Only frustrating part was the shower not having consistent water temperature. Would go from hot to very cold.

Clean and spacious apartment style room which had everything we needed for our stay! Lovely staff and the owner was more than willing to help us with anything we asked for! We really liked the breakfast and enjoyed the pool area!

Everything was perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated in a modern style. The location is in a quiet area, while still being very close to the beach, which was perfect for us. The towels were changed daily, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. We also really enjoyed the prosecco they offer, especially after a long and hot day at the beach — such a lovely touch! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. There was not much variety, and having a second person helping during breakfast service would probably make things run more smoothly.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly especially Roula and Katerina. One of the nicest experiences we've had as a family abroad. Angelos was also very helpful, arranging us airport transfer at short notice and allowing us an extended check-out. 10/10 Would highly reccomend!

A modern, welcoming, new, and clean property. Highly recommended for visiting the west side of the island and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. It includes a kitchen, perfect for enjoying quiet dinners.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch sehr geräumig, sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das Zimmermädchen war sehr herzlich.

Das Frühstück war leider eine Katastrophe. Um 9 Uhr (-10 Uhr Frühstück) war so gut wie nichts mehr übrig. Es waren vielleicht um die Uhrzeit noch weitere 3-4 Gäste anwesend. Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Es gab wenig Auswahl, was ich persönlich nicht so schlimm finde, wenn man etwas zu Essen bekommen hätte. Die Servicekraft hatte absolut keine Lust zu arbeiten und war auch nicht freundlich. Man musste laut ihr sein Geschirr selber weg räumen und die Reste zum Müll bringen. Kaffee war lauwarm, Wasser aus der Leitung. Auf Rückfrage, ob man Mineralwasser bekommen könne, sagte sie "das Leitungswasser ist besser". Die übrige Wurst war am Rand schon grässlich angelaufen. Obst wurde auf Rückfrage die Melone geviertelt und einfach auf den Teller gelegt, wir sollten die selber schneiden, weil sie angeblich so viel zu tun hatte, sie hatte sich lieber privat unterhalten. Das ging leider 4 Tage so.

The staff are so lovely & friendly. They were so accommodating; went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday possible! Helped us in booking taxis, airport transport, day trips & plenty more. Regular room cleaning, fresh breakfast, provided coffee machine with pods that were topped up daily. Location is quite & peaceful, close to the local beach (& shops & restaurant) and about 15-20 minute walk to one with deck chairs to hire. The staff really did make our trip exceptional!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Unterkunft, angenehmes Bett und ein Parkplatz was in Chania eigentlich nicht selbstverständlich ist!

Wir wollen eigentlich kein negatives Feedback geben nur einen Tipp. Das Frühstück könnte etwas schöner präsentiert werden und die Dusche wechselt sehr oft zwischen ganz kalt und ganz heiß ab. Aber ansonsten gibt es bei diesem Hotel gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sehr guter Service (Rezeption, Küche, Reinigung, Grünanlage). Freundliches Personal (wie eine große Familie).

El desayuno y la amabilidad de Rula, siempre atenta a darnos todo en el desayuno. Las instalaciones y habitación muy modernas y limpias. La amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, desde María que nos recibió por la noche hasta Costas que siempre estaba atento a proporcionarnos todo lo que le pedíamos, incluidas sombrillas y esterillas para la playa. La limpieza increíble. La ubicación muy buena, caminando hay muchos restaurantes para cenar o comer, y también cerquísima caminando de la playa. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a Creta. Nos encantó la zona de chania. Las mejores playas de la isla. Un viaje inolvidable...

Colazione un po’ confusionaria

Personale accogliente e gentile, struttura moderna e camera della metratura giusta e molto pulita. La piscina è adatta anche ai bambini, e c’è un bel giardino. Molto comodi lo stendino nel balcone per i panni e la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura o nelle vicinanze

La colazione è decisamente migliorabile, soprattutto la parte salata. Non c’è molta scelta, sebbene la signora addetta alla colazione faccia di tutto per soddisfare le richieste. Le camere non sono assolutamente insonorizzate, e svegliarsi con i rumori dei vicini può essere fastidioso. Unica cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è il fatto che gli asciugamani grandi non siano mai stati cambiati, nemmeno una volta. Sarebbe bello dare la possibilità di scegliere se sostituirli o no durante il soggiorno, ma per il resto tutto pulito e sempre in ordine

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, hotel calme, supérette à 3 min à pied, bus pour aller au centre ville à 5 min à pied (le 21).

