Habitación con vistas preciosas relativamente cerca del centro.

Hotel con muchas escaleras y personal a veces poco amable. La habitación familiar, aunque preciosa, es poco práctica. Tiene un piso de arriba al que solo se puede acceder con unas escaleras de litera verticales que requieren bastante esfuerzo subir y bajar. Y nos encontramos una cucaracha.

Non dico che non mi è piaciuto perché la vista che hai è perché è in alto peroooo troppe scale da fare per cui attenzione a valutare bene questa cosa per scendere al mare sono 226 scalini la prima cittadina saire per arrivarci devi avere il motorino in torno lì non c’è nulla però bellissimo se hai gambe buone e libertà di spostamento

La vistas desde el hotel y la piscina. Ponen un shuttle gratuito a ciertas horas para llevarte al puerto o al centro.

Calidad-precio no acorde. Las instalaciones se ven bastante viejas, sobretodo el baño (que además estaba fuera de la habitación) con una ducha con un sistema de agua bastante rudimentario. Está en medio de vegetación, hay que ser conscientes porque hay bastantes insectos. El personal poco amable, lo justo y sin demasiados lujos. Ponen un shuttle (que el señor no da ni los buenos días) a unas horas, pero no ofrecen recogida. Hay que coger moto si quieres moverte por la isla. El desayuno sin más, en teoría abren a las 7:30am y a esa hora todavía estaban colocando cosas. La comida se notaba que de la temperatura estaba un poco pasada a última hora, sobretodo la bollería/panaderia. Pienso que para el precio y la puntuación que tiene, no está a la altura.

El alojamiento en sí es bastante idílico. Piscina infinita, cabañas muy íntimas, restaurante con vistas. Según los gustos de cada uno (para nosotros fue un plus) estaba un poco alejado de Lamai Beach. En nuestro caso alquilamos una moto y no fue un problema, pero puede serlo si no se tiene transporte. Para alquilar motos, hay una empresa a 3 minutos caminando desde el hotel.

La habitación quizás un poquito pequeña, pero muy bien aprovechada. No es algo negativo pero si a tener en cuenta que hay cabañas (como la nuestra) en las que, para llegar se deben bajar (y subir) bastantes escalones.

Las vistas, el desayuno y lo bien ubicado que está.

El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y no estaba especificado. Hay muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

L'appartement était très spacieux et la vue était superbe. La navette pour le port est gratuite, c'est appréciable. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est sympathique, surtout la personne qui était au restaurant le soir, elle était très aimable.

L'appartement était situé près de l'entrée de l'établissement, nous étions réveillés tous les matins par un groupe électrogène qui démarrait vers 8h. L'appartement était mal insonorisé car on entendait tout ce qui se passait au-dessus du nôtre. Les parties communes et les abords ne sont pas très bien entretenues... Les poubelles débordent plusieurs jours des fois avant d'être vidées.

This hotel is located in a beautiful spot on the hill in front of the ocean so you can enjoy every point of view from the restaurant, swimming pool and rooms either! So peaceful and quiet place, perfect if you want to relax. Easy to get here if you rent a scooter. Welcoming, available and polite staff, always in to help you and make your holiday unique. I definitely recommend this place!

Wunderschöne Anlage mitten in der Natur, wir hatten die Poolvilla, sehr schön gelegen, kuschelig inmitten der hohen Bäume, alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr gutes Essen, liebevolles, um das Wohl der Gäste sehr bemühtes Personal. Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor rundum.

War alles gut. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein für die vielen Treppen!

Wunderbares Ambiente. Etwas abgelegen, zu Fuß ist der Strand in 15 min bergab zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück war nicht so ausgiebig wie anderenorts. Dennoch zu empfehlen

Una sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante ad abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Vista dalla camera sul mare top. Posizionato su una collinetta in una zona super tranquilla

La potenza dell’acqua nella doccia.

A beautiful hillside resort. Kind, helpful staff. Excellent food offered both in the buffet breakfast and also from the restaurant menu. A very peaceful place. Clean and beautiful decoration. We booked a family room and it was very impressive - like having our own spacious apartment. The shuttle to the centre and the pier is very convenient, although book in advance, as it fills up quickly.

