Loft con Terraza Privada en Centro Histórico

Un sitio muy lindo, lindas instalaciones y el acompañamiento del propietario fue excelente.

I liked the location eventhough it’s between el centro historico and some poors streets. Ive met a neighbor, really really cool person! Shops and restaurants are nearby in case you need something.

If I’d to say something I didnt like about the property, I’d say the noise of the street. The windows arent insulating enough. But it’s okay cause the owner gave me earplugs!

The place is super cute and not cluttered. Really clean and had hot water on demand for the shower - useful little decals to know hot from cold (shower). Leonard was super nice and ready for my arrival. Easy and flat walk into the heart of La Candelaria. I had some problems with the internet and he got it resolved quickly.

The street noise was way too much for me. I wasn't aware that the apartment is literally on the street and a main one at that. So many honking horns, rattling trucks, etc. The mattress is super hard. Between the street noise (even with earplugs) and the hard mattress I barely slept so I left after two nights (had booked for a week). Leonard was really understanding about it. I want to be honest in my review because I wish I had known before booking so I could have found something that was a better fit for me.

El loft es muy cómodo, tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar tranquilos allí y descansar bien (colchas extras, jabón, toallas, bolsas, etc.). El espacio es amplio, muy agradable, bonito, bien distribuido y tiene buena iluminación natural. El televisor y la ducha funcionaron muy bien. Hay una terraza para colgar la ropa en caso de que laves. Leandro fue amable y atento. Absolvió nuestras dudas en todo momento, incluso antes del viaje. El apartamento está muy cerca del centro, llegas caminando.

El barrio es un tanto peligroso, con basura en las calles. Pero sí se puede salir caminando mientras haya luz del día. Por las noches, hay que tomar un taxi de regreso; no es caro, ya que está muy cerca del centro.

El lugar estaba muy acogedor

Aunque el dueño es muy amable, fue impuntual al momento de hacer el check in con un retraso de aproximadamente 2 horas

Súper cómodo y limpio

Amazing clean and cozy apartment in a walkable distance from the very cultural city center. The host is the most pleasant man I met in Colombia, very careful and helpful. The room has everything for either short or long stay. The price is valuable and the amenities are all new

Nothing to dislike in the apartment itself. Just be prepared that in the morning the traffic is awful and you might stuck in the traffic jam but this is due to the location since it is in the city center

The location is perfect for historic lovers. It is located really in the borders of Candelaria neighborhood, but with a better cost/benefit. The architecture and comfort of the building are impressive.

Anything, Host, location, cost and services were all great. I commuted with a taxi driver who awares me about safety of the neighborhood, but the place is safe, there is a Police Station in the same street and too much commerce and neighborhood-based safety, so nothing to be afraid of.
