Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nos alojamos en este Riad tres amigas y la verdad es que nos encantó. No hagáis caso a las malas reseñas. El Riad está súper limpio y muy cuidado, las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado (que funcionaba perfectamente), baño privado con ducha, y también dispone de cocina compartida con fogones y terraza. La localización es perfecta, está en una de las calles más céntricas y, caminando unos 5 minutos, ya estás en la plaza Jemaa el-Fna, la zona es segura para turistas ya que las calles están llenas de cámaras. Tayeb, el recepcionista, es una persona súper amable, detallista y cercana, que transmite muchísima confianza. Nada más llegar nos ofreció un té y tuvimos muy buenas charlas con él durante nuestra estancia. La verdad que su trato con nosotras fue impecable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, y le estoy muy agradecida por ello. Nuestra experiencia en este Riad hace que queramos repetir el viaje . Gracias!!

Домакините са много любезни посрещнаха ни още на главната улица.Възползвахме се от организираният от тях трансфер от летището,защото пристигнахме късно вечерта.Стаята и самото място бяха много чисти. Като съотношение цена качество нямаме забележки.Има кафе машина,но няма капсули.Хубаво да си носите за Nespresso.Банята е обща,но нямахме проблем с това подържа се добре.
Стъпалата са много тесни и трябва да се внимава. В стаята имаше само вентилатора,но не ни е било жега.Няма комари и през цялото време прозореца беше отворен. Най-много ни претесняваше шума от улицата.Всичко друго беше наред.

Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable, très chaleureux et accueillant, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéal, la propreté était irréprochable et le confort des lits était vraiment génial. On s’y sent tout simplement très bien. Franchement, nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. ❤️🇲🇦

THE WORST STAY I A 2 MONTH TRIP. I booked a 3 single bed room with privet bathroom for a week, they don’t have that, they offered sharing a small double bed for a week with my brother, or share a bathroom for a week if i wanted the 3 single bed had to find another place to stay. Which i said no because thats not what i paid for. Aside from that, the place is in a terrible state, the bathroom is filthy, everything is falling apart. Just terrible. The guy in the reception is extremely rude and useless. With the situation that happened he said “ its not my fault, or my problem, and if you have to cancel you have to do it now “. And then wanted to charge me for city tax for my stay when i was already booked in another riad, he couldn’t understand that i didn’t have to pay the city tax to a place i was not staying anymore.

Akkora csótányt láttunk, mint ami a filmekben van. A légkondi jeget köpött, hideget nem nagyon akart fújni. A második emeletre a wifi nem ért el, a szoba elé kellett kimenni netezni.

El primer día nos costó mucho encontrar el lugar porque no estaba señalizado y la persona responsable no estaba en el lugar. Las instalaciones no se correspondían con las fotos. El baño de la habitación olía mucho a tubería y no tenía ventilación. En ningún momento nos ofrecieron servicio de desayuno.

The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver in the Marrakech heat and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Tayeb, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Anything we needed, he was there right away and always happy to help. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. As the riad is centrally located, there was occasionally some noise from motorbikes passing by, but this is to be expected in a busy city like Marrakech and did not take away from our overall experience. I would highly recommend Maison Cascada to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again.a

Cómo empezar a describir mi estancia...PESIMA, es más nos fuimos al día siguiente a otro riad, ya que el mismo día que llegamos era la 1:30 De la madrugada y no teníamos opción de cambiarnos. Para empezar habíamos reservado la habitación con baño, cosas que según llegamos nos dijo que no que era el que estaba fuera. La habitación tenía humedades, no había aire acondicionado como decían las características del cuarto, estaba sucio, las sábanas sin cambiar y las colchas manchadas,, nos dieron una toalla de ducha para los dos (a compartir) y rota. Imposible dormir ya que picaba todo el cuerpo por la suciedad de las sábanas, mucho calor y demasiado ruido. Al día siguiente le pedimos si nos devolvían las tasas del estado ya que nos alojaríamos en otro lugar y nos dijo que no, no pedíamos la estancia solo la tasas ya que pagamos por algo que no iba a suceder como quedarnos ahí. Nunca en ningún lugar me he tenido que cambiar de alojamiento, no nos resolvieron nada si no que nos trataron de malas maneras, sin ninguna opcion si no diciendo que nos fuéramos. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Reviewed May 21, 2026I really liked the atmosphere of the property. It was clean, comfortable near to the toilet which was very convenient to us. The riad was really felt very authentic plus the decorated with moroccan style. The staff was very attentive starting from Amma who drives us from the Airport and Hassan fetch us from the city center, welcoming us upon guiding to the souks where the riad was. Youssef was very cheerful and helpful throughout our stay in Maison Riad, Cascada. The price was good for our short time stay in Marrakesh.
Most people prefer a nearest toilet. But it happens that it was very convenient to us.

