地理位置便利，房間空間很寬敞，洗面盆的鏡子超大而且光線好，兩個人一起化妝都完全足夠有餘

所有毛巾上面都有些洗不掉的陳年污漬，每天換毛巾都一樣有⋯⋯ 洗澡空間內沒有可以放衣物的地方，衣服要放在門外，我們是朋友同房，有點不太方便

I don’t think it’s very sustainable to provide paper cups for tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel is right in the middle of it, but in a relatively quiet side street. Restaurants, shops, subway, convenience stores all are nearby. - Our room was high enough to be overlooking the neighbouring buildings. Not much noise, only on Saturday we could hear street noise from the distance. - The space was sufficient, modern and clean.

The toilet was too small. When I sat down my knees were touching the roller blinds. - While it is technically a cool feature that the toilet has a floor to ceiling window, I would have appreciated, if the bottom half would have been frosted for privacy. You can use the above mentioned roller blinds, but it is slow and inconvenient. - The bathtub stands by the windows. The windows in this area have blinds in different sections of the window. You have to open each section individually by twisting an attached stick. Super slow. Some blinds were deformed, accordingly you couldn't open those to get a view. Accordingly you don't get the most of the view. Curtains would have been better.

The location is fantastic.

It would be great if there were things like toothbrushes.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar wanneer het nodig is. De locatie van het Hotel is goed. Vanuit het hotel ben je snel bij een centraal metro station en bevindt het hotel zich in een leuke wijk van de stad.

Een stijlvol en kleinschalig boutique hotel in het hart van Hongdae, dé hotspot bij uitstek in Seoul. De centrale ligging vlakbij de metro-en bushaltes die je naar alle uithoeken van de stad brengen maakt dit de beste keuze voor wie veel aan sightseeing wil doen. Kamers zijn mooi, hedendaags, creatief en gezellig ingericht.

Er is geen kleerkast aanwezig in de kamer met enkel een open rek en wat kleerhangers om kleding op te hangen. Daar staat tegenover dat men op eenvoudig verzoek een strijkplank en strijkijzer kan vragen.

Camera pulita e letto comodo. Bagno funzionale e con box doccia (difficile da trovare in Corea). Buoni i prodotti da bagno. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Staff delle reception gentile e cordiale. Stile e arredamento dell'hotel molto belli.

La possibilità di scegliere solo 2 opzioni per la colazione (coreana o americana). Seppur buona, avrei preferito il buffet per avere più scelta. Un po di cordialità in più dalla ragazza della sala colazioni non avrebbe guastato.

La struttura in se, ben curata. Le camere grandi, accoglienti ed estremamente pulite. La possibilità di fare la colazione americana (a pagamento). La posizione perfetta.

Subpar Hotel! The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else is best forgotten. I cannot understand why this place has three stars... it feels more like a motel than a hotel

It was a disappointment. The room was far too small for the price paid, and no services were included, everything came at an extra cost, like the laundry that was incredibly expensive for a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was basically in front of the bed, separated only by a curtain, so there was no privacy at all. There were no extra facilities, and the breakfast was both incredibly small and expensive. While the room itself was clean, the corridors and reception area were narrow, cramped, and smelly.

The staff were really helpful and friendly! I left my phone in the taxi and they help me to contact the taxi driver.

The aircon wasn't cold.

Probably they gave us the worse room they have. Long but tiny room with a small window like a prison. While other rooms at the same floor at the same category, as I saw when they were cleaning, were bigger with large windows. So tiny space that the second person at a medium sized double bed hardly can pass to go to bed. Nice design, as a boutique hotel,but zero but they don't think that people need to live and not look at the place. The toilet was dark. I couldn't have a shave at the mirror . There is no mirror st all at the living area. Only a small at a table. And the waist do much space to have shower and bath in a different room..The toilet and basin are in different room from shower. The biggest joke is about the hangers for clothes. They have only for jacket and shirts some stupid design thing. When I asked them I need for trousers they didn't understand and they told me they didn't have. I went out to buy. And they use plastic cups . No glasses,or mugs . The funny thing is that they give only 2 per day. And then to ask for more.....And all these for 750 euros for five days. Bad experience...

