Very good location near souk elhad and not far from agadir beach. Calm streets and neighbours. The stay was perfect for me and my family.

Calme, confort et tranquillité très appréciables. J'ai eu mes meilleures nuits de sommeil lors de mon séjour dans cet appartement. Tout est à proximité et l'appartement est bien équipé. Très bon accueil de l'hôte, qui aide si besoin et qui est très discret. Je compte bien y revenir dès que j'en aurais l'occasion.

Rustige locatie in nette woonbuurt, op loopafstand van souk, en restaurants . Het appartement is ruim en goedkoop. Parkeren voor de deur.

Er is geen tuin, balkon of terras, in tegenstelling tot wat er beloofd is. Onhygiënische dekens op de bedden, slechte matras . Douche is echt een afknapper; oud en weinig water. De omschrijving klopt niet. Het is geen riad. Alle extra faciliteiten zijn er niet, buiten het appartement. Het is een simpele bovenwoning met een keuken, ruime woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers, thats all.

La localisation: on est un peu à l'écart des zones trop touristiques, sans être trop loin en même temps. De toute façon, les taxis nous y déposent très vite, et le plus grand souk d'agadir est à littéralement 5 minutes à pieds. Tout est mis à disposition (papier toilette, essuie tout, gel douche, shampoing etc...) L'hôte est également d'une grande gentillesse, et arrangeant, il m'a déposé en ville à ma sortie. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et y reviendrai avec plaisir

Un bel appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme et propre, à proximité du marché du dimanche et de tous les commerces. L'hôte est sympathique et aimable. Je le recommande.

Apartment lies next to Souq al Had market area, the larger area is run down and dirty, not the greatest walk home, if you're on foot, the immediate neighbourhood to the apart however is clean and quiet. The furnishings are rather worn out and especially when it comes to cutlery, towels and bed sheets you would expect something else. The bathroom is rather smelly and I stumbled over cockroach in the bedroom while trying to connect lamp. Fortunately she was single! Also there was sand on the bedsheet (from the previous guests?). Overall condition, while not a catastrophe, certainly does not correspond to price. Definitely overpriced! To be fair, the host is friendly and welcoming, he waited for us until late to hand over key and communication was easy.

The property was very nice and the location was practical having in mind the great souk. A supermarket was also in walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet.

The address is not registret as a hotel/apartment in booking. So I had an issue when I booked a camel trip and wanted to be picked up from the appartment. I could not select it as an opportunity. I had to go to the nearest hotel(hotel Riad Salam) to be picked up instead.

It’s my second time here, the host is extremely helpful, the location is good and quiet, I will definitely come back again.

The host Khaled was really nice and welcoming, He was waiting for me in the location the moment I arrived, he showed me everything I need to know. The apartment was really clean and spacious, well equipped, very good location, hanout, souk lhad and everything you need are nearby. Staff was very welcoming, property was better than expected. Short walk to the Souk. I would definitely go back. Great local restaurant in walking distance where you could buy chicken and meat of your choice and get it barbecued or cooked in traditional ways on affordable price. Host was great . Thank you

I had all the space ,with all amenities included, shampoo and shower gel as well, all utilities in kitchen - cups , plates, kettle, everything. I could see that they prepared for me.

The apartment is very nice, fully equipped, clean and close to Souk El Had and other attractions. 100% recommend

The apartment was just perfect. It's on a great location, not far from the shops. The apartment is spacious, clean, and if you open the window in the living room and in the kitchen it has a nice breeze throughout the house, so it stays cool even during the really hot summer days. The bathroom is spotless as well. The hosts were so nice, explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The house was well equipped with towels, bin bags, toiletries, everything. We couldn't ask for a better stay, I can't express enough how wonderful our hosts were. Thank you! :)

Great Riad in Agadir. Owner very responsible and available, even with our non very defined plan. The house ammenities are great and the bed very confortable.

The house is definitely a bit further from the beach than 8 minutes
