We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stay Together Homestay. This was our first experience staying in a homestay, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better one. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything was taken care of perfectly. You really don’t feel like you’re missing anything. We also did a cooking class, which was a lot of fun and a great way to learn more about the local culture and food. The following day we joined an activity with the family, which made the stay feel even more personal and special. What we especially loved is that staying here genuinely supports the local family and their staff. You can feel that they put a lot of heart into the homestay, and that makes the experience even more meaningful. If you’re visiting Tetebatu, don’t hesitate – stay here! We would recommend Stay Together Homestay without any doubt. A lovely place, wonderful people and a genuinely warm experience. We would happily come back!

Even if we only stayed for the night, we immedialty felt welcomed and we really appreciated the kindness of the owners, Egik and Ika. Egik is a great communicator and storyteller — he'll happily talk about Tetebatu, the village he's from, or dive into deep, thoughtful conversations about the state of the world and where it's heading ! PS : This is not a place where you should consider a diet! As soon as you taste the excellent food prepared by the owners' daughters and by Ika, you'll want more of it! :D Thanks again for everything !

Bij aankomst is het even een beetje zoeken waar de ingang van de homestay precies is, maar alle buren helpen je graag op de juiste weg. Dat geeft ook meteen al het gevoel van deze omgeving weer: iedereen is vriendelijk, kent en helpt elkaar. Eenmaal aangekomen in de Homestay was het vanaf de eerste minuut een warm onthaal. Ika en Egik zijn ontzettend lief en altijd vrolijk. Er wordt meteen een versgemaakte juice en fruit voor je klaar gezet, je kunt de hele dag door heerlijke gerechten bestellen die Ika samen met haar familie vers voor je gaat koken en je kunt op verschillende tours gaan die door familieleden worden georganiseerd. Wij gingen met Arno, de neef van Egik op een 4-5 uur durende tour door Monkey Forest, rijstvelden en langs watervallen. Arno is ook weer ontzettend lief en verteld ronduit over alles in de omgeving. Wij hebben beide avonden bij de homestay gegeten en ook veel gekletst met Ika en Egik. Zij weten haarfijn aan te voelen hoe je wel veel met elkaar in contact bent maar hoe je toch ook je eigen privé momenten kunt hebben. Een ontzettend fijne ervaring en het voelde als een stukje thuis, heel ver van huis. Dank je wel lieve Ika en Egik wij wensen jullie heel veel succes en plezier met alle mooie en leuke plannen die jullie nog voor de homestay hebben!

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la bienveillance, l'intérêt porté aux échanges et aux interactions. Egik et Ika sont des hôtes formidables, accueillants, gentils et serviables. Une mention particulière pour l'atelier "Cuisine", en compagnie d'Ika et d'Amina et pour la découverte de Tetebatu et de ses environs (rizières, chutes d'eau, monkey forest, fabrication d'huile de coco) avec Sas. Un moment formidable et très authentique ! La propreté et la décoration des deux chambres sont impeccables.

Alojarnos en casa de Egik e Ika ha sido una experiencia muy especial. Desde el principio, te hacen sentir como en casa. Están dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Las cenas en familia cantando con ellos no las vamos a olvidar. Además, ofrecen actividades que te permiten conocer de cerca la cultura y la naturaleza de Tetebatu. El tour de día por los arrozales y la visita a los talleres de artesanía del pueblo con Egik nos han encantado. El taller de cocina sasak con Ika y las mujeres de la aldea también ha sido genial. Además, estos días hemos comido increíblemente bien. No dudes en reservar, ha sido nuestro alojamiento favorito en todo nuestro viaje por Indonesia ❤️

Absolut großartig! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Ika und Egki, die uns herzlich bei sich aufgenommen haben. Alles war perfekt, vom Frühstück, über die Ausflüge bis hin zur organisierten Fahrt zum Hafen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist einmalig!

Ronduit alles was geweldig! Een prachtige omgeving, een ontzettend leuk en gastvrij gezin en een verblijf dat meteen als thuis voelde. De kookcursus was fantastisch en ook de wandeling door de rijstvelden was een geweldige ervaring. Het voelde alsof we bij familie verbleven. Absoluut het beste verblijf van Lombok!

