De vele trappen met grote koffers voor je in de kamer bent. Met het klimaat van Borneo is dat echt sleuren en puffen.

We asked the owner is there any possible if we left our belongings because check in time for second room in afternoon. The owner is very nice, he allowed us to left our belongings and they take care and move our stuffs to the next room. For sure will stay here agaian

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Wir hatten hier einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant und war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt bevor wir zur Fähre nach Tarakan gegangen sind. Wir haben uns abends ausversehen ausgesperrt und der Besitzer hat uns direkt aus unserer misslichen Lage befreit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Nagy szoba, kényelmes ágy. Közvetlenül a szállás alatt egy nagyon jó és olcsó étterem volt.
A hangszigetelés nem volt megfelelő, mind az útca zaja illetve a lépcsőház felől is nagyon behallatszódott minden. Emiatt nem jól aludtunk. A fürdőszobában kellemetlen szag volt.

Scale ripide senza ascensore. Bagno molto piccolo e monouso, cioè un soffione sopra il water. Forte odore di chiuso in camera.

It is a little bit far from the center, but as the city center is not amazing, it is better yo stay in this area. You can reach the center with a Maxim, it is cheap and fast.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to several issues that didn’t match what was advertised. First, we had specifically booked a room with a kitchen, but upon arrival, we were given a different room without one. When we brought this up with the host, he said the kitchen room had already been given to someone else — and instead of helping us, he told us to go ask the other guest ourselves to switch rooms. This was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up spending several days there without access to a kitchen, which had been important for us, especially to prepare our own breakfast. Second, the bed was very uncomfortable, completely sagging on both sides. Lastly, the listing also mentioned that there was a gym, but there was no gym available at all — another misleading detail. Overall, we felt the listing was not accurate, and the way the situation was handled left a lot to be desired.

The room was warm during the day due to the sun even with the air-cond at coldest setting and with all curtains closed. WiFi speed was less than 200kbps, host said it was due to the ISP though.

The pillows are very hard and thick not very comfortable I had to sleep without them but the bed was very comfortable. The wifi is very very slow it’s okay to send messages but was unable to work on my computer and do any research.
