The bed is beautiful but not comfortable, no clear directions to the property even with GPS you get lost, it’s says uve arrived and you are far from the property.

The workers there are so friendly and patient. , Especially Victoria. She’s such a darling, so well mannered and humble.

the location was good and the grounds are beautiful

the check in - from the gate, the buzzer was not working. we had to call the establishment on the phone. we were told they will open - it took about 5 minutes and a second call for the gate to be opened. the person who received us was shabily dressed with torn takkies. my name was recorded incorrectly in the records and therefore it took a while to verify that indeed we are the people who had booked in. it took a while for her to locate the keys to our room. in the kitchen, the bin's lid was broken, there was no crockery or cutlery. the wifi was not working. we literally had to ask for everything. there was no shower gel in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, and the reception was welcoming, Great Morning Gym Session and Sauna,.. Clean Pool Indeed WOW!! That was outstanding. Fast Internet connection. I will definitely come back !!!! :) The stay was excellent !!

To be honest, I liked everything about the stay and the food, sauna, gym, and Pool table. Please try to change the mirror in the queen room as it had some kind of green mould, and under the bathroom table, there is some kind of small termite nest when using the toilet in the Queen Room upstairs. We Found Ants on our leftovers for a late snack. Please Fumigate. (This comes from the good heart, as I want to come back and book):)

Internet is slecht, dus dat betekent grotendeels offline. Eindafrekening betalen bij de balie: 20 minuten verder🤣 Het hele gebied daar heeft slecht bereik.

Clean and quality and nice furniture

No WiFi connectivity for rooms on the side of the gate. Poor admin: I booked on booking.com but when I checked in the reception or admin was not expecting me, she had to call someone to verify, and I was asked when did I book, how did I book, it took them 10 minutes to confirm. It was a turn off to me. The road to the property is not busy and the are not road signs to guide you to property . If you driving at night you might think you reached the end of the road.

When we got there, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, microwave is outside yet there’re no how’s now we have to wear to go out. The worst of all is having no water in the rooms, we we thirsty the whole night

We did not have breakfast, so i cannot comment on this one. Location is okay, but the road leading to the property is in a bad state. Low cars struggle a bit

Yho, i made noise about the initial room i was allocated! I am not sure of the room number, but it is a BACK ROOM. The only one that is not inside the main building. I personally think that room was an after-thought, that was turned into an additional bedroom. The room is very small, much much smaller than the rest of the rooms that are more spacious with beautiful bathrooms, and generally elegant. The "back room" has only a shower, no bathtub. They have tried to make it a bit comfortable, but you can tell that it's standard is very very low compared to the rest of the bedrooms. This property is sold to the public as a BOUTIQUE HOTEL, and it must be presented as such. That particular room kills the whole boutique feel because of its location. If they sell it as a normal standard room, it must be listed as such. I bitterly complained because we had booked 5 rooms, and i was the only one that was checked into the back room, which i disputed. The Manager made a decision to change me to another room, after a very long argument with him. The new room was conveniently close to the rest of my people, and i was a happy customer after that. But what worried me was that even though the Manager changed me to another room, he kept on saying that he was being put in a difficult position with the customer who was yet to check in. Why? Was the customer who had not checked in more special than i am? Did they know which room they were going to be checked in? Were they pre-checked in? Did we not pay the same amount of money for the rooms? I know for sure, that i had paid the same amount of money with the rest of the people i was with, who occupied the other 4 rooms. They must be careful on how they sell that back-room. If i had paid knowing i was booking a back-room, and it is way cheaper than the rest of the rooms, i would have not made noise at all. Other than that, what a beautiful place! That is my only complaint on my stay at the hotel.

The fact that I couldn’t lock the main door handle was broken I reported this to the lady whose working from 2pm till 10pm that lady was rude the only person who gave us good service it was Victoria the carpets are dirty please fix the doors safety first and that lady whose working at night when you check in she’s the worst, the jacuzzi was not working 🥴🥴

The ambiance, location and staff was superb.

There's room for improvement though. Attention to small details that add on to the overall experience and comfort. Communication around meals and meal times for example was a bit of an issue

The Place is beautiful, I Loved it and the staff was super nice and helpful.

I disliked the fact that some of the facilitors were not working like the cinema room, Roof top not working, hot bath not working. Majority of the entertainment areas were not working, Pool closed at 6pm in dec not on.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & comfortable.

1. Breakfast & dinner options weren’t advised until I asked. 2. Hotel offered free WiFi but I had to ask for the code. The TV couldn’t connect to the WiFi so we couldn’t use it. 3. The main gate had issues with opening & closing so I had to ask the staff to open or close.

I thought I was paying for B&B For that money I was not happy

The breakfast was sub standard, you had to preorder from a menu and all the food was delivered to the table as one serving. By the time you were ready to eat the second course, all the food was cold.

The bathroom was a disappointment, some of the tiles are broken, the shower door has a gap when closed, the toilet seat is broken and the general appearance is not up to the standard of the room. ( room no 5 )

The place was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and understanding. There were 3 issues: 1- The road getting there was horrible in a few places (no fault of Bophirima). 2- Cellphone signal was not good. The wifi network was also very slow (which is fine, since holidays are actually a time to digitally detox. So not a problem) 3- The rooms are all advertised to have a spa bath (jacuzzi). This is not correct. There is a communal jacuzzi which wasn't in operation during our stay. Besides the above, everything was wonderful. The staff were accommodating. The hosts were accommodating. The gym and massage chair was quite nice. We jad the place mostly to ourselves so it was great. The pool was nice and cold especially in the hot weather. The aircorn provided good relief against the heat too. The room was spacious and comfy. The gardens are well kept.

See above... However, we actually enjoyed ourselves and the negatives mentioned above are just as information and not as complaints. We enjoyed the place so much, we increased our stay there

The staff are not suitably competent to welcome guests and meet their needs. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Our room requires maintenance. The bar / restaurant area was not what we hoped for. The wifi had continued trouble shooting errors.

The helping staff was great but not so much the owner who also lived in the premises right next door our room. It's NB that rules like u can't chill by the pool from 8pm be communicated on bookkngs.com so people know what they are buying.

There was no tissue in the bathroom, there was no spray in the bathroom, there was no shampoo and any other toiletries. The kitchen had no utensils to use during the stay had to leave very early in the morning without ordering breakfast.

The room spaces were great . And the pool and nature view was awesome . The swinging chair helped a lot with my star gazing hobby . I hope you add more in other rooms too .

The property has just minor things that are damaged but functional . They are not disruptive though.

The place is exquisite and to be honest I want to come back to book the whole place for an event with family and friends. However the owner needs to fix the listed things in the comments below. By the way, the chef was on point. My wife enjoyed the massage.

The place was beautiful but the carpet in my room was not clean at all. The WiFi never worked so meaning that we didn't have tv or internet. The mirror in the bathroom was not make sure but other than that I say that this is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in.

I liked everything from arrival the staff,the clean room and very spacious we booked a king luxury suite ,the food 👌 we had a very good stay there.

The lady by the name Marriam is the best, friendly, and hard-working. The place it's clean, very nice but I wish they can consider people who are self-catering and provide kitchen
