Nice serviced apartments. With washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds. Room was clean. Nice easy location.

The rooms here are large which was great for our family. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Great location with views of the city. We really liked the breakfast selection with lots of options including fresh made soup noodles. The staff was very helpful.

The property was sometimes hard for Didi due to the high amount of traffic in the area.

1. The bed is both comfortable and supportive. 2. The water pressure is strong and consistent. 3. The room is quiet and peaceful.

1. The air conditioner doesn’t work in spring, which was horrifying to discover when the temperature outside was over 30°C. The glass windows were overheated from the sunlight, causing the room's temperature to keep rising. We contacted the receptionist, who explained that the air conditioning for the entire building wasn’t activated because the season wasn’t considered “hot enough.” We explained that it was nearly 30°C inside the room and that opening the window wasn’t an option, as the sunlight hitting the glass made it even hotter inside. Her response was that we should endure the discomfort for a day or two because a temperature drop was expected soon. Speechless at this response, we immediately decided to check out. 2. Due to the unbearable heat inside the room, we tried using the ventilator, only to realize that all the ventilation tunnels in the building were interconnected. This meant that instead of fresh air, the ventilator brought in smoke and cooking odors from other rooms. In short, the air inside the room was suffocating and unbreathable.

Value for money. Things that I appreciate most is the apartment is equipped with washing machine.

One of the receptionists on duty on 16th March morning was rather rude. It was raining & I asked for an umbrella, she just ignored my request. Bad image for the hotel, especially it is in the service industry.

Very strong cigarette smell but when I asked for another room, they gave it straight away, even at 1130pm. Otherwise Very happy with room, clean, good condition.

Loved the location! I traveled with my two boys (12/14) and always felt safe and we never ran out of things to do. We were near a subway line (5 min walk) and there are eateries everywhere! TWO malls with plenty of shopping and necessities available (Grocery store on the bottom level of the mall nearest the subway). Coffee shops (maybe 3 within 2 mins of the hotel entrance and dozen more within an easy walk), boba … dumplings and every traditional Chinese dish in a restaurant, store front or street vendor. It’s a lively and safe space with everyone being super patient with our minimal mandarin. It is not a big hotspot for international guests, so everything is more authentic, it was exactly the space we were looking for. The room itself has a kitchen where we did make several meals in house - but you do need to request equipment (we ended up buying some of our own since we stayed a month and cooking was important to us). There was daily housekeeping even in a long term rental. Breakfast was delicious with 3 made to order noodle breakfast options and a full room of other breakfast dishes including an espresso machine. The front desk and housekeeping don’t speak english, but they are happy to work with you via translator apps to make sure they get you what you need.

The hotel is part of a larger building complex, and it is a lively street below … this meant on some nights, we would be able to hear the karaoke bar down the street even on our 16th floor, or folks playing mahjong on a floor below. But we just put on white noise and a fan to drown it out. Smoking is common in the area and while we had a non-smoking room, the building and even other hotel rooms allowed for smoking and it was noticeable in our room depending on who was staying around us, but we also liked to keep the window open so this could have added to the intake in our room.

Le petit dej, la salle de fitness, le personnel serviable, la dame de ménage voulait absolument faire le ménage tous les jours même si cela n’étais pas nécessaire mais venez tous les jours nous apportez des boissons.

Le chantier à côté, un enfer pour les oreilles et le sommeil puis durant la journée impossible de se reposer.

No dedicated non-smoking room, but smoke reducing treatment was ok for my room. Some rooms facing the construction site was noisy, works continued in the night.