It’s not ideal if you are looking for somewhere you can easily walk to shops and restaurants, as it is high on the hill. Also the hotel itself has lots of steps up go up and down to rooms from the reception and restaurant, so not ideal if your walking is limited.

Nuestra habitación era muy bonita, con vistas excelentes. Prepararon una sorpresa para el cumpleaños de mi hijo que nos encantó. Desayuno agradable. Variedad suficiente y sabrosa.

La ubicación implica tomar transporte caro en muchas ocasiones. No tiene playa bonita accesible.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.Super ist okay nichts außergewöhnliches aber man wird satt.

Leider hatte unser Bungalow ein separates Badbereich im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss der Schlafbereich das Problem war halt nur das man nur von außen da rumlaufen konnte 😅was sehr unbequem ist.Aber für eine Nacht war das auszuhalten. Kann sein das es nur bei unserem Bungalow so war ☺️🫣

Nuestra cabaña era "Deluxe" y de eso no tenía nada. Mal aislamiento, poca iluminación, agujeros en las paredes por donde entraban bichos etc ..

Frühstück fällt im Vergleich deutlich ab. Nicht schlecht, aber vor allem weniger. Im Nachgang hätten wir ohne Frühstück gebucht und wären in einem Café frühstücken gegangen.

Me gustó que el alojamiento estaba en medio de la naturaleza.

Las escaleras hacia la habitación. La habitación era anticuada y pequeña, sin mesas para apoyar el neceser, ni en el baño ni en la habitación. El armario tampoco tenía un mueble como tal para apoyar las mochilas o la ropa. Calidad precio muy mejorable para ser Tailandia.

Prachtig uitzicht en fantastisch huisje voor 4 personen. De trap omhoog was een uitdaging maar voor kinderen heel erg leuk. Het zit wat verder bij alles vandaan maar met een scooter kom je overal

Nice place with great pool (and view!), restaurant and very friendly staff (they carried our luggage to the room, for which we had to do quite some stairs). Also the room was very nice (clean, great view and comfortable bed).

It's a bit further from the beach, stores and restaurants, so best to rent a bike (which they do at the accomodation) or pay for taxi (but quite expensive, there is no Grab on the Island).

Hôtel un peu vieillissant

Personnel très accueillant. La suite king size était très confortable, vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Le logement est bien equipé. Les services de transports proposés sont très interessant Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment sympa on y mange bien et y'a une bonne ambiance .

Malheureusement, notre logement a été légèrement inondé suite a une nuit de très fortes pluies. Le salon était a moitié inondé et de l'eau avait penetré dans la chambre.. nous avons du posé nos sacs sur le canapé pour ne pas avoir nous affaires mouillées. Aussi, l'isolation des portes est fenêtre est très moyenne..

La vétusté de la salle de bain, la douche est à rénover, le ménage à revoir, la qualité et le goût au restaurant autant au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner, l’absence de navette retour qui, pourtant, pourrait exister puisqu’il y a un trajet aller (de l’hôtel vers la ville).

Het is een prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en bijzonder om in te verblijven. Het hotel is prachtig aangelegd met veel bomen en planten daardoor zijn er ook veel dieren rondom de huisjes. Je kan een scooter huren bij het hotel wat heel fijn is om het eiland te verkennen. Er is een shuttlebus naar het dorp. Je kan je was laten wassen. Houd rekening met veel trappen lopen. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels en is heel behulpzaam en aardig. Ontbijt is matig. Je kan naar beneden lopen naar een klein strandje maar hier kan je niet liggen. De weg er naar toe is ook rommelig en veel trappen.

In het prive zwembad zat mega veel chloor wat echt niet fijn was om in te zwemmen. Nadat de pomp was aangezet werd het iets beter maar nog steeds een te sterkte geur. Door de bomen is het huisje bezaaid met bladeren en besjes wat veel mieren aantrekt. We hadden 1 avond geen water, we kregen uit coulance ons ontbijt gratis. Super netjes opgelost dus.

