I had stayed here a couple times with my wife 2 years ago in one of the private rooms (with A/C) and it was very nice. The woman who prepares the breakfast was wonderful. This time I stayed in the dorm (which only has 3 beds). I was alone for 2 of the 4 nights and really enjoyed having the place to myself. My suggestion to the owner is to put another electric fan in the dorm room. There are no windows and if you have to share the fan, it can be uncomfortable in the hot months!

Zařízení je staré, klimatizace moc nefunguje. Terasa není taková, jak na fotkách, je dost zanedbaná.

3-bed room has no AC and room is extremely hot. They provide one ventilator for the entire room. It was a horrible experience in mid September so I can't imagine in summer time.

Établissement propre. Chambre climatisée appréciable (avec plus de 45 degrés dehors!). Literie confortable. Service navette efficace pour un retour aéroport très matinal.

Hormis ces points, le riad reste rudimentaire. Le service aléatoire...Le petit déjeuner du dernier jour facturé alors qu'il n'a pas était pris étant donné un depart très matinal (4h); même pas un petit geste commercial comme deux boissons à emporter avec fruits et biscuits par exemple, malgré mes sollicitations. D'autant plus que le gérant tient une épicerie très proche de l hébergement...Ce dernier n'a d'ailleurs pas le sens de l'accueil marocain...Peu loquace et souriant. L'impression de le déranger. Le service est au strict minimum. Établissement pour routards aguerris. Équipements non conforme à la description.

Functional, clean, and comfortable accommodation with a kitchen, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to the center. The host is very attentive and always ready to help, and the neighbors are also very friendly.

Los colchónes de la cama algo duros. Desayuno muy limitado. En la habitación que reservé no hay aire acondicionado aunque si puedes pedir un ventilador. El baño está en las plantas de arriba.

To start with the property is centrally located as 15mins. Walk to jemma el fnaa, bus station, bahia palace. The host himself is very humble kind gentlemen who make sure to provide us with best comfortable stay. If yiu want to experience home feeling this is the place in marrakech to book for. The breakfast has a good spread and every day cleaning is done. Recommended

Friendly staff and great location. The included breakfast was a nice extra. It was clean and we had enough space in the room.

Ninguna critica por ser un alojamiento económico. Es mas por la atención, con bastante desgana , de la persona encargada. La primera mañana el desayuno un desastre. Un poco de pan solo ⁿcon mermelada, sin mantequilla. Y un dulce industrial que ni se sabía bien que era. . Cafe solo, sin leche. Justificacion: no hay leche, se ha teminado, y los domingo no abren los comercios de alimentación. Esto no es cierto en Marruecos. Lo conozco. Estas tiendas de barrio abren todos los dias. Sali a la calle y compre la leche, en 5 minutos. Solo había que ir a comprarla . Deje el riad esa misma mañana. Y me fui a otro.

Po przyjezdzie przywitał nas Amin, młody chłopak, który był bardzo miły i przyjazny. Obsługa obiektu dostaje 10/10.

Riad propre et très bien situé avec un super rooftop. Le petit-déjeuner est fait maison et le propriétaire est disponible, arrangeant et très gentil. Je recommande vivement.

Riad is well located and host very helpful. Room was basic but clean. Nice terrace on the roof. Breakfast was good and prepared on site.

Nos ha gustado mucho el Riad. El desayuno ha sido en otro Riad que está a un minuto caminando y ha sido muy completo. Es un sitio muy limpio. Lo más destacable para nosotros ha sido Ami ne, ha sido una persona encantadora, nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.

A really nice riad. We just stayed for a night but we enjoyed it. Very tasteful and clean. We were welcomed by a polite and helpful guy, who helped us with everything we asked. The breakfast was great, the first breakfast our children ate with a big appetite! All in all, a great place in a very good price.

We had a really pleasant stay at Riad LWALIDIN. The location is excellent, very close to the Medina and just a few minutes’ walk from El Badi Palace, which made exploring the city super easy. The accommodation itself is modest but clean and well-kept. For the price, it offers great value and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to Mohamed who is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm and professional attitude. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good-value stay in a good location!

Le bruit ! Très bruyant car on entend à la fois les bruits de couloir à l'intérieur et les bruits de la rue.

The host gave us a private room for 3 while we booked single bed in dormitory. The bathrooms were decent and our room was very comfortable. Wifi was good as well. Host also made sure we had some breakfast on a day we left before breakfast opened.

One of the beds in the 3 bedroom room was a bit bad, seemed like an added bed compared to the other ones.

Die Lage ist gut und die Gegend wirkt sicher. Die Bewertungen bei Booking stimmen jedoch irgendwie nicht mit der Unterkunft ein. Daher wollte ich unbedingt eine Bewertung hinterlegen. Auch weil mich der Host um eine positive Bewertung mit 10 gebeten hat. Der Host ist charmant daher überzeugt er anscheinend die Gäste auch das zu tun andres kann ich mir das nicht erklären.

