Reviewed May 24, 2026Good place to stay for a short visit to Marrakech The apartment is well equipped, reasonably comfortable. The location is good - in modern Gueliz district, still within the walking distance to the city centre, with small shops and restaurants nearby. We visited during Ramadhan, and some of them ŵere closed during the day. The value for money is acceptable, perhaps even good for Marrakech standards.
The communication with the host could have been better. The exact address (i.e. street number) was not provided in advance, I had to exchange several WhatsApp/Booking.com messages. But it was necessary, as this is not a hotel, but rented flat. For communication, French is much better than English fortunately, my family members do speak French. Also, I remember the bathroom was rather small.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Divisões com espaço, cozinha equipada e pronta a usar. Camas com colchão confortável. Sofá amplo (dá para 4 pessoas ou mais). Varanda a partir do quarto, muito agradável. Casa de banho com duche de boa qualidade, aquecimento de água por caldeira. Vários cafés e restaurantes na imediações, fácil aquisição e ida a restaurantes para comer, tudo indo a pé a partir de casa, com segurança.
Sofá muito rígido. Casa de banho: apesar de terem deixado papel higiénico, o número de rolos foi claramente insuficiente para o número de pessoas nos dias alugados. Havia sabonete para mãos, mas não gel de banho (produtos para cabelo já contávamos que não houvesse). Faltou rolo de papel de cozinha na cozinha. Se forem 4 pessoas a tomar banho, recomendo dividirem-se porque se tomarem de seguida a 4.ª pessoa já não terá água quente.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Kedves vendéglátó. Kulcsokat ő adta át. A lakás tényleg olyan mint a képeken. 4 főnek kénylemes. Nagy nappali, mosógép, konyha. Elhelyezkedés 20 perc a főtértől.
Nappaliban nem ment a fűtés ezért ott egy kicsit hideg volt, de a szobákban tudtunk fűteni.

Madame Hassnae nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous a tout montré – y compris les possibilités de stationnement – et était toujours joignable via WhatsApp, ce dont nous la remercions sincèrement. L’appartement était impeccable et très propre, nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéal, l’immeuble est sûr et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Nous le considérerons certainement pour notre prochain séjour.

الشقة كانت غير مريحه والتعليقات الإيجابية كانت غير صحيحة بناء على ما رئيناه.. لا توجد تدفئة الغرف كانت مثل قطعة ثلج ولاتوجد بطانيات في السرير لم نستطع النوم براحه و لايوجد حتى علبة ماء ضيافة بعد وصولنا من سفر متعب ووقت متأخر والمواقف كانت قليلة والمضيفة كانت غير متعاونة.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025The friendliness and hospitality of Hasna. She recommended several restaurants to us and gave us tips on how to take mini taxis from the accommodation to the souk. We enjoyed having breakfast at Drink & Look restaurant located just below the residence. The property is 6m from the Jemaa El Fna place. Gueliz has nice restaurants such as L'Escapade, Beldi Fusion Kitchen and is close to the airport. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. It is modern and has washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. There is a terrace and a lift. I will definitely book again.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Lage mit den Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 30 Minuten zu Fuss zur Medina sind ideal. Die Grösse der Wohnung reicht für 2-3 Personen bestens.
Zur Zeit ist eine Grossbaustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Baustellenarbeit heisst am Morgen um 5h Betonieren und dann bis 21 -22h arbeiten... Wir hätten es sehr faire gefunden wenn wir vorgängig informiert worden wären. In der Küche ist der Griff der einen Schranktüre nicht befestigt. Denn hält man dann in der Hand. Alle Dichtungsfugen ob Küche oder Badezimmer müssten erneuert werden. Dass führt dazu wenn man duscht läuft das Duschwasser hinter dem Glas wieder nach vorne auf den Boden ausserhalb der Dusche. Einzelne Steckdosen sind lose und kommen aus der Wand wenn man was einsteckt. Wenn man kochen will muss die Bratpfanne dringend ersetzt werden. Wir hatten die Wohnung für 14 Tage gemietet leider kann man seine Kleider nicht unterbringen da die Kästen zum Teil für den eigenen Zweck verschlossen sind und dann auch noch dort mit Bettwäsche und Kissen belegt sind wo der Gast seine Kleider unterbringen sollte. Im kleinerem Zimmer stehen die Betten so, dass die Fenster gar nicht geöffnet werden können. Schieben geht nicht, dann können sie die Kastentür nicht öffnen. Nach eine Woche sind wir ausgezogen. Auch da hätten wir uns gefreut wenn die Vermieterin uns entgegen gekommen wäre. Leider hat sie gemeint, da könne sie nicht dafür und in ganz Marrakech werde gebaut...

La amabilidad de Hasna, la propietaria, preocupándose siempre de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto y que no nos faltase de nada. Incluso invitándonos una noche a cenar en el restaurante de debajo de casa. Ha sido un verdadero placer.
Por decir algo, a 20 minutos de la medina caminando. Lo cual nosotros agradecimos porque se descansa perfectamente sin el bullicio que allí hay.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Todo fue muy bien desde el primer momento, Hasna, la mujer que gestiona todo, es muy atenta desde el primer momento y está a tu disposición muy rápido. El alojamiento era precioso y muy amplio, estaba muy bien equipado. Además estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es muy céntrica, estábamos muy cerquita de todo, y si quieres alejarte un poco, los taxis allí son de fácil acceso así que no hemos tenido problema ninguno.
No hay nada que me desagradara, pero como sugerencia igual añadiría una fregona y escoba al apartamento por si estáis varios días, poder mantener un poquito el orden. Por todo lo demás, es que está todo genial.

The host, Ms. Hasna, was truly exceptional—she was already at the property before I arrived and was incredibly helpful from the moment I booked until I left. She provided great guidance about the area, taxis, and food options throughout my stay. My flight was delayed, and she even allowed me to stay beyond the checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. The property itself is fantastic—a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large sitting room. Each room, including the living area, has its own air conditioning and TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. The big balcony was a great plus, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. Many attractions are within walking distance, and the building has a lift for convenience. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of my best stays. I highly recommend this property and specially the amazing host Hasna—definitely a 10/10! Will stay here again for sure!

We were not given the exact address after payment was made, and it was a non refundable booking. A day before we arrived. I had to email them to ask for the address. The address given was the Danish Consulate. We waited 20 minutes in the heat for the host to give us the keys. The apartment is actually across the street. Don't understand the secrecy. Is it because they received bad reviews elsewhere, and are hiding the address? There was no dryer as advertised, which was the reason why we chose the unit. Host insisted the 600rpm spin is a drying function. This is false advertising. Unit was dirty (see pics attached) 1. Dirty and wet "tea towels" left in the washer 2. Filthy kitchen and drawers 3. Pots and pan are all scratched up, 4. Kettle turns on but does not boil 5. Hairdryer has a USA power plug. No adapter, can't be used. 6. No toiletries in the bathroom as advertised except handsoap 7. Toilet seat cover does not fit toilet bowl, and left a gaping hole 8. Lights are not working in one bedroom 9. No bedsheets and pillowcases in another bedroom 10. WiFi did not work on 3rd morning of our stay. Host did not pay bill , only paid after we informed it was not working Aside from the WiFi incident, the host has been unresponsive to every other issue raised. Unit is not fit for rental. Please do not stay in this apartment!
