Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location, with a metro station and bus stops within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection.
The only negative experience was the check-in process. Almost a month before our arrival, I informed the hotel that we would be arriving early in the morning and asked whether early check-in might be possible. We arrived at around 10:00 a.m. after an overnight flight, but the front desk staff told us that our room was not ready. We left our luggage and returned about an hour later, as we were very tired after travelling overnight. We then had to wait in the lobby for almost five hours, although we repeatedly saw other guests arriving and being checked in immediately. I understand that the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. and that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but seeing other guests being accommodated while we were repeatedly told to wait gave us the impression of unequal treatment. Shortly before 3:00 p.m., after the shift changed, another front desk staff member, who was very polite and helpful, offered us another room with the same conditions, as our original room was still not ready. We accepted it. This was frustrating because the same solution could apparently have been offered much earlier. Hopefully, similar situations can be handled more flexibly in the future.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Mooi hotel, lijkt allemaal net opnieuw ingericht, lekkere bedden, mooi meubilair. Rustige straat, geen lawaai. Koffie en thee in de lobby gratis te pakken. En ook waterkoker op de kamer. 24 uurs receptie. Standplaats deelfietsen Wien Mobil Rad op 200 meter. Op de fiets in 10 minuten in Innenstadt, lopend half uur.

Las camas individuales son angostas. El baño tiene bañera, la cual es muy alta para entrar o salir , y, también, muy angosta, lo que la hace peligrosa para resbalarse.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been happy with my experience, but my first visit since the rebranding to Sheraton Hotel exceeded all my expectations! It is clear that the update has done the hotel wonders: the refreshed interior looks stylish and modern, and the level of service has reached an even higher standard. I was especially delighted to see that alongside all these positive changes, the hotel has kept what I loved most about it—its warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely attentive staff. The team provides flawless service, the rooms are spotless, and the new amenities add a lovely touch of extra comfort. I will definitely keep coming back again and again. A big thank you to the entire team for such fantastic work!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura, facilissima da raggiungere con il bus dall'aeroporto (Westbanhof) e vicinissima alla metro che porta direttamente in centro. Camere e resto della struttura pulite, camere molto silenziose (non sentivamo né vicini né le camere sopra), personale cortese e disponibile.
Moquette per terra nella stanza, ma che comunque era pulita. Doccia con ingresso piccolo.

Ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'hotel, inoltre, si trova nei pressi di una strada ricca di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Alla reception è disponibile una macchinetta per la consumazione gratuita di bevande calde come the, caffè e cioccolata. È presente un bollitore per il the anche in camera. Assolutamente consigliato.

La recepción del hotel fue buena, sin embargo, hubo algún problema de comunicación dado que los recepcionistas no parecían saber español, y el inglés fue algo complicado de entender. Sin embargo, es un problema sin importancia.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nahezu nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer zum Innenhof - absolute Ruhe. Komfort, Personal, Kommunikation, Sauberkeit. Passt! Ambiente gut. Tiefgarage gut (außer die Odyssee bei der Suche nach der Einfahrt!). Löslicher Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer. Kaffee in der Lobby für lau. Lage exzellent. "Billa" und "Spar" ziemlich nahe. Mariahilf ist ein schönes Viertel. Nette Pizzeria in der Nähe gefunden.
Wenn überhaupt etwas: Die Toilettenspülung war kappes! Der Aufzug ist klein und etwas alt. Aber - das war's schon. Sogar Preis/Leistung makellos!

I really liked the location because it was close to a metro station, making it easy to visit other parts of the city. There was also a street near the hotel full of restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good as well.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hôtel au calme et très bien situé pour visiter Vienne en transports en commun. La chambre de 3 est spacieuse et propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité avec des produits bio.
Il faudrait un tapis anti-dérapant dans la baignoire en plus de la poignée. Le bouton qui permet de passer en mode douche n'est pas très maniable.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The location was in the shopping district and close to the orange and green metro lines. There were cafes close by and many restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Free espresso machine on the breakfast area and free (warm) water in the lobby. Nice sized room.
Our room on the 3rd floor never seemed to get cool enough and despite the high 99 degree temperatures the only bedding was a heavy comforter. I had to get a sheet from housekeeping because the room was really hot. Also the shower stall was really small and a huge step up into it, which made it really dangerous.?

1. Після косметичного ремонту, пов'язаного з ребрендингом, з номерів зникли нормалні прикроватні тумби та зручний невеликий стіл. Замість цього з'явились потворні, нефункціональні, крихітні та незручні металеві тумби. 2. Замість двоспального ліжка 'king size", яке мало бути згідно з умовами бронювання, у номері було два здвинутих односпальних.

Presumably there is a service lift that could have been used to take our bags up to our room, or the hotel could have arranged for someone to be available that day to assist people carry their bags up/down the stairs, but the hotel did neither of these things.

Не понравилась путаница в названиях отелей. Мы вызвали такси и вписали адрес, нас в час ночи привезли в другой отель. Это было очень некомфортно

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026מלון נקי מאוד, צוות אדיב ושירותי, מכונת קפה/תה/שוקו חופשי בלובי לרווחת האורחים. קרוב לרחוב מריה הילפר ולתחנת רכבת תחתית. 10 דקות הליכה לאוטובוס לשדה תעופה VAL1. המון בתי קפה וחנויות במרחק כמה דקות הליכה. יש בחדר מקרר וקומקום חשמלי.
המקלחון לא הכי מרווח אבל נקי ומתוחזק וזה מה שחשוב.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Am revenit a treia oară la acest hotel. Totul a fost ok. Nu am simțit nici o diferență de când a fost preluat de brandul Marriot. Am auzit ca bradul marriot poate face în hoteluri overbooking. Nu am pățit, dar pentru o viitoare călătorie aș alege să merg tot la bradul care a deținut hotelul înainte de Marriot.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Überaus freundliche und familiäre Führung, obwohl das Hotel zu einer größeren Kette gehört. So ein reichhaltiges Frühstück habe ich für diesen Preis noch nie bekommen. Es wird auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Ca. 8 Gehminuten zur Mariahilfer str. , eine große Einkaufsmeile mit tollen Cafés und U-Bahnlinie, die einen überall hinbringt. Tagsüber steht kostenlos Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Konum çok iyi. Ulaşım anlamında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sokak sakin ama sokağın çıktığı ana cadde çok hareketli ve her ihtiyacınızı karşılayabileceğiniz mekanlar var.
Odada soğuk bir şeyler içebileceğiniz bir dolap yoktu. Mini bar çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona söylediğimiz zaman minibar o soğutucu değil gibi bir şeyler söylediler. Mini bardaki içecekleri insanlar sıcak mı içiyor anlamadım.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Me gisto la recepcion del hotel con atenciones como agua, cafe y hasta un dulce, poder disfrutarlo en el hall. Sin dudas un plus. La habitacion muy comoda, amplia impecable con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso . Totalmente recomendable y volveria otra vez.
Me gusto todo en general, a modo de sugerencia faltaria 1 ascensor para los horarios picos 1 es insuficiente.
