Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Es wird auch schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Das Apartment ist sehr abgewohnt und lieblos ausgestattet. Es hing nasse Wäsche da und der Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt.

L'appartamento era al terzo piano di una palazzina in ottimo stato. Si trova in una zona vissuta con tanti negozi, la farmacia, bar e ristoranti, supermercato, cinema, vicino all'acquario e a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro, bellissimo! All'interno vi era tutto il necessario, phon, asciugamani, carta igienica e scottex, sacchetti per i rifiuti, pastiglie della lavastoviglie, ventilatore per il caldo, detersivo per la lavatrice, insomma ben rifornito anche se si alloggia per pochi giorni.

Questo appartamento merita cuscini nuovi, quelli attuali sono praticamente inesistenti, il materasso non è comodo ma i cuscini sono peggio. I pavimenti scricchiolano ad ogni singolo passo, quindi alzarsi la notte e non svegliare gli altri diventa difficile.

Але варто враховувати декілька нюансів: 1) шумно, бо поруч ресторани 2) ліжко скрипить від кожного руху, другий диван не зручний 3) в туалеті верхнє вікно не заклеєне, тому будівельники постійно зранку заглядали

La estancia en este apartamento de Viena presenta varios inconvenientes importantes: Puntualidad y gestión del check-in: A pesar de que la hora de entrada era a las 15:00 h y llegamos puntuales, el personal aún estaba limpiando el apartamento y tuvimos que esperar fuera a que terminasen. Al entrar, nos encontramos con el lavavajillas en funcionamiento y el tendedero en el recibidor con la ropa del alquiler anterior secándose. Equipamiento de cocina insuficiente: Faltan utensilios básicos como un colador y más cubiertos. La única sartén disponible es demasiado pequeña para preparar comidas para 4 personas y la campana extractora no tiene salida de humos al exterior, acumulando olores. Climatización y descanso: El alojamiento no dispone de aire acondicionado, lo que resulta sumamente incómodo en días calurosos. Además, refrescar el espacio abriendo las ventanas es complicado debido al alto nivel de ruido de la calle.

The property managers themselves were extremely disappointing. Building works were taking place during our stay, and when we arrived there were ladders filling the hallways. We had not been informed about the works beforehand, and the ladders reached high enough that it was possible to see directly into the bathroom, which understandably made my partner very uncomfortable. When we raised this with the property managers, we were initially told that they didn’t think the ladders would reach that high and that they weren’t aware there were no curtains in the apartment. Given that they manage the property, this was already concerning. We were told that the issue would be addressed. When we followed up, we were then told that they didn’t know building works were taking place, despite there being signs throughout the building, and that they were contacting the building management. When we approached them again, we were ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that we should simply hang a towel up for privacy. When we pointed out the contradictions in their previous explanations, our concerns were simply ignored. The apartment itself may have been fine, but the way this situation was handled by the property managers was extremely poor. We should have been informed about the building works before our arrival, and being told to hang a towel over the bathroom window as a solution to a privacy issue is not acceptable.

Posizione centrale con diversi ristoranti e supermercati, molto vicino al centro storico (comodo per visitare i musei), alla metropolitana e alla stazione delle bici.

Gute Lage Das Bad war sehr eng und es gab kein Fenster. Die Wände waren leider sehr hellhörig

daha konaklama alanına varmadan gelen e posta "bize ulaşmayın" der gibi. Binada asansör yok (benim hatam). Zamanından önce asla alınmazsınız diye yazdılar, zamanında gittik valizle 45 dk. kapıda temizliğin bitmesini bekledik ki bunu yapamayacağımızı, çocuk ve valiz olduğunu belirttik, kimsenin umrunda olmadı (saat öğleden sonra 3 giriş ve öğleden önce 10 çıkış, yani 5 saat zaman var bunun için). Yerler gıcırdıyor. Dışarıda gürültü az da olsa olabiliyor. Duş jeli vb gibi malzemeler yok, getirmelisiniz (bu nispeten kabul edilebilir). Su ısıtma sistemi termosifon, bir aileye ucu ucuna yetiyor.

