Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto organizzato: un plauso speciale a Carol, davvero preziosa e disponibile nell’organizzazione e nella gestione di tutto. La colazione è buona, la pulizia è ottima e anche i prodotti e i servizi offerti sono curati e di qualità. Un altro grande punto di forza è la posizione, davvero strategica, proprio vicino all’ingresso est del Parco delle Montagne di Avatar, comodissima per visitare il parco. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale, l’organizzazione e la posizione!
Unico aspetto da migliorare, a mio avviso, è la colazione, che potrebbe essere un po’ più varia e curata, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la scelta dei prodotti. Per il resto, davvero nulla da segnalare: personale, pulizia, organizzazione e posizione sono tutti ottimi.

Staff at the reception is very polite and friendly and speaks the best english i heard in all of my travel trough China, they are extremely helpfull providing all the info you want and need. They arange you the trips, massages, tours etc. Ac is working wonderfully and beds are good.
Breakfast was good but the place where is at, could really use another AC because it was too hot in august when was full of people.

Al nostro arrivo la camera non era disposibile ma ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito (camera più spaziosa ma senza vista sulle montagne, con affaccio su un altro palazzo) e devo dire che la stanza era molto spaziosa e carina.
La colazione, non c’era praticamente nulla di occidentale.

Нам очень помогла Кэрол с планированием нашего путешествия в экопарк, на гору Тяньмень, Гранд Каньон, Baofeng lake, Furong town и покупкой всех необходимых билетов, мы очень довольны, все везде прошло хорошо. В номере была очень хорошая звукоизоляция, жили на 4 этаже, шума от машин с дороги и голоса с улицы не слышали, спали очень хорошо. Отель рекомендую, в следующий раз тоже остановлюсь именно в нем.

Скудные и не очень вкусные завтраки. Даже больше не понравилось, что невкусные, хоть мы и любители китайской кухни. Не надо большого разнообразия, но 2-3 блюда можно было бы приготовить хорошо.

La colazione poco varia, la lavanderia un po' fatiscente (è un sottotetto) e senza istruzioni in inglese. Il personale sebbene disponibile, sembrava sempre un po' annoiato dalle nostre richieste e non fornivano risposte esaustive.

Очень понравилась возможность спланировать заранее до приезда все маршруты посещения парка, таким образом не было потерь времени на необходимость разбираться, переводить на родной язык, стоять в очереди. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for visiting the area’s main attractions. The level of service we received was simply outstanding. Even before our arrival, the staff reached out to help us plan our stay. They organized our itinerary, arranged tickets for all attractions and show tickets with fantastic seats. Their assistance saved us so much time and made everything incredibly easy. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent, and they were always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. This was truly a memorable experience, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping create such an incredible trip. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Yoba Boutique Hotel.

They saw us a family so they kindly offered more help with nearby rooms.. they found our belongings in the room and called us after checkout.. thanks for your hospitality.. Staff at restaurant were great too.. there's a freeaundry up, and a nice sitting in the lobby.. very compact, easy access and hospitable. All amenities are available in the room.
Perhaps food options and variety.. perhaps they should add corn flakes for kids..

Reviewed May 25, 2026Персонал очень помог с билетами и маршрутами по всем зонам куда мы хотели попасть, подсказывали планы, помогали с навигацией. Сам отель расположен в приятном месте и вечером можно погулять по красивому городку. Сам номер тоже очень понравился: он и выглядел эстетично, и вид был приятный и всё наполнение было таким, какое нужно.
Завтрак был довольно бедным. Сушилку мы то ли не нашли, то ли её не было - в силу дождливой погоды просто вывесить вещи на балкон, было плохой идеей (сушилка была в номере, но она платная и требует ещё одного внешнего приложения).

La camera non era per niente insonorizzata, eravamo sotto al ristorante e la mattina presto si sentivano rumori di tavoli e sedie... Lo staff non risponde ai messaggi almeno che non siano messaggi per comprare qualche servizio....

Reviewed May 17, 2026The staff at the Yoba Boutique Hotel were extremely helpful. They helped us book activities and reserved entrance tickets for us the attractions before we arrived. The hotel was very well located at the river, just outside of the noise of downtown but easily walkable to the attractions and night market. It was clean and very nice accommodations.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The hotel is located near the entrance to the National Park. The hotel staff booked tickets for us for all the days of our stay to the places I selected. They also explained in detail the best route through the National Park to ensure we saw everything we could. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby serving traditional food. The beautiful embankment is a 10-15-minute walk away. In the evening, everything is beautifully illuminated, and a musical dancing fountain on the bridge turns on every half hour.

En general todos los desayunos que tuvimos en China no tienen opciones de comidas para extranjeros, no estamos a desayunar la comida del almuerzo. Por eso no nos gustó, no había opción de desayuno americano.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom is so small and smells bad. The breakfast is asian style and it is the worse I ever tried with little options and flavourless. The staff members speaks english but if you encounter any problems it will take them ages to reply messages (if they decide not to ignore you like they did with us). Once you are at the hotel in person, they will be responsive but with no much efforts. We had to change room twice because different issues. They ended up upgrading us which we appreciate however we still had issues like bathroom smell, and wet floor, uncomfortable bed. Overall was not a great stay. I would not stay here again.

Персонал отеля заранее согласовал со мной план на отдых и забронировал все билеты, от меня требовалось только приехать и на месте все оплатить. В номере чисто. Рядом с отелем куча ресторанов, но ночью очень тихо, даже машины не ездят. Есть лифт, не нужно тащить чемодан по лестнице Кровать супер удобная
Подушек много, но все одинаковые. Для меня оказались очень низкими

Ar condicionado não esfriava o suficiente. Reservamos todos os tickets antecipadamente com Carol, por escrito, em conversas via WeChat; no entanto, quando chegamos, fomos avisados de que ele havia esquecido de fazer nossas reservas. Foi estressante ter que resolver isso de última hora, com as limitações de idioma e foi frustrante, pois devido a esse erro, não conseguimos a rota desejada na Montanha Tianmen, pois já havia esgotado.
