Gregory Comfort Hotel

L'hôtel était confortable et la piscine très chouette. L'accueil et la propreté étaient corrects. Par contre, trop loin pour la plage à pied, pas de parking. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais les produits venaient de Lidl. Et le café, hors thermos, était payant au petit déjeuner. Pour ces raisons, le prix était trop élevé.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν καθαρός και περιποιημένος η πισίνα ευρύχωρη και καθαρή, τα δωμάτια μεγάλα με μπαλκόνι που εμάς μας άρεσε, άνετο κρεβάτι και σαν τοποθεσία εξαιρετική!!

Το μόνο που ήταν αρνητικό ήταν το πρωινό διότι δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία, δεν ήταν περιποιημένο ως αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε μερικές μέρες να προτιμήσουμε να φάμε έξω ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει ήδη για το πρωινό στο ξενοδοχείο!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Gregory Comfort Hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Creta e nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza. La camera era ok, pulita e confortevole, con cambio e pulizia a giorni alterni, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. La colazione era abbondante, soprattutto per la scelta del salato; un po’ più limitata invece la parte dolce. Molto comodo il self check-in, soprattutto perché siamo arrivati durante la notte: la struttura è stata molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di organizzarci senza problemi. Nel complesso darei 7/10: una struttura pratica e funzionale, buona come base per visitare Chania e le spiagge della zona, ma con alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.

Espresso e cappuccino a pagamento e non inclusi nella colazione. Un punto sicuramente da migliorare è il parcheggio: si parcheggia lungo la strada e bisogna avere un po’ di fortuna nel trovare posto. Inoltre è meglio prestare attenzione perché durante il soggiorno ci è capitato di trovare i tergicristalli sollevati e anche biglietti lasciati dai residenti per segnalare il divieto di parcheggio. Abbiamo anche noleggiato l’auto tramite la struttura. Il servizio è stato comodo, ma abbiamo trovato le procedure di ritiro e riconsegna un po’ macchinose. Abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi un’ora perché l’auto venisse lavata dal personale prima della consegna. Comprendiamo la necessità di consegnare un’auto pulita, ma il tempo necessario per il lavaggio non dovrebbe ricadere sul cliente: in quell’ora avremmo potuto organizzare diversamente il nostro tempo.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Struttura moderna con camere luminose e con tutti i confort. La piscina é curata, pulitissima e comoda in quelle giornate in cui si ha voglia di relax. Colazione internazionale con piccole, ma gradite variazioni giornaliere. Pulizia camere ogni giorno o al massimo a gg alterni. Ombrelloni e gadget mare gratuiti a disposizione della clientela.

Non c'é un vero parcheggio, ma nelle stradine di fronte l'Hotel si trova sempre posto

Ubicación, desayuno, personal, limpieza, servicios que tienen. Todo el personal es muy agradable y familiar y hacen que la estancia sea genial. La habitación muy bien y tiene todos los detalles necesarios para pasar tus días de vacaciones. Volveríamos sin dudar!

We stayed at Gregory Comfort for five days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, polite and welcoming, and they went above and beyond with all the little details that made us feel really appreciated. The location is great, the facilities are very good, and we especially liked that the hotel felt smaller and more peaceful, without being overcrowded. The friendliness of the staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I would honestly rate it 9/10. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi, as the internet barely worked during our stay and there was very little mobile coverage, which made it difficult to use our phones. Hopefully this will be addressed, as everything else was excellent. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Gregory Comfort and would happily stay again!

Δεν έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ Η διαρρύθμιση του μπάνιου (τουλάχιστον στο δικό μας δωμάτιο) δεν ήταν εξυπηρετική και έτρεχαν νερά από τη ντουζιέρα στο πάτωμα Δεν υπήρχε κάτι να κάνεις αν αποφασιζες να μείνεις στο ξενοδοχείο και να μην πας βόλτα (πχ θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα μπαρ μεχρι τις 21.00 ανοιχτό για να πάρεις καφέ ή κοκτέιλ, ίσως ένα τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ ή ακόμα και μερικά βιβλία να δανειστείς για να διαβάσεις)

Отличная гостиница, все очень чисто, хорошее расположение, к морю действительно не далеко, есть два пляжа оборудованые лежакими, бары и рестораны. Если вы хотите поехать в центр Ханья, рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Мы остались очень довольны этой гостиницей и нашим отдыхом.

Migliorerei la colazione all'italiana che è molto piu povera rispetto a quella internazionale e i materassi per il resto tutto perfetto.

Nel complesso tutto...lo consiglio per punto di appoggio per le più belle spiagge a ovest dell'isola...molto accogliente

Really nice and comfortable. The hotel has rent a car service and airport pick-up and drop-off so you don't have to worry about anything. Really nice hospitality, we even got early check-in which was wonderful.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem stadtnah. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön: Super Einrichtung, die Suite hatte einen fantastischen Balkon. Wir kommen wieder!

Tutto perfetto! Ci sono piaciute moltissimo la pulizia e l’ottima colazione, davvero ricca e varia. Ogni mattina abbiamo fatto colazione accanto alla piscina: un modo stupendo per iniziare la giornata! Un altro aspetto molto positivo è stato il parcheggio: abbiamo sempre trovato facilmente posto lungo la strada. Siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Struttura nuova e pulita in una zona molto tranquilla. Parcheggio per la macchina sulla strada.

