Tutto dal servizio preciso ed attento ,alla stanza enorme con super vista e posizione perfetta . Colazione fantastica ,nella grandissima stanza (un appartamento intero ) ci sono due bagni ,cucina ,soggiorno e due camere da letto ,uno studio ed una dispensa ! Davvero iper confort . In più lavatrice ed asciugatrici nuove perfette e veloci ,con sapone x panni . Che dire qualità prezzo super elevato In reception personale fantastico ,gentile cordiale ,ti accompagna in stanza cn le valige. Ti chiama il didi ,gli ha spiegato bene la destinazione x L aereoporto per paura che noi cn la lingua potessimo avere problemi . Davvero personale top ! Il migliore che mi sia capitata ad oggi dopo più di 20 gg in Cina !

Purtroppo mi sono ritrovato un doppio addebito della stanza sulla mia carta di credito. Si sono scusati per un errore di un collaboratore ma sebbene affermano di aver revocato uno dei due pagamenti a distanza di giorni non vedo lo storno sulla carta.

The place was in a convenient location. The gym is very good. And wonderful view when having breakfast.

Great well equipped apartment with fantastic views

Very convenient area. Food store around the service apartment. I mostly catch buses to every location you want to go in front of the hotel that just cost me 40¢ by Alipay App. The rooms are spotless. Beautiful view

Perfect location in the middle of the city. The room was very comfortable and large., Breakfasts were excellent.

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. The living area was a good size and fairly comfortable. The kitchen was better stocked than most apartments in China. The overall hotel arrangement was pretty good.

Bedrooms were a little small but manageable. Airconditioning couldn't change modes. It seemed to be locked and the mode was changed in the room partway through the stay. The check in guide needs to provide details about how to find the hotel. It is hidden at the back of a shopping mall. Half of my drivers during my stay couldn't find it and dropped me off outside the mall. The signage about the hotel does not indicate how to find it.

That we had a an apartment with 2 bedrooms, and a living room with very good value for money.

The hotel is located in a relatively central area, with friendly staff and lovely views from the rooms, which are clean and well fitted. Overall highly recommend.

Am very happy with our stay. First, the staff welcomed us with a complimentary upgrade from a 2 bedder to a 3 bedder. I was told my reservation for 5 pax included breakfast for only 2 pax, which was weird and I think an issue with the way booking.com quotes the room price. In any case, the staff gave us 3 complimentary breakfast as well, which I really appreciated because many hotels will simply ask you to top up. Apartment is fairly big and new and most importantly, clean and comes with a bathtub. Beds are very comfy. There is a separate washer and dryer, which is very helpful in speeding up the daily washing and drying of clothes for our family of 5. Electrical appliances are in Chinese which is no issue for us but if one doesn't read Chinese, you can simply google translate. Service staff is in general helpful and polite. Breakfast is great, with good selection of Chinese and Western menu. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast items for both days were different.

Wifi is not fantastic, a common problem with all hotel/apartments in China.

Very difficult to locate. Check in staff ok. Breakfast staff surly and verging on rude. Rooms rather dated. Wifi not working at all. Next to shopping mall of some sort but a guide to shopping mall entrances, exits and facilities would be eelcome.

A little too far from metro entrances

It is located next to a mall but the nearest subway is 900 meters away. The room is showing its age but still well maintained. Dining options are plentiful and good variety of breakfast items with a great view. Recommended if you don’t mind the lack of accessibility to the subway.

Booked because of the swimming pool, this full service apartment hotel, though based on and following the international standard, has a very Chinese flair. You may not see other foreigners residing. Guests are mainly Overseas Chinese. The abundant breakfast, all self-prepared by the kitchen crew, is local with the elements of fruits and salads, toast and egg and allows an unabridged discovery of Chinese breakfast culture. What makes service so outstanding: Evennif you are way too late for breakfast time, nobody sends you away. On the contrary, you shall be served by what still is available with a welcoming smile and comment. You may even enjoy a pleasent conversation. The similar applies to the swimming pool, even if its just 10 minutes and the crew is about to clean and close, you will be welcomed to draw some rounds. Or formally by sevice principles: Check-Out by 14h, 2h PM.

Rooms were good and clean. Also you have washing machine and hot plate . Breakfast didn’t have much variety and the pool wasn’t clean and warm. Also locker room was very dirty.

It's quite and convenient. You can find laundry on level 5. It is a plus especially if you choose to stay bit longer. Staff is reasonably friendly.

Wonderful small apartment with views all the nightly light show across Changsha. Utterly stunning! The hotel is modern, has a nice pool (best avoided when there are swimming lessons going on there though) and is set in the city centre. The breakfast on the 43rd floor was ample, but staff were a bit rushed and did not help at first when I enquired (in Chinese) which dishes contained meat or egg. They later told me after I had eaten a bit of a ‘supposed’ vegetable dish that contained pork. 酒店：请注意有些客人吃（纯）素。请下次帮助客人找到合适的食物🫤

Location was convenient

We experienced a significant issue during our stay, as the air conditioning system consistently carried the smell of cigarettes whenever it was turned on. This led to sinus problems for my wife and daughter, forcing us to request a fan and open windows to sleep comfortably at night. We're disappointed that the property, managed by Fraser, hasn't taken adequate measures to prevent guests from smoking in rooms, especially considering the centralized air-conditioning system. Our expectations weren't met, and we hope the management will address this issue to improve the experience for future guests.

