Colazione davvero scarsa senza opzioni dolci, ma solo omelette e uova strapazzate; non c'è nessuna bevanda se non acqua (altre cose a pagamento, bisognerebbe specificare per correttezza). Più che un hotel, è un vero e proprio labirinto. . Alla reception non si trova mai nessuno, sono molto concentrati sugli ospiti che fanno yoga e non su chi alloggia semplicemente da loro. Manca un asciugacapelli, un tappeto per la doccia e un porta spazzolini. Zanzare in stanza e lenzuola bucate che andrebbero assolutamente sostituite.

The location was perfect: not too far from the center but also not as noisy as the center itself.

Maybe the hot water was not enough for 2 persons but as it is hot outside it was not very annoying.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt, ruhig und sehr gut gelegen. Supermarkt, Warungs und ein tolles Café sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett, einem großen Badezimmer und einer kleinen Terrasse. Besonders gefallen hat mir die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeit, an Yogaklassen teilzunehmen. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort, um Ubud etwas ruhiger zu erleben.

Mein Zimmer lag direkt neben der Yoga-Shala, sodass morgens und abends Aktivitäten stattfanden. Daran habe ich mich jedoch schnell gewöhnt. Außerdem war die Trennung zwischen Retreat-Gästen und regulären Hotelgästen beim Essen nicht immer ganz klar erklärt. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Orientierung und Service vom Personal gewünscht. Für den Preis war das jedoch absolut in Ordnung.

The room was nice and we had hot water. There was also drinking water we could have for free

Anything else was not fun. Every morning we were woken up at 5-6 am by either construction or yoga mantra or both. Do not book this accomodation if it’s not to do yoga, you will feel unwelcomed among all the yogis who always came chilling on our balcony avec making so much noise. Experience was mediocre we wanted to leave early

The place is located on a normal residential street, about 2km from the main center, with easy access by scooter. From what we saw, the property has two buildings, so when we arrived we learned that we would be staying in another annex 500 meters away, different from the photos we saw on Booking.com, but which also has excellent infrastructure. It also has a swimming pool, shared kitchen, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

I believe the cleanliness of the bed linens needs improvement, as we noticed some stains and it looked like they hadn't been washed recently. Hot water can run out, so showers need to be quick. But this is a general problem in Indonesia.

Ich wurde in der Leo Villa untergebracht und es war super schön da. Es war so ruhig, die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Betten wunderbar komfortabel und das alles zu einem wunderbaren Preis.

Man braucht zwingend ein Moped(-taxi) wenn man nach Ubud rein will.

Cada día que estuve allí hubieron obras gusto frente a mi habitación y nadie me avisó de esto, incluso cuando amplié mi estancia hubiese estado bien que me ofrecieran otra habitación y esto no pasó.

It’s a genuine yoga school. I was not a student but it’s got this exceptional vibe about it. The students are in demanding courses . They’re enthusiastic and excited about what they’re learning. They’re inclusive so I got to share in the fun of it all without the hard work. Also Excellent value for the money and staff were warm and helpful. Even more so than the normal Balinese standard which is high to begin with.

No kettle or fridge in room but at that price point I understand.

위치는 번화가와 조금 떨어져있어도 혼자여행자여서 오토바이타고 주변 비건식당, 맛집검색해서 다녔습니다. 무엇보다 이곳선택한건 숙박,요가체험,마사지 공간이 숙소안에 있다는겁니다. 요가100k 발리니스마사지60분150k에 요가강사 전문 프로그램도 있는거같아요~ 이얌? 이안? 마사지 잘해요👍

Such a lovely property, excellent value for money and a warm welcome from staff. There is also a yoga school nearby which a lot of other guests were there for, this created such a calming atmosphere! Note that to get into the more busy part of Ubud it’s around a 5-10 min grab bike away, which we didn’t mind.

The hotel has a boutique feel to it. The staff, especially Dewa, were amazing and extremely accommodating and this is imperative when staying somewhere for weeks.

There was some sort of musical practice sessions going on in the area for a few hours every night which made it difficult to sleep for light-sleepers. Unsure if this is throughout the year or just during the time I spent there.

Staff was attentive and snacks available from the kitchen. Rooms comfort and tidy.

Bathro door instalment as door stuck to.open and close. Breakfast could be better.

For the price it is a above decent accommodation. Rooms are modern, pool is nice and the shower is one of the best we got in Bali, which we rate highly. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are far enough from the road to be quiet. We had some peaceful nights. It is a hotel with some good qualities and some weird choices that, if addressed, would make the hotel better. I hope they do but reading older reviews they have not taken in feedback before.

For the price you can't expect 5 stars, however, some choices don't make sense. The beds are wooden pallets with a mattress which is not good for support. Why? Because the rooms are modern and good otherwise. There is a lack of hooks and places to put up wet clothes and towels. The breakfast is average and it is awkward when you are there while there are also yoga classes. The yogi's get a very healthy fancy meal while other hotel guests get a less than basic meal with only choice off scrambled eggs or omelet. This made us feel as second class guests. The spa room for a massage is mouldy and smells. We got headaches when we entered because there is no ventilation. The more expensive rooms are next to the yoga chala so more noisy than the rooms with a balcony. To us it did not make sense why these rooms are more expensive.

Staff was friendly and they provided us a nice scooter to get around , the place was very cute and had a pool.

Not a lot of options for breakfast and the bed sheets were not really clean, they didn't smell nice and had some stains.

Great value for price, nice rooms, pool and area to hangout. We were in the ”newer” part, so can only speak for this! Our room was right next to some loud whirring machine but staff turned it off, helping us sleep.