Relativ teuer für die thailändischen Verhältnisse Viele Treppen weil das Hotel am Hang liegt (sehr steil)

Supervriendelijk personeel en service via shuttles naar het strand, snorkeltour of taxi. Het zwembad en de ontbijtruimte zijn idyllisch, net een paradijs. Familiekamer was top comfort voor ons gezin. Het hotel ligt 5 min rijden van het drukkere centrum maar dat vonden wij net heerlijk. De shuttle dienst naar het centrum is gratis, terug betaal je een taxi (grab werkt niet op het eiland). Goede laundry service.

Het stoorde ons niet maar er zijn effectief veel (ongelijke) trappen en waren steeds buiten adem als we aan de receptie kwamen. Er waren geen nachtlampjes aan ons bed, wat jammer was. Het ontbijt kon misschien iets uitgebreider maar het zicht maakte dat ruimschoots goed!

אין זרם מים, ממש מטפטף, ארוחת בוקר לא טובה, אין מכונת קפה. יאמר לזכות הצוות שהציעו שנבחר מהתפריט של המסעדה כי לא מצאנו את עצמנו בארות בוקר בשאר הימים יצאנו לאכול בעיר ולא נכנסנו לארות בוקר.

The bathroom of the garden view room is outside the room itself and needs renovation.

Wonderful views , upgrade to one of the best rooms/suites within the resort made the stay very nice but paid treble the price for this and compared to our travelling through north central and southern Thailand we found better properties in different places for much less per night

On arrival of original booking I was very unhappy with the room we had been sold The room was dark very dirty mouldy in the bathroom the seating area led to a blacking door that was opened by sections and divided into four ... very difficult to move in and out of to access the balcony and the curtains was nailed shut ... this meaning the only light that came through or view was accessible when the doors was open hence the mosquito and insect problems meant this was always going to be closed , standing on the balcony we had views of a staff area that was unfortunately not a good look and no privacy from this ... a beautiful setting however over 100 steps to our first room and we are fully abled but definitely not a resort for anybody with mobility issues or families with children ... after raising my concerns and disappointment with staff they did offer a upgrade an a extra cost and this definitely made all the difference.. however in hindsight the travelling we have done throughout all of Thailand on different budgets this was definitely a overpriced accommodation..

Beautiful views, great swimming pool, affordable scooter hire and laundry service, transport to and from pier! Rooms were all separate but note that there are lots of stairs- not a problem for us.

The hotel is a little tired / dated and could do with a bit of a refresh. The spot is so stunning that this would make a big difference! Shower pressure a bit low.

El hotel está situado en un lugar excepcional, rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son espectaculares y con unas vistas mejores aún. El trato de todo el personal es insuperable, con mucha amabilidad y comprensión. Lo recomiendo al 100% si buscas tranquilidad y confort

Lovely property with quaint little huts built into the hillside. Out of the noisy part of town, so lovely and quiet. Beautiful infinity pool with amazing views. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Struttura bellissima lontano dal caos dell'isola. necessario il taxi per spostarsi per scendere a prezzi non certo bassi. Immersa nel verde, in posizione panoramica. stanza davvero caratteristica e bellissima. molto buono anche il ristorante. Bella la piscina a sfioro. Personale davvero molto cortese e preparato. Abbiamo passato dei giorni molto piacevoli e anche se lontana dalla spiaggia devo dire che la distanza non pesa

Lovely view from reception and the restaurant area, nice views from the pool too. Staff is helpful and friendly. They would always help with luggage as there is many floors/steps. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Quite outdated, it’s not modern, a bit too pricey considering the location. You definitely need a scooter to get there.

Super friendly and fun staff! They also did a lot for us to make it very pleasant stay.

L’hôtel est assez excentre il faut prévoir 20min à pied et ça monte pas mal À l’hôtel il y a également beaucoup de marches pour accéder aux chambres, à noter sérieusement si vous avez du mal avec les escaliers La « plage privée » est quasiment inexistante, pas entretenue et idem 150 marches pour y accéder

Loved the view from the room, the pool and the resteraunt/lobby, the hotel had a beautiful location. The staff were kind and they also provided shuttles down to the main town so you didn’t have to walk or get expensive taxis!!