Booked this as it’s an international chain. Expected good service but was utterly disappointed.

Poor staff training. Staff don’t seem to know their work well. We are a family of 4 adults and yet they “upgraded” us to a room that can only accommodate 3 adults! Their 3 BR unit for 4 persons was available but they refused to let us stay in that room and wanted us to pay extra in spite of their mistake.

Great location and really cost effective. Staff is friendly and it has a well equipped gym.

All the facilities seem outdated. The whole apartment is dark and the sockets are not located in the right spots

Staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast area is big with a good view of the city. Breakfast has a lot of Chinese dishes and only few Western dishes but still both are delicious. Coffee is amazing good. There is a mall next to the property with two steak houses and a couple Chinese restaurants. You have a lot of local restaurants and eateries in the local mall next to Line 6 subway station. There are two convenient stores near the property to get drinks, snacks and daily necessities.

This property is away from subway. 15 mins walk from Line 1 and again 15 mins walk from Line 6. You need mobile map apps to show you direction to find the property location. If taking Line 6, you need to cross a busy road by underground walkway with stairs only. Therefore bring a suitcase is a little bit difficult to walk down and up staircases. There is escalator from Line 1 subway to street level to exit by Exit 5. Then to walk along a side street to reach the property. If you are a first time visitor by air or by high speed train, better to get to property by taxi or by limousine.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Other than that it’s perfect from location and easy mall access from the hotel lobby great staff very friendly and helpful. All what you need you can find it in the room from iron , hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more. Definitely it’s the place to stay at if you are visiting Changsha.

We were given a non-smoking floor, however I was still able to smell smoke in my room and I saw cigarettes by the elevator. What’s the point of a non-smoking floor if it’s not being enforced and people smoke anyways? I heard wind howls all night which is crazy to me because I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I’m able to hear wind blowing every 5 seconds. Booked for 4 nights but ended up checking out after one night and booked a different hotel. If you’re sensitive to noise and hates the smell of cigarettes like me, please think twice before booking.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast spread was good. There was a walk-in wardrobe which we were happy to have. There was a washing cum dryer machine in our apartment, thumbs up!!

Lighting a bit dim. Access to hotel lobby was challenging as many Didi drivers had challenges finding it.

We stayed in total 5 days at this apartment (room3317 and 3904) and really like it. It is spacious, clean, fully equip with all the necessary amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful to helping to resolve issues. We had many on line purchase sent to the apartment while we are travelling in other county and they help to receive the purchase. Keep it up the good services.

The reception staff continuously hung up on me as I had trouble finding the hotel. I was stuck outside the mall calling them for over 2 hours in the cold. I also had to ask them more than 10 times (not exaggerating) for the address for the Uber to pick me up. I missed and was charged for 2 Ubers as the address was incorrect. Terrible customer service. The same receptionist sat in the gym and watched me working out the whole time, was weird.

Spacious room with a kitchen and dining area. Free use of washing machine and dryer on 5th floor. Delicious breakfast buffet with city skyline view on 43rd floor. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us advice on attractions and transport around Changsha. Highly recommended!

This being my first time in China, this hotel and stay was absolutely incredible top to bottom. Nice clean facility and rooms, convenient shopping stores around, easily accessible for ridesharing and walking distances and plenty of accommodations for guests. Room service was always so courteous and provided nice clean rooms and sheets and towels from returning from the day. Nothjng but good things to say and would absolutely stay again asap!

Das Modena Hotel liegt zentral, aber nicht in der Nähe der interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten Changshas, zu denen man teilweise sehr weite U-Bahn- oder Taxi-Fahrten unternehmen muss. Das Hotel ist nach der Ankunft zunächst etwas schwierig zu finden, weil es entweder aus dem Untergeschoss oder dem 5. Stock eines angrenzenden Einkaufszentrums betreten werden kann. Das Hotel ist nicht das neueste und relativ wenig Charme, die Zimmer sind recht geräumig und sauber, das gilt auch für das Bad. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück wird im obersten Stock angeboten und bietet einen großartigen Blick über die Stadt, ist aber überwiegend chinesisch und bietet wenig westliches Essen. Der Pool war eine große Enttäuschung, weil er zwar groß ist, allerdings dient er als Schwimmschule für auswärtige Gäste, insbesondere Kinder und bietet sich für die Hotelgäste nur außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Schwimmschule zur Nutzung an.

We booked one bedroom which is very spacious and have laundry machine in the room.

It was smoking room. I think thy should have non smoking room. When we booked this room no mention about preferences. Make sure with hotel in advance. And laundry machine was located in the shower room which was awkward.