Rien c’était tout simplement un séjour superbe

Un séjour authentique, rural et confortable chez Ika et Egik qui sont des hôtes très chaleureux avec qui nous avons pu avoir de belles discussions. Les ateliers Cuisine et Fabrication de l’huile de coco étaient très instructifs. La rando à travers les rizières, cascades et la forêt était très agréable.

Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés chez Stay Together ! J’aimerais mettre plus que 10 : ce séjour était fabuleux et a très largement dépassé nos attentes !! La chambre d’hôtes est neuve et très joliment décorée, c’est une maison séparée en deux chambres ce qui était parfait pour notre famille. Elle se trouve dans un petit village entouré de rizières, dans lequel nous avons été très bien accueillis. Depuis la maison, ont est partis à pieds découvrir rizières, cascade et forêt de singes ! Mais ce qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable c’est surtout l’accueil d’Egik et Ika, leur gentillesse et tout ce qu’ils ont pu nous apprendre sur la culture locale. Sans être envahissants, Egik et Ika sont extrêmement attentionnés. Ika nous a donné un super cours de cuisine, Egik et Sas son neveu nous ont organisé des visites extraordinaires : rizières, cascade, forêts de singes, coopérative d’épices, villages artisanaux (sarung, poterie, vannerie), avec des explications passionnantes. En plus, Egik est venu nous chercher en voiture dans le sud et nous a accompagné jusqu’au port face à Gili Meno. Ika a organisé le lavage de notre linge. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à la maison : la cuisine d’Ika est délicieuse, et nous avons eu la chance qu’Egik nous joue de la guitare <3 <3

Tout était parfait !

Stay Together has been our favourite guesthouse in Lombok so far. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food delicious. The neighbours were all very friendly.

We booked 3 nights, but stayed another night as we loved it so much. Ika and Egi made us feel very at home. Everything was great, the food, making music and singing together, the conversations. Ika and Egi and the staff are very helpful. They organised everything, eg. our pickup from Lembar harbour, the scooters, the rice field tour. We will be back!!

Es war eins der besten Erlebnisse während unseres Urlaubs. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich. Wir wurden mit Kaffee, Obst &!Säften verwöhnt. Die Gastgeber haben sich die Zeit genommen mit uns gemeinsam zu unterhalten. Es wurde abends sogar Gitarre gespielt. Die angebotene Tour durch die Reisefelder, zu den Wasserfällen und den Affen war großartig und die Preise mehr als fair. Wir können es wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Toller Familienbetrieb und ganz herzliche Familie. Wir haben bei Ika und Egik einen tollen Aufenthalt erlebt und haben bei den hauseigenen Ausflügen und Kochkurs viel über die lokale Küche, Landwirtschaft und Kultur erfahren. Vielen Dank für diese tollen Erlebnisse

Hosts are very nice. The tours they make, are really interesting, we saw so much. The food was very delicious and the room clean, comfortable and modern. We loved it.

Ika and Iggy were the most wonderful hosts, made us feel so welcome, when we left it reslly felt like we were leaving behind friends. They were very accommodating, we did a cooking class and made rending which wasn't in their original package. We did a half day tour of the local waterfalls. We also did a day trip to selong blank for a surf lesson, sunset and bukit meres, hung out in Kuta - Iggy was the driver for the day. Evening we sang together while he played the guitar. Managed to get in the kitchen to make my own karak chai too. Whats also great is that every rupiah spent here goes towards the local people, thr laundry, coconut milk demonstration etc Would highly recommend.

This is not about luxury but about a very grateful experience. We truly had an amazing time with Egi and Ika at Stay Together Homestay. Egi, Ika, and everyone around them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. During the two nights we stayed there, we genuinely felt like part of their family. Egi took us through the rice fields and showed us the monkeys, followed by a wonderful coconut oil workshop. Later, Ika organized an amazing cooking class for us as well. Both evenings, Egi played some guitar, which created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. We were really sad to leave, but we want to thank Egi and Ika so much for everything. We will definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable guesthouse situated amongst beautiful Tetebatu rice fields, and hosted by the most wonderful family. Egi, Ika and family were the most delightful hosts, and really took the time to make our stay in Tetebatu so special. The food in their restaurant, the tours they organised and their general company was fantastic and made this one of the best guesthouses we’ve stayed in during our travels. If you’re visiting Tetebatu, this is the place to stay!

