Had a good, comfortable stay. The only suggestion is may be they can add a few more entertainment options. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, as expected.

I stayed at perch Arbor suites for my corporate trip and staff was very professional,room size was good, cleanliness was up to mark, therefore my overall experience was amazing.

The location

During checkout we showed the team how the mattress had a huge tear and gap that was covered up making the bed uncomfortable. The team then helped us move our luggage to the taxi. They asked us to pay and we did as requested. Half an hour later we get a call saying some glass (either a tumbler) or a glass sheet covering some table was broken and we would be charged for it. Neither were they clear of the damage, nor do we understand how can this be billed on us when they helped us check out. Felt like a scam. My mother used to stay in this place regularly during her gurgaon visits. Obviously that isn't going to happen anymore.

Mattresses very uncomfortable due to its spring effect, leads to body pain Poha was oily which was not case the last time I stayed

It stayed true to the images shared. Clean bedding n bathroom. Good location. Anand n the entire staff was a good host and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I was arrived in the midnight around 12Am. Mr.Raj Kumar assisted me with the checkin formalities in priority. Here food is very nice Rooms are very spacious and located very near to Gurgaon with the best price. I would recommend this hotel if anyone wants to stay near Gurgaon.

Perch never disappoints! Stayed at arbor suites after about years and still feels good, they seem to have done some changes to the set-up and interiors. Overall I was happy and the service is always with a smile. It is always value for money that gets me back

Very nice ambiance, clean neat and hygiene hotel to stay with solo or family...The housekeeping was decent,all the amenities are good,,good view of sunrise thats incredible.keep it up see you again good day. Will surely refer this hotel .

Everything was good it can be better with the space I feel something unfortunately uncomfortable it can be better service was good but no food is present I have to order from Zomato only breakfast is only available which is also so expensive it can be better next time

recently stayed at perch Arbor suits and had an overall pleasant experience. The first thing that stood out was the welcoming and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with any needs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured I had all the information I needed about the amenities. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern decor. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like complimentary water and coffee. However, the size of the room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the view from my window wasn’t the best.

Good staff , good food , good managers - Medha and Movina .. Staff and manager are very cooperative.. Room is spacious and there’s good vibe outside the hotel.. Overall good experience .. would recommend others to stay in this hotel if you are looking for hotel in Gurgaon..

Excellent place for family stay. My mom was getting treatment in Medanta . We stayed for 15 days . Great staff and accommodation. Very caring front desk managers … including Payal and others. Also the room helper Rishab is outstanding . The cleaning crew did an excellent job . Home like food and they can cook according to your needs.I highly recommend this place .

Perch Arbor Suites was such a nice place with we enjoyed on our 2 weeks sstay. With good ambiance, nice self contained rooms , security is good and great hospitality from Payal, the team and staff. Cant forget our well equipeg kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay

The stay in the hotel was pleasant and we got good service from the executive Hashir and Lilanshu in the dinning area, also the vegetables food and breakfast were good and other things in the hotel were also good, like the swimming pool was good.

The hospitality is great. Management is very responsive towards every issue raised by the guests and give extra assistance where need be.. I am please with manager Medha and Payaal. I had to pickup my sister from airport late in the night and I didn't even figure how I was going to do and when I approached manager Medha...he was really responsive..got us a driver and went ahead to stay up to ensure the driver was right on time....the uber was very clean and decent l, driver was patient for my sister delayed to come out but he waited until we were fully done at no extra cost.. we were surely amused. The hygiene at Perch suites is the best I have ever had through my India experience and all the staff are really hospitable supportive and respectful. Looking forward to doing this again with Perch Arbor suites.

Payal at the reception is very co-operative. The room and the washroom is big and also clean. The rooms even have a balcony atteched to the room. The food here is very good. Room service is also nice and the stuff is good. The market is also very near (2-3 mins away)

Great place to stay Payal at front desk has been very helpful. Clean and neat stay for business travel Breakfast was good and enough to start the day. Additionally the place was maintained clean and there was a security guard at night to ensure safety.

The room is very nice and clean. I have visited Perch's properties many times but the way of speaking of the staff here is very bad. The atmosphere at the reception is very good. The service of this place is also very good. market, hospital, metro station, medical store, everything is properly nearby, will visit again very soon with my family.

Nice Stay And Great Experience....

Its a nice stay at a nice location nearby millennium city metro station. Receptionists to staff, everyone is so helpful, they won't make you feel uncomfortable. Talking about food, I didn't really had it but had feedbacks from others, they enjoyed it!

We have stayed at Perch Arbour in 2017 and found it very welcoming. So booked it again for this trip. But it has gone down in its appearance and service as well. Food is average and not everything on the menu is available most of the time. Overall , it was an average stay

Great place to stay. 10 mins from huda metro. Supportive and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained rooms. Overall a great experience. Great connectivity to main market, hospitals, restaurants. You can also order food from Zomato & swiggy without any problem. Highly recommended.

Location was good. Breakfast options were limited.

Intercom did not work all 6 days. No toiletries/dental kit/soap were provided. Dinner had only veg options under plan. Same 2 dishes repeated. Breakfast took more than 45 mins for simple poha. Tea was pathetic. Used plates would not be collected for over 15-16 hours. No wifi details were shared or provided.

Thanks to the person at the reception to recieve our parcel and accompanying us until the 2nd floor while checking in.

In the room that was offered to me the Fan, AC, TV, Telephone and WiFi are not working. Luckily geyser was working. Beds spreads and pillows aren't clean. Will never go there again.

Issue with water supply.

Location is the USP for this hotel. And the property manager was very friendly, we checked around 1PM and he helped us out smoothly in checkin process.

There were some water issues and we didn't had water for whole night. Toiletries not provided in bathroom and took it from them after realising it was not there.

Nice place right across from Marriott. Super location. Very quiet and friendly. Just what we were looking for as we didn't want the hustle bustle of a very commercial place. The staff is nice and friendly and we got great breakfast served in the room every day. Recommend this place.

Loads of dust and towels were not clean. We had to as the staff to clean clean the room again to remove all the dust from the room. Shower was faulty so couldn’t control the temperature.

That room needs to be refurbished, because there no very nice vibe in that room according to charge that they are taking in order to stay . I didn't like room interior at all , there was not facility provided as much they are are claiming on booking.com

The staff member Abhishek was really helpful, the room was also neat and was well equipped with necessary facilities. Overall a good job, the staff was really courteous and accommodating.