Don’t expect a balcony even if it says so, it was just a mini area outside the room with a bamboo clothing rack (see picture).The pictures dont really apply as it is different for every room, we got the room right by breakfast/hangout area which made it a bit noisy

Friendly staff, helpfull and support

I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. From the moment I arrived, my whole energy shifted, I felt lighter, calmer and instantly at peace. I had just come from a more ‘fancy’ hotel nearby, but I only realised how flat the energy there was, once I stepped into this place. Here, the space feels alive, intentional, and heart opening. Because it’s part of a yoga retreat center, I truly believe the owner, the team, and the mantras being practiced (during the trainings) there must keep the spirit and the vibration of the place very much alive. My room was perfectly clean and completely mold-free (a huge priority for me in Bali). The staff is genuinely kind, they do everything they can to help. They always find solutions and never make you feel like you’re asking for too much. It truly feels like home. Seeing Vegis and the whole team every morning was such a joy! Vegis is honestly the soul of the place. And the location is perfect, one of my favourite parts of Ubud. It’s not far from the city centre at all, and on your way back you pass through beautiful rice fields. I’m traveling around Bali now, but I’ve already booked my return stay here. Highly recommend!

The location was really nice, close to ubud centre but not too close so the streets around weren’t that busy and crowded. The rooms was amazing, cleaned everyday, everything was excellent, staff was very welcoming and helpful anytime.

La colazione non ha scelta

Sehr moderne und schicke Zimmer auf separatem Grundstück zur eigentlichen Yogaschule. Große Glastüren mit privatem Sitzbereich in kleinem Garten vor dem Zimmer. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb von Ubud gelegen. Kleiner Pool und einfaches Frühstück für 35k erhältlich. Hilfsbereites Personal und tägliche Zimmerreinigung.

Vor jedem Zimmer ist ein winziger, unbepflanzer Teich mit übermäßig vielen und großen Koi Fischen darin. Diese scheinen teilweise krank und haben viel zu wenig Platz, das muss nicht sein. Außerdem durch die Wasserpumpe konstant lautes Geplätscher.

Almost every thing was great.i suggest this accomodation for tourists . Vergis was very welcoming and very kind and understanding personal.

Unfortunately, the two white stray dogs were scary at first but they turned out to be calm and kind not bothering the tourists. I suggest to invest in stronger WiFi but for the rest

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit - Englischkenntnisse top. Das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet wurde, war auch sehr lecker und für Vegetarier:innen geeignet. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse sind sehr gemütlich und ruhig.

Das Bad hat etwas nach Abfluss gerochen, wenn man abends zurück kam. Außerdem ist die Lage doch recht außerhalb, weshalb es manchmal schwer war, eine:n Gojek-/Grabfahrer:in für Strecken zu finden.

Very comfy bed, nice and quiet place but to get anywhere you need a scooter or Grab taxi. Vegis was very helpful. Joga school class didn’t disturb us at all.

Breakfast could be a bit better - scrambled eggs or omelette was the only option for us.

When I arrived I was told I could only stay one night and that I would have to go to another property they have for the rest of my stay. I told them I chose that property on purpose because it was close to the place I needed to go to everyday for a training I was attending. They eventually said it was alright but the room I have been sent to was definitely not mine as mine was supposed to have a swimming pool view and that one had a wall as only view... After I read the reviews I saw this was happening to quite a lot of people. I think the property is only good for people going to their yoga class. Same thing for breakfast, on the first day they ask me at what time I wanted my breakfast to be ready but everyday nothing was ready. One day I couldn't even find anyone from the hotel so I had to buy my breakfast at a restaurant although it was included in my booking... Yet anyone going to yoga class had everything ready for them everyday... The room I slept in has a pond right next to it which is very noisy at night because of the constant pumping. The swimming pool is so tiny I didn't even swim.

La struttura è ben tenuta, nuova e sempre pulita ed in ordine. Ero lì per il corso di yoga, la posizione non è centrale ed è un bene perché lontano dal caos del centro. Comunque in 10 minuti di motorino si arriva facilmente al centro città.

The staff and the family is super nice, it's lovely they offer water, coffee and tea. Plus a place to storage food & drinks. Would absolutely recommend this place. The place is super clean and absolutely well maintained. Don't hesitate to book Dedeane.

The rooms on the check in side have amazing wifi but are very close to the dogs, check-in, running water and yoga shala. Which is not too disturbing, but slightly inconvenient. The rooms on the other side have the opposite; very slow wifi but much more secluded and peaceful, while the rooms also are very cozy.

Booked this room since I needed to be here early before a training that I signed up for. I didn't have many expectations of my room, but I was quite surprised at how new and renovated it seemed. For being at a yoga shala, my particular room offered a nice touch of privacy, hidden behind a cement wall with vine plants. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they'll make you feel like they've known you for a long time by calling you by your name on Day 1, and saving you your food if you come a little later than meal time. My A/C wasn't quite working when I got there, but the staff immediately came to the rescue. Their English speaking skills is quite impressive so it was really easy to chat with them. I can honestly say it was probably the best decision to have stayed here as a solo female traveler. It's close enough to the Ubud city center, but far away enough that you find a sense of peace (as much as you can for being in residential Ubud). If you need to head out, book a scooter on Grab. If you're licensed to ride a motorcycle in your home country, feel free to rent a scooter at the property. Yoga classes are an option, meals are affordable and delicious, and if you opt for a Balinese massage at the property, you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place most especially for solo female travelers – yogis and yoginis and couples may enjoy their stay here too!