The host family was lovely - very friendly and helpful. They arranged a trip to some waterfalls and a transfer to Kuta at the end of our stay.The room was comfortable and the food was delicious.

An absolute gem of a homestay set within the beautiful local village of Tetebatu. We stayed at Stay Togerher for 3 nights and enjoyed every single second. We were welcomed by the most delightful family of Egi and Ika. They were so proud of their local culture and offered an amazing insight into daily life within the village. So all food is freshly prepared and particularly tasty. An excellent choice from a well prepared menu. Our room was spotless clean, bed was big and comfy and the view of Mount Riinjani was sublime. Stay Together have a good selection of tours and can actually alter them to suit individual needs. We did on the first day the local market and handicrafts tour with Egi. A most interesting day and well thought out. It was so good that we booked the rice fields, monkey forest which was particularly spectacular (nothing like Ubud), waterfalls and coconut oil making trip, for the following day. The coconut oil process was shown to us back at the homestay. Again it was members of Egi and Ikas family who showed us the process and encouraged us to participate. Bonus was we got to keep some of the coconut oil we made. Enjoyed evenings with Egi playing away on his guitar and chatting about his family and local traditions. Thank you Egi and Ika and all your family for making our stay in Tetebatu most memorable 🙏

Wat een fantastisch verblijf bij lieve mensen. Het voelde echt alsof we bij Ika en Egik thuis logeerden en een inkijkje kregen in het leven in Tetebatu. We kwamen niks te kort en hebben enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid. We komen graag nog eens terug ❤️

Ika und Egik waren wunderbare Gastgeber und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Unser Kleinkind hat sich auch sehr gut mit ihren Kindern verstanden und sie hatten sehr viel Spass. Das Essen war auch toll und die Tour mit Egiks Cousin war sehr eindrucksvoll und abwechslungsreich.

The friendly warm sweet family who do anything you ask. Nothing is too much. They brought us to the massage, picked us up from restaurants. The food is also very good. Try the urap-urap, delicious!! I loved to hear them sing together ..

Loved our time at Stay Together, where Egi and Ika treated us like family. We went on the Tetebatu tour ran by Egi and it was a highlight of our trip, learning about the culture and exploring the beautiful area. The handicrafts tour was good too and the meals were always prepared fresh and tasted amazing. We hope to come back in the future!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Stay Together, en immersion totale dans la famille de Egik et Ika! Ils sont aux petits soins: les PDJ sont délicieux, les dîners pareils, cuisiné minute avec amour, les tours organisés sont vraiment au top, à notre rythme, selon nos envies. C’est agréable de pouvoir échanger sur nos cultures, nos façons de vivre avec eux. Egik chante le soir avec sa guitare, hors du temps! Un immense merci pour ce séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier, le meilleur de nos 2 mois en Indonésie!!

Ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps!

We have been traveling for 15 months with our two children, and nowhere have we felt more at home than here. It’s not only the breathtaking nature, the rice fields and the view of Mount Rinjani, that make this place so special. It’s especially Ika, Egi, and their family who truly captured our hearts. We left this place with tears in our eyes because we already miss our new friends. We are certain we will come back.

Es war alles über den Erwartungen

Es war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was das Travellerherz begehrt: warmes Wasser, großes bequemes Bett, Platz zum Aufhängen und Ablegen von Sachen und es ist sehr sauber. Scooterverleih ist möglich und die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft: ruhig (kein Straßenlärm), mitten in den Reisfeldern und ein traumhafter Blick über die Reisterrassen und den Rinjani. Egik & Ika und ihr Personal sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber und haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Unser Baby wurde bespaßt, wir haben uns gut und viel unterhalten, haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und einen tollen Kochkurs gemacht. Es hätte nicht schöner sein können und wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben.

Wir hatten vorab etwas Sorge, da es keine AC im Zimmer gibt. Durch die angenehmen Temperaturen und mit Fan war das aber überhaupt kein Problem.

