Reviewed Aug 17, 2026My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and basketball court, which operate until nighttime! If you drive an EV, it's also very convenient as there is a fast-charging station only 50m away at the BMW showroom.
However, my parking lot is on Level 5 and the ramps/turns to each level are quite narrow, so you need good driving skills. The building has around 40 floors with only 4 lifts, meaning they get quite crowded and take a while to arrive (luckily we were on Level 10 so we could get out easily). Also, finding food nearby isn't very convenient.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The service from the customer service and housekeeping teams was acceptable.
I had an appalling experience with this host. When I reported issues with the property—which clearly stemmed from a lack of proper cleaning and inspection prior to my arrival—the host was argumentative and blamed me for not reporting it sooner, despite my busy business schedule. The host’s communication style was hostile and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns, I was rudely told to check out and get a refund if I wasn't happy, rather than having the issues resolved. It was an incredibly stressful experience to deal with such behavior while on a work trip. I highly recommend avoiding direct communication with this host. Fortunately, the platform's support staff was helpful and handled the situation much better than the host.

Just great if owner can provide more facilities in the kitchen. More cups and pots. And the waiting time for the lift is too long. But overall our experience at the apartment was good.
