Staff were very polite and helpful. Choice of food for breakfast was excellent. Entertainment in bar was good and the bar staff were good fun. Very good value for money hotel.

Rooms a little dated but clean. The coffee from the machine at breakfast wasn't hot, minor criticism.

Very nice hotel with a very good breakfast and a very friendly staff. Great value for money. The hotel is situated a little bit away from the busy city center but a Grab brings you there for less than 100 Baht. Very conveniently located next to the airport. This was my third stay at the President and I will definitely stay there again if I will be in Udon again.

The staff helped me to book another room

Clearly was advertised your kid stays for free. Upon arrival there was no bed. Asking the staff they told me an extra bed is 500 Baht. This all against information provided here during booking. Also the room was so small another bed could not fit. I decided to move to a junior suite so the bed could fit. Instead the 900 baht I now had to pay 1600 baht. Later I found out this expensive room does not have a balcony at all. Very disappointing. I not return again.

Das ist ein schönes hotel

Secluded away from the busy city and closer to the airport with clean and comfortable room. The food was excellent at breakfast and the dinner with live music. Will come back here definitely.

Etwas abgelegen, aber das weis man vorher, deshalb kein Problem.

La propreté au premier abord l'hotel fait propre, mais en ce rend compte qu'il n'est pas assez entretenu. Beaucoup de presence d'insecte dans les couloirs et les chambre (notament punaise de lit dans une chambre ) presence de moisicissure et de rouille ds les toilettes douche. Le petit dej est bon sans revolutionner

Just everything. The food in the restaurant was excellent, lovely bar with live music. Good size rooms with balcony for smoking , coulld'nt fault the whole experience for £20 including buffet breakfast!

Super flexible accommodation. Booked quite last minute but still managed to get a good room. The hotel even accommodated late arrival with their 24 hours staff at the counter.

La verdad el hotel está muy bien es muy cómodo, el personal es súper amable , el manager del hotel es muy cordial hasta me ayudo con la maleta a subirla , la piscina está muy bien 👍 las habitaciones cómodas siempre me hospedó en este hotel en udon thani creo que es como la 4 vez el desayuno está muy bien 👍

Bueno la verdad es que no hay elevador a las habitaciones aunque el hotel sólo tiene creo 3 pisos , pero por lo menos te ayudan a subir el equipaje

Hôtel très pratique proche de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite à disposition. Chambre confortable et propre. Pas d'ascenseur, mais le personnel est présent pour aider avec les bagages. L'orchestre au restaurant était excellent et a vraiment ajouté une super ambiance au séjour. Merci ! Gros plus : il y a une piscine, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eut le temps d'en profiter.

The room is big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The small refrigerator in the room came in handy for us. I didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool, but that is a nice feature for a hot day. There is a free shuttle service to Udon Thani airport, a nice feature to have. There is a wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast.

The location, breakfast, and amenities were all great. Overall, the room was comfortable and the swimming pool, while needing a little maintenance, was nice and well-kept.

For a family of three, we were suggested a room with two twin beds. When we checked in, we weren't offered any option for a third bed to be added to the room. It was a pretty tight fit for us on only two twin beds.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great location as well.

Mosquitoes were constantly getting in somehow so we had to deal with them but it was a minor issue over all.

1, location, ok if you are flying from udon Thani Airport, but not if you are staying in udon Thani for a couple of days. 2, the shower area had black mold on the tiles, and needs updating but toilet area very good. 3, the pool area, some tables and chairs did not have any shade, a couple of parasols would have been nice. 4, Breakfast lacked basic western food, but the freshly cooked omelette was lovely

It’s “in the middle of nowhere”. That is not a problem for me I just use my Grab app and book a moto taxi.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were good. The swimming pool is a big plus! You'll need a car, but the road is smooth to Central, although it make take some time to reach the northern part of the city.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Udon, seit Jahren. In der letzten Zeit saniert, tolle Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet, nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber alles leicht erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze, wirklich top.
