la struttura è molto vicina al east gate entrance del parco nazionale di Zhangjiajie (5 minuti a piedi), lo staff parla molto bene inglese, la camera è molto spaziosa (davvero molto! e per la cina è un miracolo, siamo riusciti ad aprire due valigie contemporaneamente!!), l’hotel offre servizio transfer da aeroporto a hotel e viceversa (a pagamento, ma prezzo davvero onesto!!) e offre anche servizio di prenotazione per le attrazioni (anche per il parco nazionale), inoltre lo staff spiega in modo molto chiaro a tutti gli ospiti come muoversi all’interno del parco e lascia la mappa da tenere con sopra gli appunti. eccezionale davvero! camera pulita, asciugamani puliti e prodotti bagno/acqua naturale forniti dall’hotel tutti i giorni

We had a wonderful stay at Destination Inn Hotel. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the park. The room was clean and comfortable. The two-bed room could have been a little larger, but overall it was perfectly fine for our stay. What really made this hotel special, though, were the hosts. They were absolutely amazing—very friendly, warm, and hospitable. They always greeted us with a smile and even asked us how our day went. They also helped us plan our route for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and booked the tickets and time slot for us, which made everything much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, especially for travelers visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!

Located very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park, this hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay. The beds are comfortable, and the owner arranged all our trips to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain at a very convenient price. He helped us with everything we needed and made our stay really easy and enjoyable. We also loved the area, with plenty of street food options nearby. Highly recommended!

Mi estadía en el Destination fue excelente, Ralph y Lía son lo máximo, desde antes de mi llegada me contactaron para ayudarme con la coordinación de mis tours y esto hizo la diferencia, gracias a ellos pude aprovechar mejor mi tiempo y visitar todas las atracciones que tenía en mi lista, el hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación a 5 minutos caminando de la entrada principal al parque y a 15 minutos del centro de Wulinyuang, la habitaciones son tal cual las ves en las fotos, una excelente relación calidad vrs precio, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el destination, gracias Ralph y Lía. My stay at Destination was excellent; Ralph and Lia are amazing. They contacted me before I even arrived to help coordinate my tours, which made all the difference; thanks to them, I was able to make the most of my time and visit every attraction on my list. The hotel is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk from the park's main entrance and 15 minutes from downtown Wulingyuan—and the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos. Amazing location with exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, providing various travel-related support, from planning routes to updating tickets when my plans changed. They were also very responsive throughout my stay. Great english. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Excellent value for money!

Ralph was great and helpful. He booked my tickets and gave guidance on Park and how to navigate. The room was good and my laundry was taken care with a charge.

The staff were very helpful with planning my time in Zhangjiajie and even offered to help me get tickets. Despite the name 'Youth Hostel' it is not youth exclusive, nor is it a hostel. It's just a hotel with very basic amenities, walking distance from the East Gate which is what I wanted. I was able to arrange for pickup from the airport since I was arriving late and didn't want to deal with trying to get a taxi or a DiDi.

Unfortunately, the messages I was sent prior to arriving said that they could book tickets to save me from having to wait in line for Zhangjiajie Park (which to me implied that waiting in line was an option). I didn't realize that the park had timed entry tickets and just showing up at the gates wasn't an option, so I wish that had been more clear (but I suppose that's also on me for not looking into it deep enough before arriving).

Tanto Ralph como su compañera fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos aconsejaron sobre la entrada al national forest park.Tuvimos un cambio de última hora en nuestro viaje y reservas y colaboraron para que no tuviéramos pérdidas. Las habitaciones están muy bien y son espaciosas. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la entrada al parque. Lo recomiendo.

Muy bien situado, al lado de la entrada de acceso zona del ascensor Bailon. El propietario del Hostal (Ralph) desde el momento que realizamos la reserva se intereso y nos ayudó en la compra de entradas tanto para la visita al Area escénica de Zhangjiajie como para la Montaña Tianmen. Recomiendo este alojamiento 100 %

Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación muy amplia y a dos niveles. Ideal para familias!! Cerca de todo y a unos 30 minutos en didi de la ciudad principal. Todo muy limpio y el dueño se encargó de gestionarnos todas las entradas para el parque nacional, Tianmen mountain y el Gran cañón. Muy agradecidos con él y con su familia!! El servicio de lavandería un 10!!

Lo recomendaría si visitan este parque por su cuenta, pero si van a coger tour de ambos parques (Montañas de Avatar y Puerta del Cielo Tianmen) creo que es mejor quedarse en la ciudad, porque todos los tours que incluyen transporte son para los que se alojan en la ciudad, sino tendrás que ir por tu cuenta al parque de Tianmen.

