There is nothing to like about this property whatsoever

There location is on a muddy road, there was no water to take a shower and staff were so unfriendly

Clean space ,nice staff and good location

The room is so small 😭 not recommended if you are traveling with lots of stuff with you

Ubytování bylo čisté a vypadalo, tak jako na fotkách.

Žádné okno, papírové zdi a úplně všechno bylo slyšet. Od splachování, přes hudbu až po intimnosti. Neoochotný personál.

Leuk resortje vlakbij het strand. Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel. We boekten een privé snorkeltour via het resort, deze was top!!

Geen goede wifi, maar was voor ons geen probleem.

Cest un hôtel de passe lorsque le taxi nous a déposé au fond d'une impasse dans le noir rien d'éclairé il y a des garages boxes ou l'on peut garer sa voiture et une fois les portes du garage fermé au fond de celui ci une porte de "chambre" afin de venir incognito... les prostituées s'enchaînent la chambre ne possede pas de fenêtre et il y a un panneau demandant de ne pas laisser de tâches de sang...vraiment lamentables que cet établissement figure sur booking ! A fuir absolument !

I liked the room; it was exactly as shown in the photos, and they offer room service with good prices to order to the room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable as well.

I would improve the sound insulation, as many people seem to use it as a motel (in and out for couples) and are not respectful of other guests. Also, when someone watches TV, the sound can be very loud, which can be disturbing when trying to sleep.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Is near to restaurants and the port of Puerto Princesa. The cleaning and the service so good

Very friendly and professional staff from welcoming us to check out. They approved my request to change our check in date, no questions asked! We only stayed overnight but would recommend this place if you're in Puerto Princesa.

There was a minor leak coming from the AC and shower gel was empty but staff were quick to fix the issues.

The room was clean and staff were nice and sweet.

It does not look like the pictures, the room was tiny and the bed pushed against the wall. The bathroom window was broken so we were worried someone could easily climb in. There was some weird noises from next door, almost felt like a seedy motel and it wasnt in the best location but served a purpose for us to have a little night's sleep before an early flight. I would not stay if I was a solo female traveller.

Clearly a "love" motel on ground floor. Facilities only by paying plus tough in deluxe rooms. Reception not very helpful

The room is enormous but I think this is for couples who want to hang out for a little time. Not for business or work.

The wifi isn't working especially since we were in Puerto looking for a better place to work while staying or waiting for our flight.

It’s just near the airport and restaurant..

The room we occupy at first is not what we expect,dirt smelly room and when it rains the second room was dripping.we asked then to transfer us to different room it take a while before they decide.thanks the nxt one is better..

The room was nothing like described, nor was it particularly clean. Biggest problem was the wi-fi did not work in the room and staff where unconcerned about finding a solution.

Close to the airport and restaurants nearby

Room/bed smells like sweat. Don’t think the blankets were washed (my partner got sick over night because of his dust allergy). So it’s not very hygienic. Wouldn’t come back.

Location is ok.

Terrible stay. You can hear every other room. Mo blanket provided. Wifi is next to nothing. Light gets inside the room (from the window with no curtain) at 4 in the morning. The person that checked me in took forger even though he had nothing else to do.

This must be the best Lodge/Boutique Hotel in Palawan! I checked in about 11PM and the hotel front desk is still open and I noticed it is a 24/7 front desk to help you. It is sparkling clean and the staff are great! I'm coming back again for sure.

It was a last minute booking since our original reservation had issues. We met Andrea the owner who was very lovely and welcomed us to the house that we were going to stay at. We felt at home instantly since the place was cozy. The location was perfect since it is accessible to anything you might want or need. Anna was also super great and reliable. She made suggestions where to go and even arranged our transportation to take us to the airport. Who says you have to spend too much money to have awesome customer service? Mayumi Lodge has definitely raised the bar! Thank you for making our Palawan experience truly memorable. 😊🤗
