Muy buena la atención, la sra. Blanca y Pamela unas excelentes anfitrionas, en todo momento preocupadas de todos los detalles, en especial Pamela para coordinar mi viaje a Porvenir, son un siete 💯✖️💯 recomendable., gracias por todo.

Sólo que una sola noche se desconfiguro la calefacción, pero Pamela lo soluciono muy rápido.

Ein Stück Kuchen beim Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach leider angeschimmelt.

Petite pension familiale très sympa et excellent accueil par Pamela. Petit déjeuner copieux. Bien placé par rapport au centre-ville et au terminal de bus.

Spotlessly clean, good breakfast provided, and the owner is accommodating to people checking in late and needing breakfast early. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

Not the most central, but the city centre is easily reached on foot.

Safe, clean and very supporting and friendly owner and staff. Wonderful little restaurant nearby: The El Alambrado. Also bakery and convenience stores close.

Old facilities, there's a strong smell all over the place. Breakfast could improve a lot... Also beds are not really comfortable

The landlady was so very kind and helpful to me. The hotel is very clean and pleasant to be in. They made me breakfast and called me a taxi to the airport and made sure I paid the correct price for it.

Nice small guesthouse owned by a friendly lady. It’s cozy, good shower, clean, good location, breakfast included. All you need to have it as a base to discover Punta Arenas. Recommended.

Very cosy room in a traditional chilean house, very comfortable beds, a super local atmosphere, nice breakfast, very nice owners. The possibility to use the kitchen a bit to heat up water for my thermos, and using a microwave for some empanadas. very simple but perfect. Easy walking distance along peaceful streets to the town center. We will come back!

Conveniently located to Straight of Magellan. Easy access downtown with Uber. Host was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Pamela and her mom are very sweet people! That's the only thing which changed the bad first impression I had on entering the room. Be prepared to use this place ONLY to sleep and store luggage, and explore city for majority of your time

Very noise place! People keep slamming doors or talking loudly in the common area. Showers are restricted for 10mins from 6am to 11pm. No laundry facilities. Breakfast usually only had jam+croissant, coffee, ham cheese bread- More options would be better. They only accept cash.

Be aware that you would be charged tax even you were tourist and had shown your passport

unfortunately it was very very cold in the room, because the host turns off the heating most of the time; the first time just during the night but then during the day as well and because of that it was very uncomfortable in the room and when you came out of the shower breakfast in general was okay, but one day we were the last who had breakfast and there was no cheese and butter left. I recommend having breakfast early. you have to share the kitchen with the host family and most of the time the kitchen was occupied

Super friendly host and accommodating. Good wifi. Room was very clean and the facilities all were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Residencial Tres Hermanos was clean, affordable and comfortable. The family who runs it was nice and welcoming. After staying in larger, impersonal hotels on my trip, I felt like I was in a home. The wifi worked well.

My only complaint is they provided no hand towels for drying your hands in the bathroom.

Very helpful hosts. 10 minutes from the strait. 15 minutes from downtown.

Good location. Safe area and easy walking to waterfront and downtown. Super sweet lady who runs/owns hostel. Gave us a great recommendation nearby for dinner. Son provided a car shuttle to airport which was convenient (not free).

Breakfast was average, nothing special though we didn't walk away hungry. A bit disappointed based on reviews I had read and owner appeared to be a good cook. No hand soap or towel in bathroom. Given basic hygiene and Covid, soap is a basic essential.

Friendly host and easy check in. Cozy and clean room. Good location. Had a great stay!
