Didn't realise that it was just a room (with an ensuite) with shared electric jug and fridge. Fridge was filthy and there is only one plug for it and the jug so you have to unplug the fridge to use the jug (which stopped working the day after we arrived). It was also very noisy.

Si solo buscas un sitio donde pasar unas horas antes de ir al aeropuerto, puede cumplir su función por la ubicación. Sin embargo, las camas son, sin exagerar, las más duras en las que he dormido nunca. Resultaron muy incómodas y fue prácticamente imposible descansar bien. Por la diferencia de precio con otros alojamientos de la zona, recomendaría gastar un poco más y elegir otra opción. Merece la pena si buscas dormir con un mínimo de comodidad.

The Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, They were very eager to assist in helping us to settle into the apartment

The only little issue, is that "The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift", however the Hosts helped us with our luggage up to the third floor.

The location is the best, easy to get park with a variety choice of cafe and the room is superb with spacious toilet and tv with various channel to watch. Need to point out the spacious toilet, love it.

The pantry not properly top up with instant coffee as the morning we planned to check out sadly none of the instant coffee or tea can be found. No place to wash cup in the pantry.

Water leak in Toilet. No mirror or TV in room. Stairwell dark and dirty. No clear signs for Entrance.

The toilet always in wet. Not suitable for older persons, very slippery. Water heater not functioning well in one of the room (Room 107). Rented 4 types rooms, most of them having the same issue, the toilet's always in wet condition not suitable for senior citizens. The stairs for the development not equally height for some steps, this will cause injury easily. The staircase lighting not lighting up in ground and first floor. This probably due to the renovation works in ground floor shops (CKS supermarket).

The place is in bad shape, lots of things needed fixing.

Both the twin bed sheets and duvet sheets were dirty, not sure if they were properly washed before.

I like the most has so many store near in this area, and I got the number 101 I guess, correct me if I'm wrong, the room is ok, the restroom OMG! it very huge u know..

I stay here 2 night, please do on the light when night time on the stairs way, I knew u forgot to on ,but please do the responsibility for your guest, their safety especially for the kids.

Overall we definitely like the size of the property for our family and it is located above a supermarket. Laundry shop right across the building. The area is very quiet at night. The amenities in the house weren’t great but we got the most of our stay here. We hope there will be some improvements done for better stay. Thank you for hosting my family in Tawau.

Wifi stopped working on the 2nd day of our stay, no response from the property owner. There weren’t any tools for cleaning available, so we got them a small broom to ease our stay. I would like to suggest more floor rugs, a floor cleaner and a toilet cleaner for customer use whilst staying. Only staircase available to reach the property on 2nd floor, be mindful with your luggage amount.

Stair corridor towards climbing up third floor is a little dark, more security should paid more

The location is good with many dining places nearby. The house is spacious.

Tiring walking up the stairs especially with big luggage. Construction/renovation going on at the neighborhood, noisy if you stay in the house. The sofa bed is not so comfortable. Better to have extra mattress instead, Wifi is not functioning, no Internet connection.

The place is clean and such a good place to stay . The place is a strategic place bcs there’s a lot of store such as CKS, llaollao, Pezzo and many more !! 😍

The renovations sound is so disturbing hahaha. At 8 am the renovation start so if u planing to stay at there all days i think not suitable
