Notre accueil est très aimable, très gentille et agréable en discussion, donne de bons conseils et travaille avec des instituts pour les excusions où ils sont agréables et moins cher avec des avantages comme la Plonge par exemple où ils vous offre le T-shirt parce que il travaille avec l’hôtel

De ligging en het uitzicht waren fantastisch. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de eigenaar komt altijd een praatje maken en geeft goede tips.

Super séjour mais par contre les chants de la mosquée à 4h30 c est l horreur .. prévoyez des boules quies aussi non tout est parfait

Отличный отель за хорошую цену. У нас был просторный, чистый номер, с балкона был виден океан, пальмы и Агунг. Скорее всего прямо из номера виден закат, но мы приехали уже затемно. У отеля своя огороженная охраняемая территория и бассейн. Нам очень понравилось, жаль что не получилось остаться дольше

Excellent séjour avec une incroyable vue depuis le balcon, on peut admirer le coucher du soleil, les cocoteraies, les plaines... J’ai eu un accueil chaleureux et les employés étaient aux petits soins. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Melasa House ist ein sehr schönes familär geführtes Hotel. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Inhaber und das gesamte Personal sind um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, und helfen mit Rat und Tat. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen mit frischen Zutaten vom Markt nach individuellen Wünschen zubereitet. Der Garten und der Pool sind immer top gepflegt. Genau wie die Zimmer. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht zum Sonnenuntergang. Den besten Lombok Kaffee gibt es im Warung an der Strassenecke. Alles Gute für das gesamte Team.

Supervriendelijke mensen, mooie kamers, prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk (traditioneel Engels! voor de verandering) ontbijt. Het mini Liverpool museum is vrij bijzonder, met mooie verhalen van eigenaar!

Weinig op aan te merken. De airco in 1 van de kamers bleek niet helemaal 100%, maar toch goed geslapen. Ligt wat buiten de stad dus je hebt wel vervoer nodig naar bv restaurant of winkels.

Wir fühlten uns von Frank und Vicky gastfreundschaftlich in Empfang genommen und unseren gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl im Melasa House. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zum Hotel Team kommen und uns wurde sofort geholfen. Wir brauchten beispielsweise einen Mietroller. Nach 15 Minuten stand er auf dem Hotel Parkplatz und der Preis war günstig. Es werden auch Tipps für andere Aktivitäten gegeben, aber niemals wird etwas angedreht, was man nicht braucht. Die Gäste stehen im Mittelpunkt.

Nice clean rooms, great view and a great staff. Vicky and Frank were very helpful and great hosts. The sunset is magical: it disappears exactly behind mount Agung!

Super hyggeligt, det var alt hvad man kunne ønske sig og til en rigtigt fornuftigt pris. Frank og personalet var alle sammen helt vildt flinke og hjælpesomme, der gjorde alt nemt og dejligt.

Frank, der Manager ist extrem hilfsbereit und herzlich. Er konnte uns alle Fragen beantworten und und immer weiterhelfen. Auch der Rest des Teams war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sogar mit Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer ist super ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist sehr schön, vor allem Abends, da kann man den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Auch das Frühstück war reichlich und hat super geschmeckt.

Nice breakfast and great people! They helped us with the transportation and when there was a large gecko in our room, they got it out for us:)

Frank was an excellent host. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel relaxed. Great pool to wind down in after traveling.

Some 4km from Senggigi, nice location with clean room. Awesome breakfast, super friendly staff and a nice pool area. Got to know the owner, Mr. Frank, had a chat with him basically every day of our stay. We loved it

Few minutes from m Senggigi beach, strategic position to visit places like Gili Islands, Pink beaches, secrets islands and more. Fantastic sunset view! Frank, the owner made us feeling like at home and the team managing the facilities super kind and always supportive!

Love the surrounding area. You can even watch the sunset from the balcony.

The word Hospitality is written in capital letters at Melasa House: staff is friendly, room and bathroom are clean, airco, tv and WiFi work as they should, and the breakfast is marvelous. Added bonus is a wonderful view from the balcony over the town and the sea. We will certainly come back here; it’s the right spot for Lombok

Nothing. If I want to be critical I could say the hotel could do with a prominent neon-sign down at the busy coastal road; I rode past the way up to the hotel a couple of times during our stay there. But the accommodation itself is just super!

Fantastic newly renovated facilities and great value for money. Lovely owner Frank and super friendly and helpful staff too. Really looked after us. A treat to have an English breakfast! Nice and quiet location, which was perfect for us to relax as we'd just spent 4 days on a boat. Nearest restaurants and beach a short drive away.

-noisy aircon -a bit away from Senggigi "town" (approx. 4km), you need a Grab or scooter
