Riad Tasneem

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die ons door de drukke stad naar de Riad heeft begeleid. Omdat wij vroeg op moesten voor een ballonvaart werd de avond van te voren al een ontbijtje op onze kamer gebracht. Ook de hammam en de transfers zijn door de eigenaar goed geregeld. Aanrader dus!

La struttura si trova all’interno di uno dei suk della Medina, posizione centrale per visitare i mercati, si trova in una zona tranquila e vivace. Vicino si trova la Madrasa Ben Youssef. Islam, l’host della struttura, è stato cordiale e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste.

I love the layout and the design of the riad. It is clean and beautiful. WiFi was strong.

We called to ask help as we can’t find the exact location and we were turned down saying we had a GPS, we should be able to figure it out. The souk at the beginning was just really confusing. It would have been easier for us if we got that extra guidance.

Quedarnos en este Riad fue una de mis partes favoritas de Marrakech. Totalmente recomendable por estos motivos: -Ubicación: excelente, llegas en minutos a la plaza principal sin estar en el medio del caos. -Traslado: fue muy bueno reservar el traslado desde el aeropuerto. Nos esperaron al aterrizar y luego nos acompañaron caminando hasta el hospedaje, porque los coches no pueden ingresar a la medina. Muy aconsejable para la llegada porque es difícil encontrar el lugar si no conoces. Luego ya lo encuentras muy fácil. -Tranquilidad: Es perfecto para descansar en un silencio total. -Desayuno: El desayuno incluido también merece un 10! Cada día tenía algo diferente, todo tradicional y super abundante. -Limpieza y Amabilidad: Todo impecable (habitaciones con aire acondicionado!), y el personal muy amable y atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Cada rincón es igual a como se muestra en las fotos (hall central con la fuente, las habitaciones, las terrazas, etc).

Ho apprezzato il soggiorno presso questo riad per molteplici ragioni, ma innanzitutto ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!!! Si trova poi nel mezzo dei souk, a meno di 14 minuti dalla piazza centrale ed è facilmente raggiungibile utilizzando Google maps (cosa non scontata in tutta la medina. La nota davvero positiva e che fa ancora di più la differenza è la gestione di Islam... accogliente e disponibile in tutto e per tutto. Lo consiglio davvero di cuore, è stato un soggiorno in cui ci siamo sentite a casa.

È possibile che di notte si senta il miagolio dei gatti provenire dalla strada.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Tasneem. Islam and his family were so friendly and helpful. The Moroccan welcome was so warm! Riad Tasneem is a perfect location and a very good example of a lovely family run Riad. We had the best holiday.

Ambiente accogliente e pulito. Un po difficile da trovare, ma in ottima posizione nella Medina. Facile raggiungere i luoghi di interesse .

Nulla in particolare. Unica pecca è che nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato (inizio maggio) la colazione veniva servita solo dopo le 8:30. un po’ tardi per chi vuole visitare la città o far gite nel dintorni. Disponibili per la cena in Riad, tra le migliori che abbiamo gustato durante il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech.

Das Riad hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und die Gastgeber haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, es uns schön zu machen. Es liegt mitten in der Medina, was Vor- und Nachteile hat.

Durch die zentrale Lage war es bis zum späten Abend sehr laut. Die Wände sind innen wie außen extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, was sich jedoch auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite des Flurs befand, was den Aufenthalt etwas umständlicher macht.

Pequeno-almoço atrasado, deveria ser servido a partir das 8:30, e pobre na variedade, sem fruta nem queijo. Na marcação, mencionava que os quartos têm casa de banho privada, mas não especificava que algumas eram fora do quarto. Algumas eram também pouco funcionais, molhando todo o espaço após o duche.

La colazione era scarsa e senza dolci ( solo marmellata e pane) oltre a non avere a disposizione un buffet.

The building is very interesting in traditional Moroccan style, in the very heart of the old town. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are helpful, the breakfast was basic but sufficient. All rooms have a private bathroom, but some of the bathrooms are accessed through the corridor. There is a very nice roof terrace with a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains. Excellent value for money.