Apartment itself was spacious and had stocked kitchen.

Was uninformed that the building was being renovated. Woke up early every morning of stay to banging and noise. Builders unaware we were staying and had taped up over our door making it impossible for us to leave and needing to be let out.

Квартира чиста, охайна, було все що потрібно, посуд, праска, гладильна дошка, рушники, серветки , миючі засоби. Наявність пральної машини це дуже зручно. Відмінне розташування, все поруч. Гарний інтернет.

Деякі предмети інтерʼєру можна оновити, через знос.

Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe der Mariahilfer Straße.

Das Apartment wirkte sehr abgewohnt, schmutzige Stellen an den Wänden neben und über dem Bett sowie auffallend großflächige Schlieren am Heizkörper, Schlieren an der Waschmaschine im Bad. Neben der Duschkabine stand der Wischmop und im Flur stand der Wäscheständer mit der gewaschenen Bettwäsche vom vorherigen Gast. Dementsprechend war die Luft feucht und drückend.

少し距離はあるが主な観光地、駅へのアクセスが良い。部屋も綺麗に改装し、主だった必需品は揃っている。

洗濯物のことは皆さんも述べられていますが、物干しラックが他になく洗濯しても干すところがありません。また床が改修されてなく、ひび割れが多く歩くと常に音がでます。全体的には部屋は広く、いいアパートですので、もう少し改善の余地があると思います。

Super ubytování, cestovali jsme se čtyřletou dcerou a byli jsme všichni moc spokojeni. Velký prostorný apartmán, kuchyňka (nevyužili jsme, tak nemohu hodnotit) velká koupelna (což je s dítětem důležité, např. jsme si dali do koupelny židli, aby malá dosáhla k umyvadlu), předsíň s věšáky a lavicí, skvělá lokalita - boční klidná ulička, ale zároveň hned o ulici naproti Haus des Meeres, centrum, pár kroků od stanice metra a hlavní třídy plné restaurací, obchodů, drogerie. Vzhledem k večernímu příjezdu a zhoršení počasí a dešti, jsme ocenili regulovatelné radiátory (asi 4 v bytě a 1 v koupelně), které pokoj velmi rychle vyhřály. Kdybychom se do Vídně chystali znovu, určitě se rádi ubytujeme opět na tomto místě.

Bývali bychom ocenili alespoň pár sáčků čaje - varná konvice byla k dispozici, ale nic, co bychom si mohli uvařit :-D nicméně drogerie je vzdálená doslova pár kroků a lze si tedy cokoli koupit.

Great to have a washing machine. Apartment was great for two people.

The shower would be difficult for people with mobility issues. It is a large step up and nothing to hold onto.

Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem sehr guten Bäcker. Mit der U-Bahn werden sehr schnell alle Richtungen erreicht. Das Haus ist schön, die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

El departamento muy cómodo y completo.

Nos dejaron un tender grande con tohallas y ropa de cama en el pasillo que va del baño a la habitacióncon.

De locatie is perfect gelegen in de buurt van een winkelstraat. Het apartement is ruim en toen er problemen waren met de riolering was er direct gereageerd.

De vloer kraakt enorm, waardoor je iedereen wakker maakt in de nacht als je even naar het toilet moet.

Nice neighborhood. 5' on foot away from museums quartier (center).

die Lage war für uns perfekt, weil sie in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes ist. Unsere Räder konnten wir gut im gesicherten Hof abstellen. Dafür, dass die Wohnung mitten im belebten Viertel liegt ,war sie bemerkenswert ruhig. Das kann sich eventuell in den Sommermonaten ändern. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal.

