I have a clear concern regarding the level of performance of the hotel’s Front Desk Department. I noticed that some reception staff lack the level of competence and professionalism required when dealing with guests and managing reservations. In addition, I repeatedly experienced problems with not being provided with the room that matched my confirmed reservation. What was even more concerning was that rooms appeared to be available, and the staff could have completed the reservation and accommodated the guest. However, no clear explanation was provided as to why the reservation could not be fulfilled, nor was there sufficient cooperation or assistance from the reception staff. Due to the repeated issues and the lack of proper cooperation from the Front Desk Department, I was ultimately forced to leave the hotel and move to another one, despite needing to stay for 30 days in India to complete my medical treatment. I therefore urge the hotel management to take the performance of the Front Desk Department seriously, investigate the reasons behind these incidents, hold any staff members responsible for negligence accountable, and take appropriate action. This level of service does not reflect the standard expected from the hotel and has a negative impact on guests’ comfort, confidence, and the hotel’s reputation.

मुझे होटल के फ्रंट डेस्क विभाग के प्रदर्शन के स्तर को लेकर गंभीर चिंता है। मैंने देखा है कि रिसेप्शन के कुछ कर्मचारियों में मेहमानों के साथ व्यवहार करने और बुकिंग को सही तरीके से संभालने के लिए आवश्यक दक्षता और पेशेवर रवैये की कमी है। इसके अलावा, मुझे कई बार अपनी पुष्टि की गई बुकिंग के अनुरूप कमरा उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया। इससे भी अधिक चिंता की बात यह है कि उस समय कमरे उपलब्ध दिखाई दे रहे थे और कर्मचारी बुकिंग की प्रक्रिया पूरी करके मेहमान को ठहरा सकते थे। हालांकि, बुकिंग पूरी न किए जाने का कोई स्पष्ट कारण नहीं बताया गया और न ही रिसेप्शन कर्मचारियों की ओर से पर्याप्त सहयोग या सहायता प्रदान की गई। इन समस्याओं के बार-बार होने और फ्रंट डेस्क विभाग से उचित सहयोग न मिलने के कारण मुझे अंततः होटल छोड़कर दूसरे होटल में जाना पड़ा, जबकि भारत में अपना इलाज पूरा करने के लिए मुझे 30 दिनों तक ठहरने की आवश्यकता थी। इसलिए मैं होटल प्रबंधन से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि फ्रंट डेस्क विभाग के कर्मचारियों के प्रदर्शन को गंभीरता से लिया जाए, इन घटनाओं के कारणों की उचित जाँच की जाए, लापरवाही के लिए जिम्मेदार कर्मचारियों की जवाबदेही तय की जाए और उनके विरुद्ध उचित कार्रवाई की जाए। इस स्तर की सेवा होटल के अपेक्षित मानकों के अनुरूप नहीं है और इससे मेहमानों के आराम, विश्वास तथा होटल की प्रतिष्ठा पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है।

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The location is somewhat tucked away and can be a little difficult to find, but overall, I thought the location itself was good. I really appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks, such as coffee. The room was generally very clean, and I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained the dishes and other tableware were.
It was quite disappointing that garbage was left piled up outside the room for some time, which caused an unpleasant smell whenever we entered or left the room. I was also given three keys for the room, but there was no explanation about them, so I only used one and had difficulty identifying which key was for the room. This caused some unnecessary confusion and took extra time. I think the experience could be even better with a little more attention to these small details.

ごはんの味はあまり期待できません。

The property looks completely different in reality compared to the pictures advertised. The 5 star rating on Booking.com is disproportionate to what this building offers. It is an old building, my room was very small, dirty walls, missing bed side table, toilet paper roll was yellow with dirt. Towels are grey, they must be replaced. Kitchen areas are sticky. Mattress very slim and hard, and bed sheets thinned out and worn to the point that mattress can be seen through the sheets. My room was not cleaned at all during the 3 nights stay. I wanted to leave and book elsewhere as soon as I seen the room but due to a busy work schedule, I had to stay. The manager promised to clean my room the next day, this didn’t happen. Breakfast items very limited but staff helpful enough. The description, photos and ranking of this property are all completely misleading. I would never stay again and certainly don’t recommend.

There was not much shopping or restaurants at walking distance but you could order it for delivery. Glass partition in shower was not big enough. Floor outside shower still got wet while taking shower.
