I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the refusal of my room booking. It appears that this decision was made solely based on the honest feedback I provided during my previous stay. Reviews are meant to help businesses improve, not to penalize customers for sharing their experiences. Refusing service because of a non-positive review is highly unprofessional. Could you please clarify if this is the official policy of your hotel?" To : Dear Manager, I was surprised to find that my booking was rejected following my previous review. As a customer, I have the right to provide feedback based on the service I received. A professional establishment should use constructive criticism to enhance its service quality rather than turning away guests who highlight issues. This approach reflects poorly on the hotel's management and hospitality standards. Thanks for the hospitalty.

When a service provider reacts to criticism by blocking the customer instead of fixing the issue, it shows a lack of professional maturity. In the hospitality industry, feedback is a tool for growth, not a reason for retaliation.

Quest Colombo Residencies was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet.

Host and the staff are very attenuative and Studio was very big and very clean. Big Balcony Very calm and comfortable for long stay . feeling like at home

The lift being broken but understandable due to the rain and other issues which were ongoing. Also would've liked if the gym was in-house.

No TV in the living room. A few more kitchen ustensils would have been nice.

The property was presented in a clean manner and is in an attractive location with shops close by. The manager was friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure everything was okay. The place is quiet and a good spot for a comfortable night’s sleep.

They provide all the necessities for stay. Cooking facilities also there

I had a wonderful stay at Quest Colombo Residencies in Thalawatugoda. My 4th-floor apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything I could possibly need. The living space was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen came with all the essentials, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. What really stood out was the service. Mr. Ranga, the manager, was outstanding—always approachable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. His support and hospitality made a big difference. If you’re looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Colombo, I would definitely recommend Quest Colombo Residencies.

Appartement très confortable, grand et spacieux. Possibilité de cuisiner. Quartier calme agréable, toutes les boutiques pour acheter à manger sont juste en bas.

La machine à laver annoncée n'était plus là. La piscine n'est pas dans l'immeuble mais à quelques pâtés de maisons

Convenient location with all facilities nearby. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

Car park access is a bit challenging, and safety is the concern especially with the ramp, and holding the button down for an extended time is inconvenient. It would be great to have a hair dryer in the bathroom and some basic spices in the kitchen to make the stay even more comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the property’s peaceful ambiance, well-maintained amenities, and convenient location. It felt both welcoming and comfortable. The manager, Ranga, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making the experience truly memorable. His warm hospitality was remarkable, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to him. The security staff was vigilant and professional, creating a safe environment, and the other staff was courteous, helpful, and efficient in his duties. Clean, tidy and worth the money

It's safe and despite being located in a crowded city limits, it was quiet. Host and help is excellent, super clean, great amenities. Would love to be back.

The staff were so helpful and Ranga was meticulous about ensuring that we were comfortable and taken care of. If we needed anything at all, he was able to provide it.

The TV was an outdated older TV with cable and the internet was quite slow.

The rooms were not only nice but clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the living area provided a cozy space to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Really worth the money.

lovely apartment, well located in Colombo . Host was very accomodating and made sure we were happy. Apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. All fixtures and appliances were as new.

Thank you so much for a wonderful excellent room was given.it was so comfortable on our stay. but due to sudden reason we have to leave the apartment and couldn't stay the night. but the fact is its value for money and it was comfortable like our own home. special thanks to Mr Ranga who did an excellent job taking care of all our needs. He was really helpful and kind to us and went all his way to see that we had a wonderful stay in.... since i am working for a travel company in case anyone who requires anything i will indeed recommend your apartment. and you. sorry to bring this matter up it as a sudden call that i got and had to check out without staying the night. but i was advice by Mr Ranga since he was not available at that time to hand over the key to the housekeeper. with several calls given to him and in the meantime i had booked a cab to go home. I had few miscalls from the cab driver too. but with serval calls given to this guy who is the housekeeper he gives me a call stating ''who are u and why did u call me ....... i explained him the details .... but then it was so rude for him to ask me ..''from where am i with whom did i come and was going on and on.......trying to explain my situation to him he then jokes wz some other guys in a funny way. sorry i didn't like this at all. I wanted to tell him off but i was stop to do it. this is not the service that should be given. When you give a cake with full of cream on it and all kinds of fruits on it. when you try to eat it wz lots of happiness someone comes ruin the entire cake how do you feel.... are u happy or are u upset about it........ our Srilankans are famous to find about others. ether they are happy or they cannot to see others happy. why do i have to explain him. by this my entire stay in was just a running water... please try to see regarding this, because people like this will destroy the entire reputation of this apartments. where its so nice comfortable to everyone.
