Wir haben diese Unterkunft vor allem wegen ihrer hervorragenden Lage gewählt – und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sie liegt zentral in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im District 1 sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In den kleinen Gassen („Alleys“) und den umliegenden Straßen findet man zahlreiche typisch vietnamesische Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Umgebung ist lebendig und authentisch. Metro und regionale Busanbieter wie Hanh Café sind ebenfalls in etwa fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation funktionierte sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend. Der Wäscheservice war schnell und effizient. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, außerdem gab es zuverlässig warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.

Unser Fenster zeigte auf das benachbarte Gebäude. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, störte uns das kaum. Abends hielten wir uns daher lieber in der Saigon Alley im Erdgeschoss auf. Wer Wert auf einen Ausblick legt, sollte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick wählen.

The service was amazing and the room included everything we needed. The best part was the location, Bui Vien is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel (and yet inside the room we didnt have problem sleeping because the noise didnt reach our room) and all of the tuors we took had a pick up/drop off point near the hotel. Finally I have to mention again how amazing was the service at the hotel, very helpful and caring!

There was a slight insect problem in the room.

This hotel is great, I stayed here before and loved it. Very central and has on site restaurant/bar. There are also other restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here again. I love the small alley to access the hotel. Very quiet even though it is so central

Alojamiento sencillo pero limpio. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas y personal muy atento. La ubicación es muy céntrica. Lo más “justo” sería el baño, que es pequeño y con la ducha que moja todo por el tamaño de este, pero sin duda relación calidad-precio-ubicación es una buena elección.

We stayed for 5D4N in this property and we were taken care of by the polite, friendly and approachable staffs (Long, Uyen, Thu). We really appreciated their warm welcome and positive attitude towards us. Good location to all tourist spots and the facility is really clean and tidy. Everyday thry clean the room and refill things needed to refill such as bottled water, bath towels, brushes, bedsheets, etc. Highly recommended. One more thing, it is very affordable 😊

Good location not far from tourist landmarks. Plenty of food options nearby, local and western fast food chains. Plus 7-eleven just around the corner. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The man on reception (sorry didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Very helpful staff, great location, value for money. Superb. Can't get much better for around 30$ a night.

Keep in mind that breakfast doesn't start super early, but neighbors open for local or western breakfast. So no issues.

Skvělý, moderní hotel přímo v centru. Hotel je na strategickém místě u velkého zeleného parku i autobusového nádraží. Pokoj vybaven lednicí, tichou, funkční klimatizací i malým balkónkem. Využili jsme i službu oprání prádla. Vše bylo naprosto perfektní a vřele doporučuji i při delším pobytu.

Great little hidden away hotel that is so central. Great room and comfortable bed, very clean. There is a wonderful restaurant/cocktail bar which is lovely. This staff make very good food and drinks. Definitely going back here

Have seen a few reviews about theft but we did not experience it. The location was quite confusing as we didnt relise it was inside a resteraunt but once we figured it out it was pretty decent.

The elevator was quite random one morning as it came up with a bedside table in it and we had to squish in along side it. (Elevator fits no more than 2 adults comfortably) Besides this the hotel definately is value for your money.

Ubicación un 100 de 10. Está en el epicentro turístico. A 1 min en ambas direcciones tienes 7eleven. A 1 min el Central Market, y también de la calle de fiesta “Bui Viên Walking Street’. Estás a 7 min caminando del Ben Tran Market. Varios lugares de exchange al lado y excursiones. Sin duda no podía estar mejor ubicado en un lugar de caos, es super tranquilo. El personal estupendo, muy cercanos y profesionales.

Las camas eran muy incómodas, durísimas. Hemos estado 3 noches y he terminado con mi espalda molida :(. Si no fuera por esto, el alojamiento sería perfecto.

Very good location, central but on a quiet lane.

Room a bit worn.

It's located in a small alley off Bui Vien street which is famous for its vibrant nightlife and a food paradise so it's very convenient yet the place is not so noisy at night as it's tucked away in the alley. I used a hop-on hop-off bus for a day and the bus stop was right there :) You don't need to go far to get food as the ground floor of this place offers light meals and so many restaurants and eateries are on and around the alley. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was ok as the rate was really reasonable but it would've been good if the toilet and the shower area were partitioned so that the water from the shower wouldn't wet the toilet.

Really good experience in this small hotel so that we felt very comfortable in that place. The decoration is nice and is going to be even better after the renovation they have started doing. The location couldn’t be better : quiet place in a small street full of restaurants and really close to the mane streets. The manager is very welcoming and gave us tips for our stay : always a pleasure to have a chat with him

I have stayed here twice and always had a wonderful time. It’s very clean, the rooms are so nice, the location is ideal bc it’s a little removed from town so not noisy, about 10-15 min bike to the beach and about the same to town. Most of all, the family who run the place were SO kind and helpful! When I left my entire toiletry bag with all my skin products there, Ryan arranged to have it delivered to my hotel in Hanoi. Really wonderful spot, I can’t recommend it highly enough

Had an awesome stay with Beauty House. Lovely lovely receptionist who had a do-all attitude! Whatever you see in the photos is the exact same in person. Really worth the price for it is located near tourist destinations! Would come back for more xx

Position of hotel

Zimmer im 1. Stock war ruhig, da sehr nette Nebengasse, groß und wir haben gut geschlafen. Klimaanlage top. Es gibt neuerdings einen Aufzug und im EG ab kommender Woche eine Bar, die schließt um 22 Uhr. Fast vor der Tür kl. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants und Cafés Man kann Gepäck nach Check out dort lassen und am Abend sogar vor dem Heimflug noch duschen. Nette Leute- auch später Check in easy Eingang durch Schiebetür und durch Bar durch...

Die Managerin war cool, lustig und sehr hilfreich. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft zwar sehr versteckt in einer mGasse, aber sehr zentral. Das Zimmer hat nur 13€ gekostet.

Es gab kein Fenster und befand sich im 3. Stock.
