Les matelas sont assez durs mais 3 grands lits sur les 4 couchages. Les équipements sont un peu vétustes mais cela est cohérent par rapport au prix il me semble.

Las sabanas no estaban tan limpias y solo tiene escaleras para llegar. Por lo que si llevas maletas grandes y pesadas es dificil subirlas hasta el apartamento

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The location is very good, 5 min walk from the center of Hongdae stores and restaurants. The space was very big too for a family of four, you can probably fit 6 comfortably. The price was very fair!
The main bedroom's mattresses were very firm, it felt like sleeping in a board. My kids didn't complain on the other room. I think it should be mentioned that the apartment is in a fourth floor, luckily not a problem, but in case some poeple don't like that. And finally, even though we had issues with other guests trying enter the apartment at 9am with the same code, the host was able to respond immediately, which I appreciate; however, this mistake should not happen again because other guests could be very upset.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. What we really loved was the bright natural light and good cross ventilation as the apartment was a floor higher than the building across. We were just 200 meters from the main shopping and dining district of Hongdae, so getting to and fro was so convenient.
Should have known before hand that the building does not have an elevator.

建物が古い。夜にチェックインする際、少し怖かった。教えられた鍵番号と「*」の間に日本語が入っていたため、入室のとき分からなくて困った。部屋は写真ほど綺麗でない。5階まで階段を登らなくてはならない。引き出しの中や洗面所の洗剤など、私物が置いてあり、不要である。スリッパなどがあるのはありがたいが、新しいものが良い。

Elektrikli eşyaları kullanırken sürekli şalter attı. Bu yüzden buzdolabın fişini çıkarmak zorunda kaldım.

It was dirty, water damaged, mouldy and the entire place smelt like bug spray. It was on the 4F which had no lift, the area seemed quite run-down and we felt super uncomfortable. No response from the host regarding a refund.

I would not recommend to older people who has a problem with they knees/legs since this place does not have an elevator.