Die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders hochwertig, einige Möbelstücke wackeln bedenklich. Leselampen am Bett hätten uns gefreut, das Besteck ist sehr minimiert-für 2 Personen hat es gereicht, für eine erlaubte 4erBesetzung sind zb nicht genügend kleine Löffel oder Weingläser da.

The position is fantastic. Kitchen and appliances are very good.

There were wet hanging sheaths at the entrance with a strong damp smell. There was no option to leave the luggage for a few hours before the next check in. The TV is connected to a radiator socket which does not work unless you turn the heating on, or move the TV altogether.

Appartamento veramente carino, posizione perfetta in un quartiere bellissimo e tranquillo. Fornito di tutte le comodità. Consiglio assolutamente! Grazie mille!

Il materasso del letto matrimoniale cigolava tantissimo ed era scomodo, ma quello del divano letto era perfetto.

La ubicación. Está relativamente cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad

Departamento ubicado en tercer piso SIN ASCENSOR y eso no está advertido en la publicación. El piso del departamento CRUJE al caminar. Es muy molesto en especial a la noche cuando la gente duerme. Las almohadas son horrendas. Parecen viejas y sin relleno No había elementos básicos de aseo Llegamos y había ropa húmeda secándose y al cabo de un día olía mal. El departamento NO tiene aire acondicionado. Ténganlo en cuenta si vienen en verano.

I like the space. It was big and more than enough for our group of 3 people. I like the kitchen and freezer. Beds were comfy enough. Heater worked perfectly.

Pillows.. they were like half pillows for each person. Also there were a cloth dryer when we entered, it made the house a bit humid. I don’t think it is clean and health when you leave them like that for the new people.. also drawers were full and wardrobe was tiny for 3 people.

Tolle Lage & unkomplizierter Aufenthalt Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt – ich bereise diese Gegend seit über 20 Jahren und kann sagen, dass sie kaum besser sein könnte. Zudem war es angenehm ruhig, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Der Check-in und Check-out waren dank Schlüsselbox und Zugangscode am Eingangstor absolut unkompliziert und flexibel – das hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Das Apartment selbst ist funktional ausgestattet. Man merkt jedoch, dass es bereits gut genutzt wurde und an einigen Stellen eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen könnte. Das Bett war sehr bewegungsfreudig 😉 und hat sich bei jeder Drehung akustisch bemerkbar gemacht. Auch der Wohnzimmertisch zeigte viel Charakter und hätte etwas Stabilität gut gebrauchen können. Während unseres Aufenthalts stand ein Wäscheständer mit frisch gewaschener Wäsche im Apartment, der trotz Nachfrage dort verblieb. Ebenso wäre ein Nachfüllen von Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle während der fünf Übernachtungen wünschenswert gewesen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage und der angenehmen Ruhe wohlgefühlt.

Apartamento amplo, quente e com boa localização

Com pouco investimento o apartamento poderia ser excelente. A cortina do wc é transparente, nao há cafeteira, as camas poderiam ser mais confortaveis.

A localização mesmo no centro da cidade que permite chegar a qualquer lado rapidamente! O aquecimento que deu muito jeito nesta época fria! A cozinha/sala/quarto amplos! A máquina de lavar roupa foi um óptimo extra pois permitiu lavar roupa e que a mesma secasse antes de rumarmos ao próximo destino! Tem tudo para cozinhar no entanto se fossemos 4 pessoas já ficava um pouco mais complicado por ter só uma panela grande! A casa realmente é óptima mas precisa ser melhor estimada tanto por hóspedes como proprietários/empregadas de limpeza!

A cama definitivamente tem de ser trocada, além de desconfortável range a cada movimento! As cortinas precisam de ser reforçadas pois a claridade dentro do apartamento é constante, pois mesmo a noite há um candeeiro na rua que ilumina excessivamente! Para quem está habituado ao escuro total é um verdadeiro pesadelo e umas noites mal dormidas! A wc precisa de uma renovação urgente! Notasse uma falta de estima no apartamento com paredes riscadas e sujas que com uma boa limpeza de pano se resolveria! A limpeza podia ser melhorada pois encontrei panos lavados cheios de cabelos! Falta um microondas também!