The staff was super nice, and made us feel very welcome. This is the highlight of this property, the service. 5 mins from the beach Spacious and comfortable cleaning of the room was great Towels were always fresh Air conditioning worked very well Maria (from reception) is just very lovely and was super helpful with us and our baby. When the baby was sick she provided a full list with useful phone numbers and addresses (hospital, pharmacy etc). Provided extra blankets and bedding for the for too. Always greeting us with the biggest smile and kindness. Everyone was super kind. We love it, our baby napped and slept super well in the room. They accommodated every request. Thanks for making our holiday a great experience!!!

We were unlucky to have a family with very loud children in the room above us. Luckily was only at the end of our stay.

The room was exactly like in the photos : modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable to sleep in for a whole week. Maria was lovely, sociable and open to anything we needed. The cleaning lady was also very nice and clearly cared about her job. Great location: close to the sea, with a shop next door and parking available. A beautiful holiday overall . I would definitely come back.

Nous avons tout aimé ! Dormeurs que nous sommes, nous avons mis le réveil car la fin du petit dej est à 10h15 . 😅

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, którą można dobrze ustawić. Super obsługa, bardzo zaangażowana na recepcji i na śniadaniach. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Pani na śniadaniach bardzo zaangażowana - pytała codziennie czy przygotować coś dla nas specjalnie, bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Cały personel uśmiechnięty. Bardzo polecam

Appartement très confortable et très spacieux. L emplacement est pratique, tout en étant au calme. L hôtel bénéficie d'un parking. Nous tenons surtout à remercier Maria et l ensemble de l équipe pour l accueil exceptionnel qu ils nous ont réservé.

Il manque juste des rangements.

Hotel molto carino e vicino alle belle spiagge, ristoranti e la città di Chania. La signora Maria alla reception era squisita e simpaticissima. Pulizia delle camere ottima.Vista mare dalla camera.

Unica pecca di questo hotel è la colazione, Sempre mancava qualcosa, le pietanze non erano rimpiazzate subito ed era abbastanza fastidioso dover chiedere ogni volta qualcosa di ovvio che mancava. Essendo in giardino, secondo me non è stato molto igienico (caldo e insetti). E la signora che si occupava di tutto questo sembrava scocciata e ogni tanto infastidita.

Hotel absolutnie wspaniały, serdecznie polecam. Kameralny obiekt, zadbany basen i ogród. Czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Dla mnie bardzo ważna zwykła do kontaktu suszarka do włosów którą bez problemu wysuszysz włosy nie typowo hotelowa. Blisko do morza, po drodze dwa dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy spożywcze. Fantastyczna, przemiła i zawsze pomocna obługa. MARIA, jest cudowną ciepłą osobą. Na powitanie czekała na nas Rakija i butelka Proseco. Dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny, talerze, miseczki, kubki, szklanki, kieliszki, sztućce, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, garnki. Smaczne desery na śniadaniach. Obsługa pomogła w zorganizowaniu transferu na lotnisko.

Śniadania mogły by być bardziej urozmaicone. Chociaż gdy czegoś brakowało zostało uzupełnione.

Obsługa przekazała mi lepszy pokój niż zamawiałem. Była dostępna gdy miałem pytania. Był dostępny parking oraz basen.

Jedzie mogło by być bardziej zróżnicowane.

All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room and the whole hotel was spotless, and the pool and garden was great. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the beach and many local restaurants. Very easy to get in to Chania on the bus and only 30 minute taxi from the airport. Highly recommend!

La gentillesse, l’accueil et la bienveillance des crétois. La chambre était incroyable avec la douche derrière le lit en transparence. Maria à la réception était adorable pleine de recommandations et toujours aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup également à la gentille dame de ménage qui s’assure toujours que tout soit parfait et qui nous a donné pleins de conseils sur les beach clubs. Un grand merci également à la dame qui nous préparait des petits déjeuners sur mesure en plus du buffet. Vraiment un hôtel merveilleux, aux petits soins de ses clients. Merci, je reviendrai !!

Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins. Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Le petit dej était très bon. Nous avions pris la chambre avec la baignoire jacuzzi, c'était top. La taille était parfaite. L'hotel est non loin de jolies plages et de restos sympas.

Väga suur apartement, mõnusalt palju õhku ja ruumi, väga mugavad voodid ja tekid ja padjad, mõnus dušš, suur ja mõnus diivan ning lauad, kööginurgas oli olemas kõik vajalik.

Tubadevahelised aknad on disainiviga, kui keegi tahab magada ja teine inimene valgust kasutada siis see segab magamist (öösel tualetis käies näevad kõik seda valgust).

An amazing apartment. Really comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Very clean. Catered for our vegan food, milk and cheese suitable for vegans were there for us at breakfast.

Die Zimmer waren modern

das Frühstück war sehr mager und es gab nicht das, was auf den Bildern abgebildet war. Darüber hinaus gab es ausschließlich draußen Frühstück, sodass wir bei Regen und kaltem Wind draußen sitzen mussten. Die Tische und Stühle wurden auch nicht trocken gewischt. Außerdem waren überall Katzen, die beim Essen auch auf die Tische und Bänke gesprungen sind.

Das sehr freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit sowie der gepflegte Garten. Neben der in Deutschland aufgewachsenen Hausdame wurde nur englisch gesprochen. Das Apartment ist wirklich groß und recht modern eingerichtet. Netter kleiner Pool und einige Liegen.

Die Umgebung besteht aus einigen Restaurants Minimarkt, Autovermietung und einem kleinen Strand mit überteuerten Liegen. Um die schönen Strände, Lokale oder Chania zu erreichen benötigt man einen Mietwagen oder muß teils überfüllte Busse nutzen. Im Hotel wird das Frühstück NUR draußen als kleines Buffet angeboten, das mag im Hochsommer funktionieren, zum Saisonbeginn oder Ende führt das zu kaltem Rührei und Frühstück in dicker Jacke oder bei Regen trägt man die Speisen auf‘s Zimmer. Die Bar war im Oktober nicht geöffnet. Das eigentlich sehr große Apartment hat viel zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, keine Regale und nur ein Zimmer mit einem Kleiderschrank. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer lagen daher überall unsere Klamotten rum. Fernseher ohne Kabel oder Satelitenempfang nur für Menschen geeignet die griechisch sprechen. Die einzelnen Räume verfügen über Fensterscheiben über den Türen und Wänden so wird das Schlafzimmer taghell wenn nachts jemand auf der Toilette Licht einschaltet.

A great family owned hotel, nice outdoor area, and big family room.

Hotel is new and modern. Nice and helpful staff. Perfekt pool and quiet at night. Clean rooms (extra compliment for the person(s) cleaning the rooms!!)

The breaktfast is really nothing special. No variety at all. There´s no inhouse breakfast room. You have to eat outside, even if it´s raining, (with a kind of roof, to be fair).

Hyvä, tilava huoneisto. Hyvä sijainti alueen rantojen läheisyydessä. Poreallas oli kiva lisä ja wc+ suihkutilat olivat tilavat.

Ilmastoinnin säätö oli haastavaa. Laitteita ei saanut sammuttamatta niin pienelle, ettei tulisi vedon tunnetta.

It was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. We had a bath, which was lovely. You can park at the hotel. It is a 10 minute ride to Chania and your very close to the beach with nice restaurants. The breakfast was also great. Would highly recommend!🩷

Beautiful rooms with such welcoming staff. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are amazing and honestly the rooms are better than many other places I have been to by a mile. Would definitely stay again

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr lieb & zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung und waren immer sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und es gibt genug Platz um Sachen zu verstauen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super gut, ist sehr leise und zieht nicht direkt aufs Bett! Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist sehr angenehm (gemütliche indirekte Beleuchtung) Es gibt jeden zweiten frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll hergerichtet und ist im Garten zu konsumieren. Es gibt alles was man beim Frühstück braucht.

Wasser in der Dusche braucht sehr lange um warm zu werden und wird zwischendurch plötzlich eiskalt.
