it was sunny and we decided to go for a swim, the water in the swimming pool was freezing! Unfortunately not doable with a baby. I assume it’s better to visit it during the summer.

The shower was of the telephone type and had no hook at all to hang it. We noticed that to the woman at the reception but besides getting angry and annoyed she told us that the issue was not one of the hotels priority!!. So a 4 star hotel not only has only telephone shower but neither a hook to hang it. Not to mention that the glass at one of the sides of the shower was just 1.10metre high. So it was interesting to have a shower with only one hand and always taking care not to shower the W.C. 4 Stars, annoyed receptionist, you need to improve

Friendly staff, nice rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean in all areas. Very good and varied breakfasts and kind staff clearing and serving us. Can sit in or outside. Good showers with hot water. Small but nice balcony with fantastic views over Harbour and skopolos town. About a mile to walk to the other side of the harbour but all on the flat. Nearby tavernas and lovely little bar on way home, with many more to choose from on the way home. Skopolos town is fun to explore with lots of little back streets and steps up hillside. There is castle at the top. Bus runs about hourly and you can visit about 10 beaches. All lovely and have beach bar and chairs. Hotel has nice pool and chairs but I used the sea. Beach nice to swim near breezy bar.

Our experience here was exceptional from the staff to the room, we have no bad thing to say. We were so lucky to get an upgrade for our anniversary and everyone went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable during our stay.

We have no bad words to say about this place it was just brilliant.

Ηταν μια πολυ ευχαριστη διαμονη . το πρωινο ηταν πολυ πλουσιο υπηρχαν πολλες επιλογες και καθε μερα υπηρχε και κατι διαφορετικο . το προσωπικο ευγενικο και προθυμο , η καθαριοτητα αψογη καθαριζαν καθολη την διαρκεια της ημερες . Η τοποθεσια ιδανικη κοντα στο λιμανι και στο κεντρο , για την χωρα δεν χρειαζοσουν αυτοκινητο για να πας . το ξενοδοχειο ειχε και παρκινγκ . Η πισινα καθαρη για να κανεις χρηση αν δε θες να πας θαλασσα . Ωαριος κηπος μπροστα στην εισοδο . Μεγαλο ξενοδοχειο με μεγαλα αναετα δωματια για 3 μελη οικογενεια . Τα δωματια χρειζουν ανακαινισης σε καποια πραγματα πορτες εσωτερικες εξωτερικες δωματιου μπανιο ισως γιατι εχει στενη καμπινα ντουζ αλλα μεγαλο μπανιο . Πολυ καλες τιμες για μηνα Αυγουστο και μας εκαναν και αναβαθμιση δωματιου δωρεαν απο κήπο σε θέα θαλασσα. Θα το ξανα επέλεγα σιγουρα σε επομενο ταξιδι

Air con over bed caused disturbed sleep due to noise and goose bumps. The pool never seemed to look clean around edges.