There were a lot of stairs but we were prepared for it. Also due to it being hill side and tropical it meant for lots of animals and bugs, nothing that bothered us too much though ❤️

Chambre délabrée, salle de bain d'un autre monde, lumière cassée, crasse sur les murs, aucun endroit où poser vos affaires, sombre. Idem dans la chambre, un penderie et c'est tout rien pour poser poser vos affaires et insoniration inexistante. Le soir les moutiques vous obligent à rester dans votre chambre. Petit déjeuner déplorable, on doit quemander du café, si vous arrivez à 8h30/9h, il ne reste quasimeent plus rien, mis à part du riz et du pain. Lors de la location du scooter, ils nous ont passé un scooter très délabré. Quand on connait les routes et les koh tao, c'est le meilleur moyen pour se tuer. Après avoir protesté, il nous ont passé un autre scooter quasimeent nuef. Enfin, nous avons oublié 2 chemises dans la penderie, l'apres midi après notre départ, nous leur avons signalé notre oubli et leur avons demandé de nous les renvoyer (à nos frais) à notre domcile qui n'est pas très loin sur Koh Samui. Ils ne savait pas, ils n'ont pretrouvé pas les chemises, ils nous ont demandés des photos mais booking ne permets pas d'envoyer des photos,. Bref, on s'entait bien que le service apres vente n'était vraiement leur priorité et donc impossible de recupérer ses 2 chemises et l'hotel ne fait pas 300 chambres. Je pense qu'il y a eu beaucoup de maivaise fois ou de la malhonneté de la part de la femme de chambre. Une chose est sur ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hotel, l'expérience a été exécrable

Great views, great bungalows!

Na de eerste nacht hebben we een upgrade naar een andere, ruimere 3p kamer gekregen, die echt fantastisch was. Prachtig balkon, heel ruim en schitterend uitzicht. De mensen waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker, hoewel niet heel uitgebreid, maar genoeg om uit te kiezen. Het hotel is rustig gelegen buiten het stadje, wat wij wel erg prettig vonden.

In eerste instantie hadden we een kamer met zeezicht geboekt, maar je moest erg je best doen om de zee te zien. De kamer was donker en redelijk klein. Daarnaast was de wastafel niet goed bevestigd. Dat viel wat tegen, maar na overleg konden we een andere kamer krijgen. Er is geen eigen strand bij het hotel, wel een zwembad om af te koelen. Er is een shuttle die op beperkte tijden naar het stadje gaat, maar je moet vervolgens met een taxi terug naar het hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel, le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. Le cadre est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Avec la végétation il y a beaucoup de moustiques, prévoir un répulsif.

Le cadre est magnifique ! 🤩 De la piscine, une vue imprenable sur la baie. Le petit déjeuner perché au sommet des arbres 😉. La crique déserte au pied des bungalows. Une 20e de logements seulement, ce qui donne l’impression d’être seul au monde dans ce décor de rêve 💚🏝️ Le personnel adorable.

Construit à flanc de colline, il y a énormément de marches à gravir, mais c’est aussi ce qui fait son charme. Notre bungalow « standard » était tout en bas, donc proche de la crique et des nombreux bateaux qui accostent dés 7h00 du matin. Le bruit assourdissant des moteurs vous réveillerons à coup sûr si vous ne prévoyez pas de bouchons d’oreilles 😬

We hadden een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Rustig gelegen, maar te voet 20 minuten tot in het dorp. Wel een minimarkt op 5 minuten. We moesten 103 treden naar beneden ( en naar boven) om naar ons huisje te komen, maar de koffers werden altijd door het personeel gebracht. Op regelmatige tijdstippen is er ook een gratis shuttle naar het dorp (enkel heen) en ook naar de pier, waar je bij aankomst op Ko Tao ook wordt opgehaald.

In de badkamer is te weinig licht, zeker in de douche.

Incredibly beautiful views from a hillside hotel. Beautiful and cosy wooden cottages and friendly staff. Location unforgettable.

Hillside location means that one needs to climb hundreds of steps. For example, to reach the beach from the reception takes over 200 steps. Another minus are showers where water is literally trickling out.

