Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Our host Alexandro, who was always helpful. and the amazing apartment including the building itself: It is an amazing example of Italian architecture.
The location is ok but not for commanding an uber etc/ it is a narrow street, you need to walk to the main streets around the district. Not easy when you are walking with your luggage’s or during your night outs. The check in and out times are exceptionally inconvenient.

Bella la camera con vasca a vista molto caratteristica . La proprietaria accogliente, sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza . Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente .

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Apartament naprawdę robi wrażenie - duża przestrzeń minimalistycznie i jednocześnie funkcjonalnie zaprojektowana. Brawa dla architekta! Rzeczywiście ściany są cienkie, ale mieliśmy szczęście i nie trafiliśmy na sąsiadów. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko do metra, choć i pieszo można dojść do głównych punktów zwiedzania. Przyjemne kawiarnie i restauracje w pobliżu. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem przez whatsapp. Szczerze polecam !

Geen borden, nauwelijks keukengerei. In de advertentie stond ‘voortreffelijk ontbijt’ maar bij aankomst werd er geappt dat er voorlopig geen ontbijt wordt gereserveerd. Toen we aangaven dat we juist speciaal voor deze faciliteit hadden geboekt, werd er geen alternatief geboden of excuses gemaakt. Wat me steeds meer opvalt, is dat de accommodaties er puur zijn voor geld verdienen en het idee van host en gasten ontvangen en comfortabel compleet verdwijnt.

Uneven AC Cooling: Air conditioning is only located on the upper floor; while comfortable for sleeping upstairs, the downstairs area can get quite warm and challenging. Noise & Privacy: The glass walls can lead to some noise transfer if neighboring rooms are occupied. Price: It could be priced a bit more competitively.

En la planta de abajo esta el baño con el placard, la mesa con sillas y las copas. Pero la cafetera, el café, la heladera, etc. están en la planta de arriba junto con la cama y el televisor lo que lo hace incomodo teniendo que subir y bajar todo el tiempo. Sobretodo porque las maletas y la ropa quedaban abajo.

Reviewed May 15, 2026A modern place in an old building with natural colours and balanced materials. Really great. Location is perfect to explore the city. Also many great restaurants around. And when you need any help, Alessandro is really helpful and has some insider tips.
The only challenge is volume. Insulation is less. So better bring your earplugs with you when you are sensible.

There was no signage in the street to show us how to get to unit. We had to ask shopkeepers if they had heard of it. Owner tried to reach me on Whats App but i rarely use that app in U.S. property was beautiful. Internet did not work adequately.

La Vasca una chicca preziosa! Staff pronto ad ogni evenienza in tempi celeri. Self Check-in dettagliato e preciso. Soggiornando due notti abbiamo anche avuto pulizie. Consigliatissimo!!
Suggerirei semplicemente un sistema di luci notturno nel corridoio comune fuori dalle stanze. Nel nostro caso, al rientro serale ed avendo la stanza in fondo , eravamo completamente al buio essendo illuminato solo il primo tratto.

Der Geschirrspüler ging nicht vollständig auf, Küche suboptimal geplant (Waschbecken direkt am Rand), keine Hilfsmittel vorhanden wie geschirrspültücher oder Geschirrspültaps, wenig Besteck, kaum kleine Teller und kein Sofa. Es wäre genug Platz für ein Sofa und so viel gemütlicher. Der Fahrstuhl sieht sehr marode aus, sodass wir mit Buggy lieber die Treppen gelaufen sind, sehr sehr hellhörig, sowohl den Fernseher nebenan (andere Wohnung) als auch aller Straßenverkehr hört man sehr sehr laut.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Apart from some slight trouble to access the property (primarily because we were coming in late and language), we had a great time at the property. Appropriate signage and instructions (visual as there is nobody on site) on how to access the property before hand would have surely been nice. The property is one of the prime locations, but we didn't venture out as we were there for only 1 night. The pizza near the entrance to the property was the best one we had during our entire trip. the rooms were nice and the bathroom had everything well equipped for our needs.
Access to the property was a bit of a challenge. Visual instructions on the site can be extremely helpful for non-Italian speakers.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026La camera si trova in un palazzo storico, o quanto meno molto bello. La nostra camera era bellissima, pensata nel minimo dettaglio e con mobili ricercati. Sembra ci sia il tocco di un/una architetto/a. Inoltre è presente una vasca, oltre alla doccia che già c'è in bagno.
Farei più attenzione dell'aspirare la polvere per terra. In generale era pulito. Forse sono io la rompi scatole :)

Purtroppo ho dormito molto male, le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente tutto,avevamo vicini nella stanza affianco molto rumorosi, lo stesso al piano di sopra e abbiamo dormito davvero male, consiglio almeno di insonorizzare le camere. La pulizia della camera fatta molto approssimativamente, c'erano capelli nella vasca e nel bagno. Telecomando dell'aria condizionata non presente, a quanto pare viene dato in dotazione solo in estate o in inverno.

La posizione è davvero strategica: in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi molte delle principali attrazioni della città, oltre a ristoranti, caffè e mezzi pubblici. La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente, con ambienti confortevoli che rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili per visitare la città. Un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole vivere Napoli partendo dal suo cuore più autentico. Consigliata.