L'appartamento è vicino alla metro e ad una via di negozi e supermercati aperti dal lunedì al sabato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Per chi ha tempo consiglio di visitare l'acquario che dista solo 50 mt.

넓이 대비 가격이 좋은 편. 가구는 새로 들여놓은 느낌으로 깨끗함. 버스정류장 가까움. 번화가가 엄청 가까운데 골목 살짝 안쪽이라서 주변은 조용함.

시설이 참 그냥저냥함...가격 생각하면 이정도가 맞긴 하다고 생각하긴 하는데, 예민하고 공간 분위기 중시하는 사람에게는 비추. 아무데서나 잘자는 무던한 사람에게만 추천. 걸어다닐 때마다 바닥이 겁~~~나 삐걱거림. 이정도로 삐걱거리면 닌자가 와도 암살을 못할 듯. 여행 중 이 숙소만 유일하게 침대 이용하고 허리 아팠음. 심지어 이불도 얇은 홑겹 이불만 줌. 베개도 쿠션 없음. 샴푸, 바디워시 없음.

apartment 11 as described. excellent location: very comfortable by metro, tram, restaurants, shopping. the presence of the drying rack with the linens of previous guests did not disturb us as well as the bathroom window that opens onto the landing.

The only downsides are the bed squeaking with every breath, the pillows being too soft, and the presence of too much dust.

L'emplacement est parfait. L'appartement est proche de tout, de la Mariahilferstrasse, du métro, du Museumsquartier et de l'aquarium. Appartement très calme, pour se reposer vraiment après les visites de la ville.

La literie: matelas très mou et coussin très fin, maux de dos et de nuque.

Que no hubiese microondas, la cama crujía, que no hubiese algo de aceite, sal o vinagre y que no hubiese papel higiénico suficiente para cuatro personas los días de estancia

Muito boa localização. Tem autocarro no fim da rua. O apartamento é espaçoso e o sofá e a cama são confortáveis. Tem aquecimento central (às vezes até demasiado quente). As indicações para chegar ao apartamento e recolher as chaves foram bastante úteis e práticas.

O chuveiro é um pouco perigoso, tem um degrau muito grande e as pessoas podem facilmente escorregar. Há um estendal na cozinha onde estão a secar os lençóis e toalhas dos hóspedes anteriores. É um pouco estranho. A cama não tem lençol de cima, apenas tem o lençol de baixo e edredons individuais, apesar da cama ser de casal.

-Asansörün olmaması: 3.kat 19 nolu dairede kaldık. Çocukla kaldığımız için bebek arabamız vardı ve haliyle birkaç kez market alışverişi yapmak durumundaydık. Elimizde torbalar ve bebek arabasıyla 3 kat çıkıp inmek zordu. -yatak konforsuzdu,yastıkları minder gibi süngerden bozma yastıklardı,yorgan/battaniyeleri tek kişilik ayrı ayrı yorgan/battaniyelerdi. -zemin akordeon gibi düz ve dengede değildi. Birçok noktada yükselen ve inilen döşemeleri vardı. -banyo duşa kabini çok dardı. Biraz ortalama bir insan zor girip çıkıp sığıyor. Asansörsüzlükten sonra en zorlandığımız konu duşa kabindi.

Το παράθυρο του μπάνιου άνοιγε στον κεντρικό διάδρομο και ήταν άβολο. Επίσης δεν έχει ασανσέρ και είναι στον 3ο. Το γράφω περισσότερο σαν ενημέρωση αυτό.

Great location, spacious apartment. Check-in and communication from the host could not be more convenient. Excellent value for money. If you read the description and the reviews before booking you will not have a problem (like no elevator and the drying rack with bedding - didn’t bother us at all because we knew it would be there).