We stayed here as 4 ladies in our 30's. We had a great time and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and the roof top breakfast service was great

A perfect stay! The riad is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. It’s in a great location and the breakfast was delicious. Both hosts, Islam and Samira, were super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our ground floor room was quite dark but we appreciate it was in a built up medina area.

Prima locatie en een fijne kamer

Bij aankomst werden we zeer kortaf ontvangen. En of we meteen de toeristenbelasting wilden betalen. Die bleek 2x zo hoog te zijn dan verwacht (200 ipv 100) Waarom zo hoog was onze vraag. Dat is nu eenmaal zo was het antwoord. Voelde niet goed en volgende dag contact gehad via mail. Antwoord was dat ik gewoon 100 dirham had betaald en niet 200 dirham. Nogmaals bericht gestuurd dat dit niet klopte en dat eerdere reviews hier ook al melding van hadden gemaakt. Uiteindelijk lag er 's avonds 100 dirham op onze kamer en de volgende ochtend een verontschuldiging van de vrouw die het ontbijt verzorgde. Wel met het verhaal dat het een "vergissing" was. Zeer eenvoudig ontbijt is niet om 8.30 uur maar tegen 9 uur.

Our room is very noisy with children playing and yelling next to the room. The key they provided to us to open the front door did not work. The location is inconvenient as it’s inside the Medina and no taxi can get in. You have to drag your luggage for 15 mins on the cobblestone.

Second bedroom without en-suite. Meaning having to walk the courtyard to have access to toilet/shower

Points positifs : très bonne situation dans la medina, permet de toute faire à pieds. Chambre et riad propres, jolie terrasse. Livres à disposition en plusieurs langues. Parapluies à disposition dans l'entrée.

Globalement très déçus de notre séjour dans ce riad. Passez votre chemin, il y en a certainement d'autres plus pratiques dans la même zone. Point négatifs : Prix de la taxe de séjour plus élevé qu'annoncé sur booking. Lorsqu'on fait remarquer cela, on nous dit que booking n'est pas à jour. Puis "donnez ce que vous voulez" - pas très honnête, on a coupé la poire en deux mais on a pas apprécié. Pas d'accueil fixe, et difficile de trouver quelqu'un en cas de besoin (même via whatsapp et booking - aucune réponse). Petit déjeuner peu varié, certains bons produits (pain, miel, confiture) mais sucré uniquement, pas le choix (parfois des oeufs, mais pas tous les jours). On a choisi de petit-déjeuner plusieurs fois dehors alors que le petit déj était compris. Salle de bains avec toilette hors de la chambre, alors que nous avions choisi une chambre avec salle de bains "privative". Alors oui, c'est notre salle de bains mais en pratique tout le monde peut y entrer lorsqu'on est pas là et il faut traverser le palier en pleine nuit pour aller aux toilettes ou en sortant de la douche... Beaucoup de bruit dans la ruelle à côté de la chambre à toute heure. Pas toujours d'eau chaude notamment en fin de journée (aléatoire). Quelques détails mal pensés : miroir trop bas pour être utilisé, robinetterie de la douche conduit la chaleur donc impossible à tenir lorsqu'on utilise l'eau chaude, pas de coffre dans la chambre. Literie qui s'affaisse et mériterait d'être changée.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs, nous étions réticents après les avoir vu mais finalement nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans ce Riad. La déco est magnifique, nous étions 4 adultes dans une grande chambre avec salle de bain privative et moulures au plafond. Nous n’avons jamais eu de soucis d’eau chaude ni de pression contrairement à certains autres commentaires. Les lieux étaient toujours très propre, le personnel très sympathique et très serviable. Chaque matins, serviettes changées, lits faits, poubelles vidées. Petit déjeuner à la marocaine qui variait tous les jours et tout était délicieux à chaque fois ! Je recommande absolument ! Un tout grand merci à Samira pour son excellent accueil, sa bienveillance et son sourire.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Tasneem. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The riad is easy to access and perfectly located, which made exploring the area very convenient. The traditional decor is absolutely beautiful and adds so much charm and authenticity to the stay. I would highly recommend Riad Tasneem to anyone visiting Marrakech — it’s a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful Riad in a great location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Islam. The terrace offers stunning views of the city, and having breakfast there was the perfect way to start each day. Every morning was a different and delicious option to enjoy.

