They said they never saw our booking that was made in July for September and we were stuck outside for 3 hours with no one to take us in because they say they were overbooked and we had to book else were imagine we are from KZN and booked special in Cape Town

Reviewed May 5, 2025The location was awesome. Cross the street and you are on the beach. Good size apartment and comfortable.
The tumble dryer did not work, the electrical meter run out of units and we were without electricity for a while. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped.

No TV options... There was a "Mi Stick" where I could enter my own details to watch NetFlix. Luckily I do subscribe to Netflix, else I would have been buggered. Had to miss the Springbok Rugby game, as there was no DSTV, and eventhough there s a sports bar nearby, This place was packed, plus, did not want to go there with my kids...

Reviewed Mar 27, 2024The location is excellent - you walk out the door, cross the street and you're on the beach. Plenty restaurants close by. Very spacious accommodation. Could easily accommodate a family of 4. I'll definitely be staying here again.
I would have preferred it if there was an air-conditioner, however the weather was warm but not hot and the ceiling fan was sufficient. A pedestal fan (or similar) might be nice as well. These are however not deal breakers. I didn't see a heater, so it may come into play during colder winter months.

False advertising of aircon, I specifically picked accommodation with aircon, because of the heat wave. I contacted the owner to rectify het add which she has not done. No coffee or tea.

There was an issue with hot water but it was sorted out eventually thanks to the owner's brother and the caretaker of the place.