Very nice hotel in an ideal location, right next to the bus station for easy access to the park. The staff are very welcoming, speak excellent English, and provide plenty of useful information about the different hiking routes and itineraries in the park. They help also with reservations. Destacar la ubicación del sitio, muy muy cerca de la entrada al parque. La habitación estaba muy bien, muy amplia y cómoda. Lo mejor, el personal, nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso y llegamos muy tarde, sobre las 4am, nos esperaron para poder hacer el Check-in, nos dejaron pagar todo al dia siguiente para poder dormir, nos organizaron un coche para poder ir a Tianmen Mountain al día siguiente, que nos recogió las maletas en el hotel y nos explicaron muy bien todo el funcionamiento del parque y las entradas, además de acoger a nuestra guía por la mañana mientras nos esperaba.

No tienen ascensor, para mi no es problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Постоянно был на связи в мессенджерах, это была приятная забота о гостях! Видно, что всё делают с душой! Номера удобные, есть кондиционер, все мыльные принадлежности☺️ За эти деньги очень приятное место! Оплатить проживание можно наличными или через местные приложения.

Единственный минус так это то, что была высокая влажность, но это горы, тут это нормально)

Para una familia de 5 personas fue una buena habitación, a lo mejor el baño un poco pequeño para todos, pero asumible perfectamente. La ubicación está muy bien asumiendo que nosotros nos desplazamos en Didi, no en metro. Y el barrio para mí fue muy interesante, allí vive todavía la gente de verdad, incluso está cerca de unos baños que usa la gente de allí. Por la noche fue muy seguro, salimos a las 00:15h a cenar y encontramos algunos puestos entre las calles. Aunque para mis hijos, que no están acostumbrados, puede ser que fuera un impacto de realidad mayor del que esperaban para ser el primer día 😏,

Great hostel. Owner is friendly and helpful. Great hanging out space downstairs. Location excellent, 10 minutes walking to East Gate. Theres a little ice cube maker in lobby, so you can have cold drinks after a hot day out. The place is clean. Hot water plentiful.

The private room was great, very clean and spacious, aircon working well, nice bird sounds in the morning from the back garden. Location amazing just a 5 mins walk to the entrance and 10 mins walk to the bus station, the river night promenade also 10 mins walk, plenty of restaurants around 10/10 but the best part of this accomodation is Ralph! I have few injuries and was worried of ending up backtracking on the treks and not being able to do them all. After booking he straight up whatsapped me and asked me about my expectations and offered to organize all of the tickets and treks at no additional cost!! I was first and avoided the crowds everywhere, the map itinerary he created for me worked like magic and in two full days i was able to do all of it!! He also has so many tips about what to do around how to get places and everything you might need!! After 130 countries i dont think anyone else from accomodation has been as proactive as Ralph has! Really thank you for everything!

La struttura si trova a 6 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso est del parco. La camera è ampia e molto pulita. Il bagno è spazioso, provvisto di doccia, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Ralph e il suo staff ci hanno accolti calorosamente e ci hanno aiutato a organizzare tutte le nostre escursioni, fornendoci info dettagliate e prenotando al posto nostro i biglietti. Such an amazing stay! I couldn’t have done my trip to Zhangjiajie without the help of Nia and Ralph. Ralph helped me to book all my tickets with a discount and Nia at reception helped to plan the route for all three days. This made it possible to do everything we wanted and have the best time. The hostel itself is great! Very clean, in a great location and amazing value for money! I would 100% recommend that anyone visiting the national part stay here.

The facilities were excellent and everything worked exactly as it should. The room was comfortable, clean and provided a great place to rest after long days exploring Zhangjiajie. Hands down the best bed I’ve slept on. What truly made this stay exceptional was Ralph. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions, taking time out of his day to sit down with me, explain the maps and help plan the best routes to the attractions. He also booked all the necessary attraction tickets on my behalf, which saved me a lot of time and confusion as the ticketing system can be quite complicated for international visitors. Ralph’s service didn’t stop there. When I accidentally slept in and missed my original schedule, he helped change my ticket to a later time so I could still enjoy the attractions without stress. Even while I was out exploring, I could message him with questions and he would respond almost immediately with helpful advice. His local knowledge, responsiveness and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to my trip.

This hostel is the best place we have ever stayed at! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They helped us plan our entire trip to Zhangjiajie and booked tickets for us as well! The hostel was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk from the park entrance! It was close to so many delicious restaurants as well! We also accidentally forgot an item at the hostel, and they offered to ship it to our next accommodation out of kindness, which they did not have to do. The staff is truly the most accommodating and amazing people I’ve ever met!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially Lia. She was a very smart and kind girl who helped us a lot with arranging our tours. The hotel owner was also very nice and upgraded our room for free. The laundry service was affordable, the room was clean and quiet, and the hotel location was good and close to one of the national park entrances. They also provided free drinking water. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

The hotel did not have an elevator and there were quite a lot of stairs, but it was not a problem for us overall.
