Arbian Valla

Very nice people. The owner’s wife made a nice home cooked breakfast and also let me check out later than the check out time. The location was very convenient. The bed and the air conditioning was comfortable.

The faucets for the shower and the sink aren’t attached to the walls, so it felt a bit strange when trying to use the water at first. But once I figured out how to turn the water on without pulling the faucet off it was fine.

Nothing.

This property is nothing like the listing and was completely unsafe and uninhabitable during our stay. Issues included: • Rat infestation – rats seen multiple times in the kitchen and cupboards. • Non-functioning showers – only 1 of 3 worked, alternating between freezing cold and scalding hot. • Foul-smelling drains throughout the property, making it impossible to feel comfortable. • Faulty air conditioning – units stuck at 20°C, leaving the home freezing cold. • Security failure – doors and windows did not lock, creating a major safety risk that was never fixed. • Noise and overcrowding – large groups crammed into studios, blasting music until 4am, and peering into our doors and windows. • Broken furniture, glass, and sofas with holes. • Overall, the property is unsafe, unsanitary, and in desperate need of renovation. Booking.com refused to provide a full refund and only offered a token “goodwill” payment, ignoring repeated complaints and the severity of these issues. This was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Future guests should avoid this property entirely. Booking will only allow me to upload 4 photos. We have 100+ and videos of this property

Clean and like photos, owner was helpful

great and big pool

The villa was beautiful, clean , spacious. Staff look after their guests very well. The Villa is a little too far from the main restaurant area, 5 min taxi ride.

The host was very nice and the villa was really nice provided us with everything we needed.

The beds were very very hard and uncomfortable.

Very roomy and spacious rooms. Good pool. The staff is friendly, though not that efficient.

Not clean enough. Not enough kitchen facilities, such as pots, pans, plates and cups. The maintenance of the rooms isn't the best: one toilet was broken since we got the rooms, and hasn't been fixed for 4 nights, till we left. The handle of the shower fell off, and the boiler was not connected to the electricity, until we asked the staff to fix it, which they have.

The staff was very accommodating

The villa and studios are spacious and beautiful. The host is very helpful and friendly.

It was very clean and the host was helpful