Dit was de meest bijzondere plek waar we ooit geweest zijn. Deze familie is geweldig. Zo gastvrij, zo lief. Je voelt je zo enorm welkom. Wij deden de rijstveld tour met bezoek aan de watervallen, de handicraft tour en kookworkshop. Allemaal geweldig leuk en leerzaam. Een plek om nooit meer te vergeten en om ooit nog eens naar toe terug te keren.

Location, view and hosts are great! I felt like I was part of their family, always open to some nice chat and sharing life stories. The local tour and cooking class were amazing!

We had the best time at Egik and Ika‘s guesthouse. Both are the kindest people and organized everything for us from pickup, tours and scooters. The rice fields tour we made with Egik was amazing and afterwards we even made our own coconut oil with the whole family. The food was the best we ever had in Indonesia. The whole stay was just perfect and we can only recommend to stay here for at least 2 nights so discover the surroundings of Tetebatu and profit from this nice accommodation.It was surrounded by beautiful nature and we just felt so relaxed.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in! We have booked the upper room, which was nice, clean and well equipt. Moreover, the view from the room was simply breathtaking. Apart from the beautiful accommodation they have a small restaurant with amazing meals made from fresh local ingredients. We do recommend trips the hosts organize as well - we have attended two of them and both were above our expectations. The hosts are warm and kind, we have felt like at home from the first minute we have arrived.

Peaceful location with an amazing view on the mountains! Egi & Ika are the best hosts you can imagine! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, I already missed pancakes! On top of that Egi has significant experience in the tourism industry, he helped me to find a good guide for the trekking and organise the rest of my trip in Indonesia. I have also enjoyed very much the cooking class and the exploration of Tetebatu! Thank you again, everything was perfect ! 😊

Wirklich eine 10/10, wenn man Indonesien/Lombok authentisch erleben möchte! Ich reiste alleine und konnte erst eine wirklich tolle geführte Tour durch Reisfelder, Dörfer, Wasserfälle erleben. Mit dem Roller sind wir noch weitere Orte abgefahren und haben das regionale Handwerk der tollen und herzlichen Menschen rund um Tetebatu kennenlernen dürfen. (U.a. Bastflechten, Sarongs, Töpfern). Mittags durfte ich einen leckeren Lunch von Ika essen und Abends durfte ich mit der Familie den Kochkurs machen und wir haben wirklich ein leckeres Curry zubereitet. Die Portionen sind super groß! Egik hat mich am nächsten Tag nach Bangsal gefahren! Die Preise sind total fair und die Herzlichkeit der Familie ist so groß wie nirgends anders in Indonesien! Da steht super viel Herzblut drin und das merkt man!

Super homestay, la vue de la chambre est magnifique. Tout le monde est adorable, nous avons adoré le cours de cuisine. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Tolle Lage direkt in den Reisfeldern, gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft, sehr gutes Essen. Aber vor allem die nette Gastgeberfamilie hat unsere Zeit im Stay together zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt werden lassen. Mit dem Neffen Sas waren wir in den Reisfeldern und im Affenwald unterwegs und haben so viele authentische Einblicke in den Reisanbau und das Leben der Menschen auf Lombok gewinnen können (Unbedingt die Tour buchen!). Auch den Kochkurs können wir sehr empfehlen! Danke Ika und Egi für den wundervollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

As our 30 days on Lombok is coming to an end, I have to say that this was our most favorite home stay of all. The place is impeccably clean and the food we had here was the best in all of Lombok. The chicken curry and the rendang was so good that everything else after that was almost disappointing. Just know that so much love goes into these dishes that it takes a while for them to make it. So don’t be in a rush. It’s so worth it! Breakfast was amazing too! It was a fun 3 days in Tetebatu, but our most enjoyable times there were spent just hanging out with Egik and his family. Playing music, bbq and he even gave us a ride to Selong Belanak and went to see some waterfalls on the way. His wife even sent me some recipes! They really go above and beyond for their guests! We already miss them.