El personal muy amable, 10/10. La piscina muy bien, con vistas espectaculares. Habitación triple curiosa con dos pisos, pero nos pareció muy comfortable.

Ubicación un poco alejada del centro, te obliga a moverte en taxi o moto, el resto ni un pero.

Очень красивые номера, чистые, с красивыми видами. У нас был красивый большой семейный номер, с двумя отдельными санузлами и тремя террасами 😍 фрукты при заселении были в холодильнике, очень приятно. Завтрак отличный. С пирса/на пирс забирают и привозят. К пляжу Сайри тоже по расписанию привозят, но не забирают.

Конечно подниматься из номера к ресепшену/ресторану тяжело 🤪 думаю этот отель не для семей с маленькими детьми, мои взрослые, было норм, но все-же за 4 дня устали. Рядом поесть, купить попить ничего нет! Ближайшие кафе, магазины только вблизи пляжа Сайри. К нему привозят, но обратно пешком, что практически невозможно, такси (300-400 бат) или байки, что тоже не всегда удобно.

Le personnel... d'une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à rendre service. La navette, pour venir nous récupérer au port ou nous rapprocher du centre. La vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Une chambre qui a du charme, très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix, de fruits frais....

Die Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel am Sairee Beach hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr schön! Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön hergerichtet.

Leider kamen durch die offene Toiletten-Dach-Konstruktion die ein oder anderen Krabbeltiere und Maden ins Bad gefallen. Das war etwas unschön aber in der Natur passiert das eben… auch hat der Ausfluss im Bad ab und an gestunken.

La piscine et le restaurant qui était très bon bien qu’un peu cher, et le charme général de l’hôtel. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique dans la globalité.

Nous avons eu 4 cafards dans la chambre, dont un déjà mort, une fourmi dans le lit, beaucoup de moustiques. Il y a énormément de marches pour accéder aux chambres, la salle de bain est très peu moderne et peu équipée, très rustique, ce qui ne passe pas pour un 4 étoiles à ce prix là. De plus, la location de scooter proposée par l’établissement est médiocre. Il m’ont proposé un scooter dont le frein gauche ne fonctionnait plus. Un autre donc la selle se détachait, et pour finir, un dernier tout juste passable, mais dont le néman était cassé.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. They also provided free transfers from and to the pier. Pool setup and view were incredible!

The shower had almost no pressure — it was difficult to even rinse properly. The room could also use some renovation, especially the bathroom; the shower screen was loose and kept falling off. Although we understand that the property is located in the middle of the jungle, considering the high price of the room, we would have expected it to be properly sealed to prevent animals from getting inside. Every night we found at least three geckos in the room, and we even discovered droppings on the bed.

Dinner was amazing, location as well. However, the ''Sea view'' was a bit underwhelming.

Seaview was not really seaview, most was covered by trees. However, still an amazing stay

Vriendelijke staff, we hadden eerst een kamer die totaal niet kindvriendelijk was. Hebben direct een andere kamer gekregen, ze denken echt mee. Mooi zwembad, lekker restaurant met top service! Echt een extra pluim aan de dame in het restaurant.

Hoe het resort was opgebouwd en het bed

Dat je een gevaarlijke trap af moet om naar de wc te gaan (vooral ‘s nachts), het lawaai van de weg en de hanen in een kooi bij de buren en de douche die echt een hele zachte straal geeft oftewel bijna geen straal heeft.

Now this is an interesting hotel. First thing to note is if you are uncomfortable with stairs it won't be for you. We aren't and therefor for us it posed no problem. We were in room H14 which is quite away down from reception and the dining area. So the daily walks up and down were good exercise. Our room was superb (King Suite with Sea View) with a generous pair of balconies, nice bathroom and great A/C. Breakfast was great (loved the coffee) and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast/dining area is fantastic. The pool was small but very welcome, limited sunbeds (28th April - 2nd May) but while we were there, we always found two. Location is a taxi ride from the main drag although there is a free shuttle to Sairee beach, which was a great bonus, you need a taxi back at night (400 baht). Also a free shuttle to the Ferry port at the end of our stay was most welcome too. Recommended!

A shuttle back at night from Sairee Beach would be useful, but not a real issue!