La posizione è buona, molto vicina al mercato dei tappeti e abbastanza facile da trovare (individuato al primo colpo). La colazione è stata soddisfacente e gli spazi comuni del riad sono piacevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la disponibilità dello staff: l’ultimo giorno, dovendo partire molto presto, ci è stata consegnata la colazione la sera prima.

La stanza ci ha lasciati un po’ delusi: era molto piccola e il bagno poco funzionale, con spazi davvero ridotti. Inoltre, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava correttamente e nel giro di pochi secondi l’acqua allagava tutto il bagno, arrivando fino al wc, con aggiunta di odore di fogna. L’unica persona con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare per il check-in e per altre necessità non parlava inglese, il che ha reso la comunicazione piuttosto complicata. Nel complesso un soggiorno discreto, ma con alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati, soprattutto considerando la fascia di prezzo.

Mooie riad met veel bijzondere details en een prachtig dakterras (voor de zonsopkomst). In de medina maar toch heel rustig. Lekker ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Bedden en douche waren prima.

De mooie kamer had een privé badkamer maar deze was extern, dat stond niet in de beschrijving.

Beautiful riad. Clean, well maintained. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. In a quiet alley just off the Medina. Comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms..Ten easy minutes through the medina to Jamma al Fnaa square and 5 minutes from beautiful Ben Yousaf Madrassa.

Nous avons été très bien reçues au Riad, la chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain et nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue! Le personnel a été très attentionné et serviable et le Riad est très bien placé pour toutes visite de la médina

Para llegar es muy complicado sobre todo si llegas de noche. De día no hay pierde por que está todo abierto sin embargo de noche es muy complicado y te puedes perder muy fácil. No está de fácil acceso

Que todas las veces que salí de noche (salí 2 días a las 6:30 am) me perdí y fue muy complicado poder volver a ubicarme. Cuando le pedí ayuda a Nour solo me llevó a un solo punto y fue por que le dije que la experiencia no estaba siendo agradable.

Spotlessly clean and the staff were delightful. Generous breakfast.

Mold in bathroom and extreme smell of drains in the bathroom so strong it took over the entire bedroom also. This remained the entire 3 nights stay. The shower makes the entire bathroom wet everytime you use it. I don't appreciate being charged 4 x the market rate for water when it was with the "inclided" breakfast and no charge waz disclosed until checkout. Beds were very comfortable and it was clean otherwise. The housekeeper was very helpful and pleasant.

Struttura molto bella e ben curata con una terrazza soleggiata e una veranda perfetta per le mattine fresche di inizio gennaio. Stanze e bagni puliti. Posizione a 10 minuti dalla piazza principale ma comunque centrale (2 minuti dalla piazza delle spezie). Staff gentile e cortese nel permetterci di lasciare le valigie in stanza il giorno della partenza.

La colazione non è particolarmente variegata rispetto ad altri Riad in cui è davvero abbondante.

Islam è stato sempre molto disponibile soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta. Il posto è molto pulito ed in una posizione strategica all'interno della Medina. Ottima la colazione, che su richiesta ci è anche stata consegnata in stanza anticipando l'orario.

Il riad all’interno è molto bello, la nostra camera era al piano terra con le porte vetrate colorate che creavano giochi di luce. La notte è buio perché spengono le luci della zona centrale. Gli host sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La colazione sulla terrazza era buonissima, ci tornerei!

Riad metido en el mismísimo centro , impresiona si llegas por la noche porque los callejones son bastante oscuros pero en ningún momento tienes sensación de inseguridad, una vez dentro , lo del baño fuera puede ser incómodo pero personalmente no lo fue. En cuanto al personal , la atención de Samira en el desayuno fue excelente y el desayuno también .
