Great staff. The room was exceptional, serviced daily. It is nice having a separate bedroom from the living area. Easy stroll to the beach and night markets. Wonderful pool area. It also has a gym for guest usage. A very safe area for night strolling.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location just around the corner from the Night Market. Literally 100 metre walk to the beach. Lot of restaurants and places to have a drink within easy walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff willing to help any way they can. Excellent pool area and overall great value for money.

Fantastic location. Close to everything (Bars, restaurants, 7-11, beach and markets) but located far enough where it's quiet and relaxing. Room was an older style but was super clean and had all you needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was a good size and the gym was fairly well equipped.

Établissement très propre bien situé, mais en retrait de l’animation de la rue principale qui se trouve à quelques mètres. Ce qui ont fait un endroit très agréable . calme mais grande accessibilité à tout. Le personnel est incroyablement agréable, disponible et attentionné.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, sodass man Geschäfte, Restaurants und den Strand fußläufig erreichen kann. Trotzdem befindet man sich in einer angenehm ruhigen Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und werden hervorragend gereinigt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlage ist leise. Der Balkon war angenehm groß und hat einen ansprechenden Sitzbereich.Der Poolbereich verfügt über ausreichend Liegen und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch den Damen im Büro, die freundlich und kompetent waren. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great location close to Jomtien Beach Road and the Jomtien Night Market. There is also a 7-11 and a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very nice and the room attendants clean it every day. The location is quiet while still being within walking distance of the beach. Reception is open 12 hours a day and the staff there are friendly and helpful. Very nice swimming pool.

There were issues with the wifi during my stay. It didn't work at all for a couple of days. Even otherwise, there were issues with the wifi quality. It was OK for most things but I sometimes had issues with streaming video. I also had issues with buffering on the few occassions when I needed to make a video call

Единственное неудобство доставлял кондиционер, который плохо регулировался и создавал неудобство при ночном отдыхе.

Ich starte oder beende jeder meiner Thailandreisen im Jomtien Beach Penthauses. Das liegt vor allem an der Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Das Haus ist ein älteres Bauwerk was den Vorteil bietet das die Räume größer sind. Das Gebäude wird sehr gut gepflegt, das Housekeeping kann mit einem 5 Sterne Haus mithalten. Die Lage ist optimal, Geschäfte und Resturants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank für die Organisation meiner Weiterreise nach Koh Samet und meine Weiterreise nach Ban Krut.

This property is located a short 300 meters or so from the main road and across from the beach. Everything you want to do is walking distance. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. Fitness facilities were top-notch for a hotel. Had everything for a full body workout, and everything worked well. Got upgraded to a suite with a private pool. The accommodations were perfect. Actually hated leaving. Would have tried to extend my stay if I didn't have dedicated follow-on travel plans. Will definitely be back to stay again.

J’ai loué un petit appartement dans ce condo très tranquille avec une belle petite piscine. Le personnel est très discret mais ils sont toujours disponible pour vous aider avec beaucoup de sympathie et toujours un grand sourire

The location is convenient to beach and shops. The room appeared clean on initial inspection.

Severe sewage smell throughout the stay made the room barely habitable. When I politely raised this issue, staff refused any accommodation or room change. Charged ฿1,900 for one night when comparable beachfront rooms cost ฿500-800.Most concerning: At checkout, staff confrontationally accused me of stealing a towel, which was completely false and deeply insulting after being overcharged for substandard accommodation.The combination of Sewage odor that made the room unpleasant. Complete unwillingness to address legitimate concerns. Excessive pricing (2-3x market rate) Falsely accusing guests of theft. Makes this property impossible to recommend. There are many better options nearby at 1/3 the price with respectful, professional staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. The location is great, but not in a very noisy area. Superb accommodations at a very reasonable price. Fun for the whole family!😃

I liked everything.

We loved the support we got from Big B in the office. She made our holiday special by telling us what was on in the area and how to get there! We also loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and snacks. The pool was lovely too as the sea was too rough for swimming

The location of the property was great. It was just a short walk to the night market. If we turned left into the laneway we could walk to a lovely coffee shop. Also the ‘bus’ to Pattaya left from the corner opposite the Twin towers hotel.

Excellent location....2 minutes to beach road... Bus into Pattaya every 5 minutes at most ... Friendly and helpful staff... Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jomtien Beach Penthouses in the centre of Jomtien. Staff were amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They are a huge asset to the complex and definitely made our stay. Our room was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Bed was comfortable too! Facilities are well maintained- good size swimming pool, gym, extensive library; and the location is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, baht buses, night markets etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term stay. It’s the perfect base to explore the area.

The location was ideal for our needs close to beach local cafes and bars . Ideal location to the night markets . travelling out reception would always one was secure and location to destination was known. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Security persons where always guarding the premises.

The must be a handrail fixed to allow safety upon entering and leaving the swimming pool. We will not return if one is not fitted.

Nice big room. Well equipped kitchen with hob, kettle and toaster. Key fob entry system and good safety box so felt secure. Really good cleaning regime. Short walk to seven 11, beach and what I call the Moscow night market for obvious reasons. Nice swimming pool.

They need some umbrellas by the pool as it can get very hot there.

Very self-contained suite. Construction on the beach road made it all one way and it was a bit of a walk to the road going into town. The pool was great and the suite was well-equipped.