We could not get TV to work but it wasn’t of much importance since we spent most time outside anyway.

Great location! It is inside the city but in quite area. The property is located a beautifully renovated house with modern style. The metro station was very close to the building.

I feel like it was overall more expensive than it should be compared to the value of the room and the facilities.

We were told two days before arrival that our apartment on the second floor was no longer available and would be relocated to an apartment on the third floor. For seniors this is very difficult. Then upon entering found all the previous tenants sheets towels etc washing drying on a rack in the entrance .This was never removed despite management saying it would be. The toilet seat was not secured properly and one of the shower doors was of its rails. There was a step up into the shower and the floor when wet was very slippery so beware. There were no instructions left for the washing machine or any other appliance including the heating.

Appartement très bien situé, très calme dans une rue peu passante, mais à proximité de tous commerces et beaucoup de shopping, mais principalement très proche du centre historique et de tous les moyens de transport en commun.

A pesar de que nos cambiaron de lugar, era muy espacioso y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía.

Quando cheguei havia um estendedor de roupa na entrada cheio de roupas, toalhas e lençóis bem na entrada que não sabia se estavam limpos ou não. E no banheiro havia um saco grande de lixo com coisas dentro que acredito que esqueceram de tirar o lixo. Então fiquei na dúvida se tinha sido limpo.

Location was good

An entire load of wet laundry was left drying on a rack in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. The washing machine was on leaving us to deal with a second load of wet laundry. Both loads appeared to be the bed sheets and other laundry from the previous stay that the cleaners had possibly forgotten about (hopefully they don’t do this everytime). The heaters were also left on so the apartment was a furnace when we arrived and it was very difficult to turn them off. Due to both these the apartment had a smell for the entire 4 days we stayed, even with windows continuously open. The kitchen was missing very basic necessities such as a chopping board, spoons, spatula etc. the bathroom sink was blocked and we were unable to use it at all, thankfully we could brush teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink. Very disappointing.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodos, sólo pudieron faltar algunos detalles de confort, cómo un par de tecitos, o sobrecitos de café y azúcar, tal vez una colcha más sobre la cama, pero estuvo todo muy bien

El apartamento es amplio, un buen sofá cama, con bastantes utensilios para la cocina, con calefacción en las habitaciones, el colchón era cómodo, está muy bien insonorizado ya que cuenta con doble ventana.

No había ascensor y subir cargada con maletas grandes, no mola, los cojines como almohada son muy finos.

Leider, ist das Apartment ziemlich abgewohnt. Schränke, Handtuchtrockner, Dusche ect. defekt, Türklinke mit Vorsicht zu genießen, die hat man sonst in der Hand. Sauber, kann man es nicht bezeichnen, schnell durch gewischt trifft es eher. Nasse Wäsche wird af Wäscheständer im Apartment getrocknet, da frage ich mich was das soll???? Auch nach Aufforderung diesen zu entfernen, keine Reaktion. Kommunikation bzw. Fragen scheinen unerwünscht. Antworten genervt und einsilbig! Auf den Kommentar der Baustelle, kommt sicher, hier kann mein keinen Einfluss nehmen. Sicher NICHT, der Nachbarflügel wird durch Sie saniert, dass kann man in der Anzeige schon hinterlegen. Wer das hier ließt, die Sanierung wird sicher noch länger dauern. Stand 09/2025 kein Putz, kein Boden, Stemmhammer 7:00 Uhr!

Apartament confortabil si ingrijit, cu amplasare foarte buna: aproape de Casa Marii (Haus des Meeres), de statia de metrou Neubaugasse si de Mariahilfe Strasse.

Ar fi grozav daca s-ar putea instala aparate de aer conditionat (in apartament sunt doar ventilatoare).