Tout, la chambre était géniale, la localisation parfaite, possibilité de laisser ses bagages après le check-out le temps de partir à l'aéroport.

Wie hatten zwei Zimmer und jedes war auf seine Art in einem anderen Stil (selbst der Duft war auf den Raum abgestimmt und individuell ).

The location is good especially if you took the airport limousine bus to and from the airport.

The room is small but the bathroom is interesting. The shower will inevitably get the whole floor wet as there is nothing to stop the splash.

The bathtub was dreamy! The breakfast had some of the best Cream of Mushroom soup. Once located, the place was in decent proximity to the nightlife and subway, but it's kind of back in the cut. The hotel staff was responsive via email and it was nice to have a real person to check us in during our early morning arrival.

We got lost a bit finding it from the subway after a long, disorienting international flight and train ride at 4 am. Help with an airport shuttle would have been a great value.

The location was really nice. We enjoyed soaking in the bathtub after a long day.

I was mostly disappointed with how dark the room was. The window is small and was facing something industrial. There is a reason all the photos of the room were taken at night with the curtains closed I guess.

Location is great. Good for shopping tourists. The room is spacious.

Great hotel, with lovely beds, nice pillows and a decent breakfast.

The breakfast could have a bit more choice to it, just 2 set meals and some cereal and toast. The coffee machine does not reflect Korean love of coffee.

Posizione comoda alla metro in un quartiere giovane e vivace.

整體整潔，雖然離車站有段距離，但附近有很多店可以選擇

早餐有美式及韓式可選擇，但韓式真的很難吃，完全不用額外加購，外面隨便吃都好。

地點離弘大地鐵9號出口很近, 步行約5分鐘, 雖然處於鬧區中, 但隔音良好, 在房間內不但聽不到戶外的聲音, 連隔壁房的聲音也聽不見, 熱水溫度足夠, 冷氣也很涼,連住3晚, 整體感覺良好。

The room was huge, and had everything we needed. Lovely to open a window as well, so you're not cooped up under aircon. The staff were super helpful and on the whole it was perfect for everything we needed. Great for local vibe, nightlife and the local transport connections are fantastic.

The breakfast area is really sad and desperately needs some love. It's a fantastic space and could be amazing if it wasn't tired and full of dead plants and trees. I thought it might be a lovely bar in the evening going by the photos, but it's non existent.

The location is amazing and the staff are kind and attentive. Frankly the ENTIRETY of the points were given for the sake of the staff which were a gem.

The hotel is suffering from several problems. The first is cleanliness: the carpets in both floors I've been in were filthy, they were stained with something white or had chlorine stains. The second is facilities: the first room I've been in had both a leakage problem with water from the shower flooding the toilet, and the bath faucet was leaking which was practically dangerous as it caused a spill all the way into the leaving room as I was struggling to turn it off. The third is the absolutely bizzare choice of decor: The first room looked nice but had no real divide between the bathroom and the living room, in the second room the ceiling was completely bare (intentionally) and we had a metal pipe hanging over the bed like the sword of Democles. The light in the second room was an issue as it was behind the bed and I had to constantly circle around it. Overall the choice for new-age design has come at the cost of practicality. These are more than cheap hotel issues, this experience was unusual for my stay in Korea as a whole.

The room was really spacious and very clean. The location in Hongdae is perfect and was a great base for us - staff was super friendly and stored our bags for 2 days whilst we travelled around Korea.

方便、餐廳很多、商店也非常多，地鐵就在附近，去哪裡都很方便。已經是第二次來入住，附近其他飯店想比，房間相對比較大間，價格也比較優惠。

弘大商圈所以晚上喧囂的噪音會必較大聲，飯店本身隔音效果沒有很好，這次沒有使用早餐，因為上次吃過不符合自己的口味。

Emplacement au cœur du quartier anime mais hôtel calme. Les chambres sont cosy et spacieuses. La salle de bain est grande et la baignoire confortable. Le Check in et le Check out sont rapides.

L’emplacement idéal dans Hongdae proche de la vie nocturne mais dans une rue calme. Le personnel au top. La chambre et la salle de bain très confortables et moderne.

Rien c’était parfait.