Having to leave

I had the most pleasant stay at Stay Together Homestay and would really recommend it to anyone visiting the island of Lombok! The host family is so adorable and really does everything to make sure you feel welcome and at home. From fresh fruits upon arrival to delicious coffee, they really treat you as a king. The breakfast is also really delicious and generous: I can only recommend their delicious omelette! 🍳 I also recommend taking part in the activities. Due to the bad weather, I unfortunately couldn’t go to the rice fields and the monkey forest, but I took part in a traditional cooking class and had a really great time. It’s also a nice way of supporting the local women. 🧑‍🍳 To fully enjoy the place, I really recommend spending at least one full day / two nights here. The location is not only ideal for relaxation, but staying for two nights also allows you to connect deeper with these amazing hosts with whom I had really interesting discussions about culture, society and religion in Indonesia. Don’t hesitate and book your stay!!! I personally can’t wait to be back and would definitely stay here again during a next trip in Lombok!

Not staying there for longer

Først og fremmeste værter - de var så søde og gæstfrie. Vi tog på en trek gennem rismarkerne og til vandfald med vores vært og det var fantastisk. Maden var lækker - de havde forberedt morgenmad til os da vi ankom og lavede lækker aftensmad. Udsigten fra caféen er fantastisk og vores vært spillede guitar for os efter maden. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet.

Location & First Floor Room were perfect. Our hosts, were super helpful & considerate. We did the Cooking Class & the Full day of Activities both of which were really enjoyable. Great Value for Money.

Nothing, everything was really nice.

Egik and Ikaa (and all of the other family members) are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The ricefield tour with Erno was incredible, hè brought us to what we consider the most beautiful place on earth 😀 the food was good, singing and platina guitar with Egik was lovely (ask after his stay together song!)

The second bed in the room was not very comfortable. That is a point of improvement. But for the rest: a perfect place, highlands recommended

This stay exceeds all expectations. The owners and their family are very friendly and they make you feel like part of the family. There is always someone around who will make you a cup of tea or coffee (no extra charge) whenever you like. We loved the teas! The breakfasts are lovely, they have mastered an American pancake and the omelette was very tasty. Meals in the evening are really good but would be worth telling them what you would like earlier as they need to get fresh ingredients so it can be a bit of a wait. We did both the cooking class and the rice fields and monkey forest tour. Both were really enjoyable, especially the cooking tour. They involve women from the village to help them make some money which is really nice to see. Thanks Ameena for the coconut oil class! The room is lovely, the fans keeps the room cool. Would defo stay again!

Shower pressure and temperature was a bit temperamental but once we mastered it, it wasn't too bad.

Si comme nous vous êtes en recherche d’un endroit authentique et de contact avec les locaux cet endroit est parfait pour vous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter avec le couple de propriétaires. Ce sont des indonésiens avec le cœur sur la main. Ils proposent de multiples activités à très bon prix, nous avons fait un tour dans les rizières de Tetebatu, nagés dans une très belle cascade et pu voir de près les singes noirs de la jungle. Le wifi est bon, il y a de l’eau du kopi et du thé à volonté, la location de scooter y est possible. Il y a toute sorte de commodité à côté. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clean rooms with an excellent location. Breakfasts, Dinners and tour excursions through the homestay were all phenomenal. The family are so sweet and really take care of their guests. One of the best stays we had across SE Asia.

I booked at the last minute during the low season and was very warmly welcomed. The location is lovely, as the accommodation is surrounded by rice fields. The setting is stunning, with a beautiful garden and a view of Mount Rinjani. The hosts and everyone working there are all very kind. They offer several activities; I personally tried the cooking class and really enjoyed it. It was one of the best curries I’ve had so far. The breakfast are delicious and very generous. The room and its facilities are perfect: a comfortable bed, a spacious room, and a huge shower, which means there is no water everywhere. There is hot water, and having a fan above the bed is such a treat. Air conditioning is not necessary at all, as the temperatures in Tetebatu are pleasant at night. No negative points, just one piece of advice: remember to bring cash before arriving in Tetebatu, as there are not many ATMs and they don’t always work. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Where should I start? The hosts Ika, Eggie, Sas, and the others are beautiful people who want to make sure you have the best time of your life in Tetebatu. The breakfast and dinners were so so good, best food in all of Tetebatu, without a doubt. The rooms were very comfortable, the weather in Tetebatu is beautiful and a fan was enough, no aircon needed! We had lovely talks, and we are 100% planning to return here in the future. Also did a great day tour with Sas!