L'orario del bar non ci ha permesso di fare un aperitivo dopo la giornata del mare. Alle 16 è un' po' troppo presto per una chiusura.

Το πρωινό για την κατηγορία του ήταν εξαιρετικό, το οποίο ανανέωναν σε καθημερινή βάση κ με διαφορετικές επιλογές κάθε φορά. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό κ πρόσχαρο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Η τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Καθαριότητα άριστη (δωμάτιο, κοινόχρηστοι κ πισίνα). Το δωμάτιο άνετο με το μπαλκονάκι του.

Το μόνο που μπορώ ν αναφέρω είναι ότι δεν παρέχει χώρο στάθμευσης κ υπήρχε μία δυσκολία ως προς αυτό. Κατά τ άλλα όλα ήταν άρτια.

Nice little hotel. Very peaceful area. Staff is really attentive and nice. Room was clean and had a tv and a balcony. The pool was really well maintained and good to swim in. Breakfast was tasty. No bad things to say really about the hotel at all. Totally recommend! We also rented a car from the hotel’s rental company, which was easy as you could pick up and leave the car at the airport.

A soli 30 min dall'aeroporto di Chania e in ottima posizione per vedere le spiagge più belle dell'isola e anche per spostarsi in città in serata), la struttura è nuova con piscina inclusa. Ho letto varie recensioni che criticavano un pò la prima colazione: io l'ho trovata molto varia, con varie scelte salate, dolci, frutta fresca già tagliata e verdure. Inoltre la struttura offre la possibilità di noleggiare un'auto. Personale disponibile e attento ad ascoltare le varie esigenze dei viaggiatori.

Extremely nice, small hotel in a quiet area but near the beach, local restaurants and buses. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was very clean and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained and renovated. We could even hire a car directly from the hotel for a good price and with no pressure. The breakfast comprised a good selection of items which we could eat by the pool, inside or on the front terrace. The staff were extrememly friendly and welcoming and I would easily choose this hotel for a another stay in the future.

The WiFi was a bit sketchy - I think there was only one router in the reception area and as long as I was near that (even by the pool) then it was fine. Perhaps they could install some more WiFi points to provide better coverage to the rooms.

The breakfast was nice and had all you need. Besides, the menu varied per day. Furthermore the room itself was very nice and spacious and everything inside and outside the hotel was kept clean very well.

Only thing that could be improved are the opening times, which were from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM.

It is a bit wierd to arrive to a hotel and find out that nobody is there to inform you room number, hand you the keys, etc. You have to call or send a message to get the instructions. The good thing is that once you do that, you get immediate response and access and everything else was fine.

Very quiet area near the main road. Close to bus station, restaurants beach and a mini market. Pool area very nice and clean. There is parking on the street but it can get quite busy if you park late in the day.

Breakfast very tasteful and good but it gets boring after a few days. The room was quite small but it had a nice balcony overlooking the sea. the bathroom could get very hot and wet and after a shower there is steam everywhere that takes a while to clear.

Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Otrzymaliśmy duży i przestronny pokój, a cały obiekt był bardzo czysty i zadbany. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany. Basen utrzymany w nienagannym stanie, dostępne dmuchane materace na miejscu. Świetna lokalizacja- blisko do przystanku i do małej kameralnej plaży. Samo Kalamaki jest spokojnym miejscem, wieczorami nie ma tam za bardzo co robić. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania smaczne, ale kawa z ekspresu była dodatkowo płatna.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious every morning with fresh options. The hospitality from the staff was a true 10/10—everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs.

The only minor downside was the parking situation. There are no clearly marked spaces, which leads to rather chaotic parking along the street.

It was very clean and organized. And everyday the room was cleaned by the staff.

Zimmer und as Frühstück waren absolut OK, eine gute und freundliche Option für Reisende, die kurz in Chania bleiben und dann zu ihrem eigentlichen Ziel weiterreisen möchten.

Wir kamen (angekündigt) sehr spät nach Mitternacht an. Alles war gut vorbereitet vom Hotel - aber etwas präzisere Hinweise, welchen Weg man in der Hotelanlage gehen muss und wo das avisierte Zimmer liegt, hätten die Sache sehr erleichtert.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, netter Empfang, schöner Pool

Für Pool Handtücher und Safe muss man extra bezahlen. Das Bad hätte größer sein können, aber Preis/Leistung hat für uns super gepasst.

Die Ruhe. Den Pool den man fast immer alleine für sich hatte.

Vieles! Meine Frau hatte dort ein Zimmer gebucht, welches plötzlich storniert war/wurde…keiner weiß es. Wie waren es auf jeden Fall nicht. Dann 2 Tage vor Abflug das letzte freie Zimmer dort gebucht und bei Ankunft hieß dann: sie haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Bitte was???? Der unfreundliche Herr von Rezeption lies kein freundliches Wort an uns und war auch nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Der Hotelmanager oder Kollege war netter und meinte, wir sollten nur die Touristenabgabe zahlen und sie würden das Zimmer weitergeben. Mehrfache Telefonate mit Booking geführt und trotzdem kein Ergebnis! Resultat, uns wurde nur die Touristenabgabe erstattet und das war’s!!! Übler und kostspieliger kann ein Urlaub nicht beginnen. Die Damen die das Frühstück machten, lächelten eigentlich nie und wirkten eher genervt. Ich kann die absolut positiven Erfahrungen für dieses Hotel definitiv nicht teilen.