Unfortunately, I was denied boarding for my flight and therefore could not arrive at the hotel. I contacted the hotel regarding my reservation, but I was not offered any flexibility or understanding. I understand the cancellation policy, however this situation was beyond my control. As a customer, I expected more empathy and support. Because of this experience, I would appreciate at least a partial refund or some form of compensation. I hope the hotel can reconsider my case and improve the way guests are treated in unexpected situations like this

Partendo dal presupposto che non è lontanamente rispecchiante le foto viste su booking, è una delle peggiori strutture dove siamo mai stati. Stanze piccole, scomode, sporche. Il letto è vecchio col materasso totalmente deformato, lenzuola bucate e vecchie con capelli trovati sopra. Biancheria mai cambiata in 6 giorni. Bagno maleodorante che si allaga totalmente per la doccia non avendo neanche una tendina. Totale assenza di oscuranti ed insonorizzazione. La porta ha 3 cm di spazio sotto quindi sembra di essere all’aperto. Ci sono 2 prese messe male in tutta la stanza. Insomma davvero pessimo.

L’hygiène, volets de la salle de bain et de la chambre cassés avec une superbe vue sur le voisinage ! Odeurs d’égouts. Traces d’humidité sur tous les murs Messages de l’hôte déplacés et insistants (nous étions deux filles). Attention : booking note un départ entre 12h-13h sur les réservations mais le Riad nous a demandé de partir avant 12h et nous l’avons su uniquement la veille de notre départ. D’autres voyageurs se sont fait avoir aussi le jour de leur départ.

Aunque la ubicación era buena, no corresponde con la indicada en Booking, lo que nos dificultó encontrarlo, incluso con la ayuda de una persona local. Por otro lado, la limpieza percibida fue deficiente. Nuestra percepción fue que las sábanas estaban usadas (tenían pelos y manchas). De lo cojines mejor no mencionamos nada.

Azt mondták, hogy transzferrel kijönnek a reptérre, ehhez képest fél óra várakozás után mondták hogy sajnos nem tudnak jönni taxizni kellett. A szállás amúgy merő mocsok volt, az ágyneműk gusztustalanok voltak, a matracból kiálltak a rugók, a fürdőszoba maga volt a pokol. Tele volt bogárral a zuhanyzó és még kis férgek is másztak elő a lefolyóból. Egy random ember lent aludt az ajtónál. Semmiképp ne szálljon meg itt ha jót akar.

Pagamos baño privado y cuando llegamos dijeron que habían cometido un error y nos pusieron una habitación con baño compartido. Nuestras toallas eran la mitad de una toalla partida por la mitad. Me clavé un muelle que se había salido de la cama. El agua caliente se acabó muy rápido. El alargador estaba roto.

Vicino la porta della medina ottimo posto dove fare una tipica colazione marocchina a pochi Dhiram frequentato solo da locals. Posizione perfetta per tutte le principali mete di marrakech.
coperte sozze, camera piccola, muffa sulle pareti, materassi sfondati, mancanza di finestra in bagno, odore costante di fogna in bagno, nessun mobilio, poche prese elettriche. Essendo medina ci è bisogno di un po di adattamento. Non è un riad.

It's hard to find as there is no sign on the door. You have to call them when you arrive to open up. The street it is in is very dirty. While other reviews rated it as very clean, there were very big moldy spots on the walls and the bathroom stank as if the plumbing was not connected correctly

die Duschwanne hat keinen Syphon. Es stinkt erbärmlich. Ich habe auf em Markt eine Abdeckung gekauft und damit das Problem für uns behoben.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Most comfortable beds in Morocco. Very quiet. Exceptional staff! Stayed a total of 6 nights during our 21 days. Totally recommend. Very close to Jemma El Fnaa & Place Mellah. Lots of restaurants very close. No issues with finding taxis at any hour.

Zborul nostru a fost reprogramat pentru a doua zi. Cazarea noastra a ramas platita, chiar daca nu am putut ajunge. Proprietarul nu mai raspunde la mesaje sau la telefon. Sper sa va placa aceasta nota pe care o meritati!