Bei der Ankunft stand noch ein Wäscheständer mit gewaschener Wäsche in dem 1 Raum Appartement. Wir hatten es zu viert für drei Nächte gemietet. In dieser Zeit wurde er nicht entfernt und die Wäsche nicht weggeräumt. Dieses beengte den Wohnraum sehr, auch da wir aus dem "Koffer" leben mussten, da es keine Möglichkeit gab die Kleider wegzuräumen bzw. aufzuhängen.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, unmittelbar neben dem Haus des Meeres gelegen wenige Gehminuten zur Mariahilfer Straße und anderen nahen Attraktionen. Preis- Leistung war absolut in Ordnung.

Der Zustand des Apartments war passabel. Einige Holzleisten am Boden waren locker, Griffe bei der Kommode fehlten und die spitzen Schrauben standen heraus, was eine Gefahrenquelle für die Kinder darstellte. Die ausziehbare Couch hat ihre besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich und auch die Waschmaschine als auch der Geschirrspüler waren bei unserem Check-in leider nicht ausgeräumt.

Bardzo dużo przestrzeni, dobrze wyposazony i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

The location was very good. The instructions on how to get in were clear.

The general cost/value ratio is way off. We booked for 3 people, yet only 1 bed was made, we had to do the other one ourselves. The linen provided were still hanged to air dry and they were not completely dry, so we used wet linen, ugh. There was no 3rd pillow, so we had to improvise with the sofa's cushions. The sockets around the tv did not work, so we moved the tv to another part of the room to turn it on. Then we discovered the batteries in the remote had died as well so we had to constantly swap batteries with the receiver's remote. There were wet rags in the washing mashine. Thankfully we were there for just 1 night. Also, i know there's no air conditioning listed, but it was hot like hell, not that this is the host's fault but it's worth mentioning. And finally - if you hate stairs, stay away, we climbed 4 *very high* stories.

Limpieza en general es para mejorar. La no presencia de items básicos a la hora de comer/cocinar como café, aceite, azúcar, sal. Ubicado en 3er piso por escalera es algo a tener en cuenta

L'appartamento era sporco, entrando abbiamo trovato uno stendino con panni stesi in cucina, non si sa di chi fossero, gli asciugamani macchiati, la stanza era molto calda soprattutto di notte perché trovandosi su una strada con presenza di locali e abbastanza centrale, non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte e l'unico ventilatore presente, era talmente sporco da renderne impossibile l'utilizzo se non dopo un'accurata pulizia e comunque risultava veramente troppo rumoroso, in aggiunta al letto che scricchiolava molto fastidiosamente rendendo le notti davvero poco riposanti. La finestra del bagno affacciava simpaticamente su un corridoio di passaggio degli altri ospiti. Peccato perché la struttura si trova davvero in un'ottima posizione centrale vicinissima alla metro e piena di negozi.

Clear check-in instructions sent several days before arrival. Excellent location! Large, spacious apartment. The apartment (number 17) was very quiet despite being close to the very city centre.

There were some significant shortcomings and issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating: - The toilet brush was in such a condition that it’s hard to even comment on it… - Clogged sink in the bathroom. - Completely worn-out shower seals (covered with dark residue), suitable only for replacement. - For four people, we had just one teaspoon. - As mentioned in many other reviews, a drying rack with freshly washed bed linen was left standing in the apartment – I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Overall, the situation with the apartment feels as if there is a lack of communication between the cleaning staff and the property management – there were no issues with cleanliness as such, but the condition of certain items (the mentioned toilet brush, shower seals, clogged sink, missing kitchen utensils) had a very negative impact on the comfort of our stay. All these issues could be resolved with very little effort and cost, yet this has not been done...

Solo se salva la ubicación que está cerca del centro. Cams incómodas y que hacían ruido. Baño, incómodo y sin un detalle, ventanales sin persianas ni cortinas opacas que dejaban entrar toda la luz y ruido de la calle y para colmo nos dejan un tendedero en la cocina con la colada húmeda de las sabanas y toallas de los huéspedes anteriores. No pudimos descansar correctamente.