Een nieuwe top locatie! Schoon en alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Hetgene wat ons het meest bij gaat blijven is de gastvrijheid van deze fijne homestay. Ze doen er echt alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te laten zijn. Je krijgt fruit, thee of koffie van het huis en ze komen graag voor een praatje. Ook de tours die je bij hen boekt zijn authentiek. Een dikke aanrader! Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreidt en fantastisch. Verschillende opties en een heerlijke smoothie erbij!

L’accueil très sympathique. Grande chambre lumineuse, propre, bien décorée, jolie terrasse, joli jardin.. Belle randonnée organisée par la famille dans les rizières et forêt des singes noirs ainsi que visite d’artisans avec mention particulière pour les potiers. Les crêpes du petit-déjeuner.

Nous avons tout apprécié. Juste une remarque concernant le petit-déjeuner : quand on choisit les toasts, un peu de beurre et de confiture seraient appréciables.

Egik, Ika, Ses and all the people we met (neighbours, relatives, drivers, people working at the nearby rice field) were wonderful. We felt very cared for throughout our stay. Special mention to Ika’s delicious cooking, Egik’s fluffy pancakes and Ses’ rice field & waterfall tour.

This was a highlight for us in Lombok!! Stay Together was perfectly located in the heart of the rice fields and the accomodation was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we even extended our stay an extra night!! The owners, Ika and Egi make you feel right at home and their nephew Sas was great at showing us around and provided us with an amazing tour of the rice fields and waterfalls. We even did a cooking class with Ika and roasted our own coffee beans. Everything you need is available at Stay Together, whether you are looking to rent a motor bike, have a pickup from the airport arranged, looking to experience the local culture in Tetebatu or just chill at their restaurant with amazing food and jam session playing guitar and singing with Egi and Sas. I never write reviews, but this homestay is one not to miss out on!!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable time!!!

L’humidité. La douche pas vraiment chaude avec peu de pression. Je n’ai jamais pu me laver les cheveux. Les prix des visites trop élevés. Le propriétaire pousse à payer le plus possible et ce n’est pas justifié.

I usually don’t write reviews but my stay at Stay Together in Tetebatu was nothing short of a magical experience. The owners were constantly attentive, always making sure I had a great time with the best food, guitar music, cooking classes and a fantastic tour with Sas. The view from the upstairs room was breathtaking, I couldn’t get enough of it. The room itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. When we had to finish the ricefield tour early due to heavy rain, they spontaneously offered to complete it the next day so I could get the full experience. As they say: you come as a guest, you leave as family. This place truly felt like home and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Tetebatu. A perfect 10/10!

The family is really nice and helpful. I did two tours with them (rice fields, waterfalls and handicrafts) and that was great ! I had the large room upstairs and it offers a really nice view on the mountain

The homestay definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful clean accommodation among the rice fields. We recommend it if you want to support the locals and like authentic experiences. We ate dinner with the family, spent the evening with the guitar, and took advantage of the offer of an excursion in the rice fields. Thank you also for the super fast pick-up. Der Aufenthalt in Tetebatu war perfekt. Angefangen beim unglaublich herzlichen Empfang und der gelebten Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben zur Ankunft einen Saft und eine Obstplatte bekommen. Das Frühstück war unglaublich gut und die Tour mit der nachfolgenden Kokosölherstellung im Garten war einfach 1000/10. und auch die Fahrt zu unserer nächsten unterkunft war super.

Der einzige kleine Tipp den ich noch hätte, es wäre von Vorteil eine Klimaanlage einzubauen, da es schon jetzt leicht feucht im Zimmer riecht und die Gefahr besteht, dass sich Schimmel bildet, was sehr schade wäre.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft zwischen den Reisfeldern und bietet ein tollen Blick auf den Vulkan Rinjani. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich liebenswert und aufmerksam! Alles war super organisiert, von der Kommunikation vorab bis zu Ausflügen und Verpflegung.