The noise of the music from the boat parties going by..not much hotel could do about that & once your balcony door is shut its not too bad

No sabía q iba a tener q subir casi 100 escalones para poder llegar a recepción y tampoco me gustó q la suite junior no tuviera baño dentro, fue la habitación más cara y las más incómoda de todas. Estaría bien que en las fotos de la habitación pusieran las escaleras q hay q bajar para ir al baño, pq la habitación no tiene baño dentro, tiene el baño fuera bajando unas escaleras bastante incómodas.. En la suite no hay ningún espejo a una altura razonable para poderte ver la cara como mínimo, los escalones para bajar al baño eran más pequeños que mi pie y calzo un 36 en España, la luz del baño parpadea cuando abres la ducha. En fin, no lo recomendaría. El personal estuvo bien.

La localisation

Cafards dans la chambre. Personne pour nous accueillir donc pas de carte pour activer l’électricité (nous avons du fouilller nous même derrière le comptoir de l’accueil !!). Personne n’est venu faire le ménage durant notre séjour. Une seule petite lumière ( chambre sombre ++++)

I liked the area and the garden

The staff is very busy on their phones, not flexible in terms of late check-out. The Seaview was the worst I had so far. Breakfast was not good, eggs were like plastic. Many mosquitos. Price way ro high for what you get.

Die Lage und die Aussicht war unfassbar schön! Auch der Pool ist super angelegt und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Ebenso ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.

Leider war der Bungalow, in dem man schläft, nicht ganz „dicht“ und jegliche Kleintiere kamen ins Zimmer. Zudem war es auch sehr laut und dann hat alles von draußen mitbekommen. Die Dusche war leider auch enttäuschend, da aus dem Duschkopf kaum Wasser kam und man sich so nur sehr schlecht die Haare waschen konnte.

Uncomfortable stairs

Von dem eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer hätte man eine gute Aussicht gehabt und die Lage ist ganz schön und ruhig

Laut Hotel war das Zimmer von booking falsch inseriert daher haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir auf den Bildern gebucht hatten. Somit hatten wir keinen Mehrblick und direkt vor unserem Balkon war eine Baustelle es lag also alles voller Müll und bauschrott. So dass man auf dem Zimmer auf jeden Fall Null Entspannung gefunden hat. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war alles in allem in Ordnung. Die täglich 100 Stufen rauf und runter zum Zimmer und zum Empfang machen einen echt fertig bei den herrschenden Temperaturen. Das Personal war nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben versucht zu helfen allerdings ohne großen nennenswerten Erfolg wir konnten für eine Nacht und das Zimmer was wir eigentlich gebucht haben dieses war sehr schön komfortabel hell und freundlich und mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Man kann dort definitiv einen schönen Urlaub haben allerdings Tipp von uns auf die Zimmerbeschreibung achten und alle Fotos die zu sehen sind kommen in Betracht also auch die dunklen Holz Zimmer. Nichts für Leute mit insektenphobie im Zimmer wird aber vom Hotel aus gleich eine große Dose Insektenspray und eine Taschenlampe bereitgestellt. Ich hatte viel Spaß meiner Frau bei der nächtlichen insektenkontrolle zuzusehen. Des Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten

The view and the whole place is beautiful. The staff is really really nice and helpful. We liked that it was not in the center as we preferred sounds of geckos than parties :) Rooms are very nice and clean.

We knew about the stairs, but after 3 days it was a bit annoying to walk so long to our room. Sooooo many stairs!! Bathrooms should be renovated, they seem to be very old and it gives bad impression compared to the room and everything around.

Rooms were run down, broken, full of expanding foam, bugs EVERYWHERE, snake outside our wooden door with gaps between panels, mouse/rat droppings in bathroom, loud tokay gecko in room keeping us awake during the night. Allocated a room that was more like a shed tucked away behind other rooms that we called a dungeon where animals either tried to break in or were already in the room. No staff at hotel after 9pm

Des centaines de marches d’escaliers très escarpés à monter , pas de chance on était tout en bas . Salle de bain vieillissante. Et lit hyper dur , j’ai eu mal au dos tt les jours