Es ist auch kein echtes Riad. Es gibt nur eine Gemeinschaftsbad für das gesamte Hostel. Alles von der Beschreibung bei booking ist sehr beschönigend und weicht von der Realität ab. Es ist auf keinen Fall auf 4 Sterne Niveau, wie es auf Google steht. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Den host sieht man nur wenn er zum eintrieben der Hotelsteuer kommt. Richtig unangenehm fand ich, dass als wir nachts um 2 Uhr ankamen,ä jemanden schickte, um die Zahlung der Hotelsteuer gebeten hat der dann sofort weg war. Ich war so müde und wollte nur schlafen. Ansonsten schreibt er einen an um überteuerte Abholungen oder Touren anzubieten. Das fand ich auch unangenehm. Es fühlt sich nicht wie ein Hotel Gastgeber an. Man hat quasi direkt Verkaufsgespräche obwohl man im Grunde nur übernachten will. Im Nebenzimmer haben sie dann die ganze Nacht geredet mit offen Tür aber man konnte nichts tun weil keiner im Hostel ist, der aufpasst. Meine Freundin fühlte sich daher auch sehr unsicher. Das Klientel ist auch schwierig. Unten sind sehr günstige Zimmer. Daher sind hier eher backpacking Leute. Dafür passt es.

Everything was good, the host was very nice, we were very late and he opened the door for us, made take away breakfast when we had to leave early. Lovely terrace

The place isn't difficult to find but at night the area is a bit shady. Doors are kinda loud

Fijne locatie

- Petit Riad simple et propre au Sud de la Médina dans un quartier calme et sûr à 20 min de la place Jemaa el Fna et proche d’autres sites à visiter. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et avons tout visité à pied. - Chambre agréable au 2ème étage (3 lits) sous la petite terrasse du Riad qui donne sur les toits de Marrakech avec une belle vue au loin sur les montagnes de l’Atlas qui étaient enneigées. Cette chambre a l’avantage de donner sur un petit extérieur où il y a une salle de bain commune (prévoir des Tongs). Chauffage d'appoint dans la chambre qui nous a bien réchauffés. - Petit déjeuner copieux et préparé par le sympathique Gérant Mohamed. Nous avons dû partir plusieurs fois très tôt mais il nous a laissé un petit déjeuner à emporter dans le frigo. La communication avec lui a été facile, avant et pendant le séjour (avec WatsApp), même tard. - Nous avons participé à une sortie vers Imlil organisée par le Riad qui s’est bien passée et avons aussi pris l’option taxi organisée depuis et pour l’aéroport qui était bien pratique, surtout avec un retour à 6h30, ce qui nous a réconforté (le Riad est à 20 min de l’aéroport hors heures de pointe).

Un des lits n’était pas très confortable. Je suggérerai des étagères pour ranger les vêtements plutôt qu’une commode. La décoration extérieur (avec son mobilier) pourrait être améliorée. Bon Rapport qualité / prix tout de même.

The accommodation actually surprises me positively, everything was good, I have nothing negative to say about it. I will surely use it again and recommend it for friends and family.

The accommodation is clean, quiet and host Muhammad was an amazing guy.

All perfect recommed a lot! They are very helpful with airport transfer and everything else.

L'hiver pas de chauffage, fait assez froid, ça doit être plus agréable l'été !

Nous avons été accueillies au beau milieu de la nuit, avec gentillesse. Nous avons été servies quelques heures plus tard avec un excellent petit déjeuner préparé sous nos yeux. Le Riad est petit et à taille humaine, très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Riad Lwalidin è stato un'ottima scelta. Posizione superba per visitare gran parte delle attrazioni di Marrakech. A due passi dal Riad si trovano molteplici servizi (farmacia, markets...). Camere e bagni puliti, colazione ottima e abbondante. Terrazza piacevole! Host preciso, pronto ad aiutare il prossimo per qualsiasi necessità. Lo raccomando vivamente!

This was reasonable accommodation in a good location for walking into the old city. Mohammed was very helpful and accommodating, even giving us a breakfast to take away when we had to leave early for a trip.

There wasn't always sufficient toilet paper in the toilets and, given the price, I would not have expected to have had to share a bathroom.

A great apartment option that I can strongly recommend. However, what I unfortunately cannot recommend is the Sahara Desert excursion I took through the host. The riad advertises this excursion immediately after booking. Upon arrival, I asked for details and was offered three options (packages): basic, medium, and private (luxury). When I asked about the differences between them, I was told that only the hotel quality varies - no other details were provided. I also asked whether it would be cold in the desert and was told it should be okay. I trusted this information and chose the medium package. In hindsight, I should have been much more insistent and asked for more details. Here’s why: The excursion includes two nights. It turned out that the first night is spent in a hotel in the mountains, and the second night in the desert. What the packages actually mean: 1) Basic (70 EUR) First night: An apartment without a heating system. On the mountains! It is extremely cold there. Only one person from our minibus was assigned to such an apartment, and I felt very sorry for him: he couldn’t sleep even for an hour. Low-quality dinner and low-quality breakfast. Second night: A tent, the same as in the medium package (see below). Dinner and breakfast are also the same as in the medium package. 2) Medium (90 EUR) First night: An apartment with heating - generally fine. Acceptable dinner, but small portions. I can’t properly assess the breakfast, but each person was allowed to take only one boiled egg and nothing more, which suggests it wasn’t very good. Second night: A shared tent in a camp. The camp has one sink for everyone, no proper shower, and only three barely functioning toilets for all guests. The dinner is good. The breakfast is just bread with honey and jam - there’s no way I can call this a proper breakfast. The real problem, again, is the temperature. I slept very badly. The beds had only two blankets, which was definitely not enough.