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. In der Hochsaison könnte es allerdings etwas warm werden ohne Klimaanlage.

we had such a wonderful experience staying here! everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. we were welcomed with a healthy dragon fruit-banana-pineapple smoothie that was super yum! the room was cozy, the bed was comfy, and we even had a hot shower and a hair dryer, such a bonus! breakfast was absolutely lovely! eggy makes the best pancakes, and ika’s cooking was so good too! 😋 saas was there the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. we also did a rice field walk with a beautiful view of mt. rinjani and got to see local farmers at work. it made us so happy to witness that side of village life. they truly treated us like family, and we felt comfortable the whole time. extremely grateful to have met such wonderful people 💛

Unser Aufenthalt im Stay Together von Egik und Ika war eines der absoluten Highlights unserer gesamten Indonesienreise. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir so herzlich aufgenommen, dass wir uns direkt wie Teil einer Familie gefühlt haben. Das Essen, das Ika zubereitet hat, war mit Abstand das beste, das wir auf der gesamten Reise gegessen haben – frisch, authentisch und mit unglaublich viel Liebe gekocht. Spontan haben wir am ersten Abend eine Cooking Class gebucht, die nicht nur super viel Spaß gemacht hat, sondern auch kulinarisch ein echtes Erlebnis war. Danach haben wir noch lange zusammen gesessen, Musik gemacht und einfach den Abend genossen – eine wirklich besondere Atmosphäre. Am nächsten Tag haben wir über Egik und Ika bzw. ihren Neffen Sas eine Tour gebucht. Sas war ein großartiger Guide! Wir haben den ganzen Tag über so viel erlebt – Spaziergänge durch die Reisfelder, den Besuch des Monkey Forest und wunderschöne Wasserfälle. Es war einfach ein perfekter Tag. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war wunderbar – genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Stay Together wirklich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen – besonders auch die Touren über Egik und Ika, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem machen.

We had the most wonderful stay at this homestay! The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make our experience special — they cooked delicious homemade meals for us and even sang traditional songs in the evening. It felt like staying with family rather than at a guesthouse. The atmosphere was full of warmth, laughter, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely cherish the memories from our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and heartfelt experience.

Tout était parfait ! Très jolies chambres, dans un environnement très agréable, au milieu des rizières et à la fois proche du village. L’accueil par Ika et Egik et sa famille a été très chaleureux 🥰. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous passions un séjour parfait. Les repas pris sur place étaient délicieux et copieux. La journée à Tetebatu organisée par Ika et Egik était super ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Tetebatu. Au delà de la qualité de l’hébergement, c’est la générosité et l’authenticité de cette famille qui a rendu ce séjour exceptionnel.

Tout était parfait, c’est là où vous devez séjourner à Tetebatu. Merci à Ika, Egik, Sasmarra et leur famille pour cet accueil. Nous avons fait pleins d’activités, super bien mangé, et pu discuter longuement ensemble pour mieux découvrir Lombok et sa culture. La chambre est confortable et avec tout ce qu’il faut. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit et cette famille surtout ! Vous allez nous manquer !!

This homestay was one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. Egi, Ika and their family are amazing hosts! They’re so nice, authentic and helpful. We did the rice filed tour with Sas and had a lot of fun. He answered all our questions and showed us around Tete Batu. They also organized a cooking class with women of their family and we visited a Sasak village in eastern Lombok. All activities were just amazing, funny and interesting. Besides, we had many conversations about the Sasak culture as well as the differences of our countries. Thank you to all of you for this special time, we will definitely come back!

Wir hatten eine absolut wunderbare Zeit im Stay Together! Egik, Ika und Sas waren fantastische Gastgeber und Tourguides. Wir haben uns wirklich wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt. Außerdem ist Ika eine unglaublich gute Köchin und die Portionen groß😄 wir werden auch das gemeinsame Singen und Gitarre spielen vermissen 😊

Everything said in the previous reviews is true. The hosts are super lovely, the room is big and super clean, it has the biggest bathroom we have ever seen in SEA, with hot water! Don’t look further, this is the perfect stay! You can also arrange different tours with them! We did a ricefield tour and handicraft tour and made our own coconut oil. It was all amazing! And Ika’s cooking is the greatest, we ate there every evening during our 4 night stay ❤️. Thank you Egik, Ika, Saas and your whole family!
